Zach isn’t just a trainer; he’s a coach, nutritionist, counselor, and motivator, rolled into one. He expects hard work, but the benefits—physical, mental, and emotional—are life-changing.

The results of my annual physical were diametrically different from years past. My doctor described the results as "great." It has been a very positive experience working with Zach. We have worked together to implement good health habits throughout the past few months in order to lose fat and build muscle for myself. Habits such as making sure I eat the right food (and in the right amount) and pushing me to be consistent with my workouts.

Never in my life have I been this consistent with my workout/body regime and Zach is a significant reason for that. He is honest with pointing out improvements and is good with holding you accountable if that’s what you want. Overall, I have been having a great experience and looking forward to making more strides in my fitness journey !

Zach is an amazing trainer who has helped me get into the best physical shape of my life. When I started working with Zach, I was over 180 pounds and 18% body fat. I had worked out on my own for years, but I was never able to make any progress. But after working with Zach, I’m now under 8% body fat and also gained significant amounts of lean muscle mass. Zach gives me focused attention and provides workouts tailored to my specific needs. He ensures that each workout is different, which prevents me from getting bored or complacent. He is also excellent at identifying weakness and what exercises can best address and improve my fitness.
