Lovely studio with lovely instructors. The environment is very friendly and the instructors are very helpful, always making sure everyone feels encouraged and learning at a comfortable pace. I have previous pole experience and the instructor Lili always makes sure to have something new and/or challenging for me to work on so that I may continue to grow. The other classes such as zumba and abs/peaches offered are also fun and make working out enjoyable 😁

I can’t say enough good things about this pole conditioning class! It’s become my favorite part of the week—not only have I gotten noticeably stronger, but it’s also my go-to place to de-stress and recharge. The workouts are challenging in the best way, and I always leave feeling empowered and supported. The instructors create such a positive, encouraging vibe, and it truly feels like a safe space to grow both physically and mentally. Highly recommend to anyone looking to build strength, confidence, and community!

Tengo mes y medio en el estudio y estoy totalmente arrepentida de no haber llegado antes, de no haber iniciado antes!

Me siento más fuerte, mi cuerpo está agarrando fuerza y forma, tengo escoliosis y las maestras son las más lindas y profesionales al cuidar mis posturas y ejercicios!!!

TODAS las mujeres deberíamos estar haciendo pole desde siempre!!

This place it’s gonna be your second home pretty quickly. The app is easy to use and lets you schedule your classes in advance, so you can plan ahead with your personal schedule. The classes are great, you have variety of activities and the community here it’s amazing.

Super bad experience with this place. Got offered a free class and was canceled at last minute when I was already driving there. If there’s two things I hate about is losing my time and my money. I lost money on gas going there and it was my day off today so I lost time making plans there. I told the person who texted me those two things and she still did not care. 😞 I hope no one plays with their money or time like they did to me. Was offered another day but unfortunately I do work in various jobs and my time is limited.
