2025 marks my 30 year
anniversary of personal training!
30 yrs of training clients of all ages, abilities, and experience levels
I offer functional training, core training, rehabilitative exercise, pre surgical strengthening/post-surgical recovery, pre/postpartum fitness, nutritional guidance, senior wellness, and stretching programs.
I tailor comprehensive (strength, aerobic endurance, balance, agility, and flexibility), efficient and effective workouts to challenge each client.
I'm dedicated to helping you get the most out of every workout-no gimmicks, no impossible routines, no wasted time. Just smart workouts, for real people, that really work

Victoria offers tailored training sessions catered to your body’s needs. She has been training me for about 2 years and I have been very pleased with my results. She is very mindful of my past injuries and is very knowledgeable with not just fitness, but also nutrition. I have two chronic torn hip labrum’s and training with her helps alleviate the discomfort. I can’t see myself finding another trainer, she’s a jewel!

Victoria is so awesome! I needed a knowledgeable trainer that would help me gain strength to lessen the back spasms I was experiencing. She has a deep understanding of physiology and is an experienced trainer. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable in her gym. She cares deeply about her clients. I trained with Victoria for several months because I gained some weight back after a massive weight loss. She helped me get back on track, not just with exercise but with food. There was no judgement just encouragement and advice. She created a meal plan for me that was high in protein and explained the food I needed to take out of my diet. Her workouts are crafted to your endurance level and she gives them in her chic gym. I would highly recommend Victoria.

Victoria is an amazing and talented personal trainer. I have been working with her one on one 2 Times a week for about a year and have gotten so much stronger. She really pushes me to do more reps and heavier weights which i would absolutely not do on my own at a large gym or at home. Victoria is also incredibly knowledgeable about the body and is able to modify exercises as needed for injuries, body ailments and arthritis all of which I have !

Victoria has been working with my 94 year old father for about a year now and the results have been nothing short of incredible! He had lost much of his mobility after a long hospital stay and she has helped him regain it and then some. Her exercise program is tailored specifically to his needs and she says he is doing four times as much now as when he first started. He credits her for his ability to walk and take care of himself and says that he will never quit working with her! In addition to her abilities as a personal trianer, she is a thoughtful and caring person who cares deeply for her clients. I recommend her wholeheartedly. If I could give her 6 stars, I would!

I've been working out with Victoria for about 6 months now, and I love it. She really maximizes our time together. She pushes you and encourages you to do your best. She watches your form closely and corrects as needed and is really great at paying attention to whether something is too easy or needs to be scaled down a bit. The gym is very clean and well equipped. And she is great at coming up with new exercises to challenge you. She's also super friendly and funny, which makes the time fly by! If you have a scheduling conflict, she is happy to work with you to find a time that works. I really can't recommend Victoria enough and am so happy that I stumbled across her and her gym!

An excellent trainer who knows exactly what she’s doing. My 18 year daughter wanted to learn how to work out safely and effectively before heading off to college so we started starting going to VFit. It was amazing and I felt the results within weeks. Stronger, and less pain in my hip that was bothering me. Working out with a trainer is so much more effective because you aren’t spending time figuring out what to do next or finding the right weight or machine. She has it all there ready and planned so there’s no down time. You won’t be disappointed! Worth every penny!

Victoria is more than just an amazing trainer. She is also a great listener, innovative, and knowledgeable about the inner workings of the human body.
