I've just start going to Vibras Wellness for a couple of weeks now, and I absolutely love the experience. Pilates is hard and intense, and it's definitely not for everyone. But I think the reward will be well worth it. Diana is knowledgeable and very attentive during the session. I look forward to having more sessions with her.

Unfortunately I have to give it one star. I arrived 10 minutes before I received a text message from Diana saying that she can’t teach me at 1pm. Then she called me and asked me if I received her message she literally sent me while I was parked waiting on her and I said yes. I told her I was at the location. She said well I can’t teach you today because I am in traffic and etc. I understand things happen and all but I’m highly disappointed that there was no regard or even an apology…
I was really looking forward to trying Pilates and drove from Irving to Arlington for absolutely nothing or no regard. I am shocked this place has 5 stars.

I LOVE these Pilates classes with Diane. She challenges me and every time I take a lesson with her, I feel stronger. She is extremely encouraging and supportive; I have seen my body change and I am extremely grateful for her as a person and the quality classes she teaches. Thank you Diane!

This is my first time ever trying out Pilates and I absolutely fell in love. She is such an amazing teacher and explains everything super well! She has a lot of patience with me being a beginner. The confidence I’ve built with myself since starting Pilates is amazing. You will definitely NOT regret taking classes with Diana! 🫶🏽 On the plus side, I love the small changes I’ve seen in my body since starting! 💕

Pilates has become my favorite workout now thanks to Diana! I love the boutique feel of the studio with a warm atmosphere and the classes are fun and motivating . Each time there are new, challenging moves to work out the entire body. You can really feel your muscles strengthening as it is a complete body workout. Although I've definitely been sore the next day, I already notice the difference in my strength. Diana is extremely dedicated, working with each class member to make sure they are mastering the exercises.

These are fabulous Pilates classes located in the mid-cities! I have been taking classes since April 2022 and my strength and coordination have greatly approved. I love getting to use all the Pilates equipment - it makes working out fun, but also challenging! And the instructor, Diana, is amazing. She is so kind and encouraging! I highly recommend these Pilates classes.

Diana is awesome! I love that she constantly challenges us and offers new progressions to try. I always get an amazing workout and leave feeling so much stronger and stretchier. Her cueing makes me want to try harder and keeps me motivated throughout the entire class! I recommend trying a duet with a friend, family member, or a significant other and it will be so much fun!

Even if Diana is my sister, I can guarantee that her mind set up is in making sure that anyone in this planet is as much as possible in their best mood. That is difficult because it needs work, care, and curiosity. I know this because we pass the first year of covid together, and she make it a fun condition. That’s why she branded her business as plural vibes, and I think that every human in this planet deserves a friend like Diana , to enjoy and appreciate the capacity of our brains to be always in a good vibe even more if life comes tough.

Diana is absolutely terrific. She is very focused on individual needs and will design your workout to meet those needs. She does not let you slack at all, she will push you to do more which is what I needed. I was so impressed with her instruction and dedication that I signed up for three sessions a week. I can already see a difference in the way I look and move. After having ACL reconstruction in May of this year, I was concerned that I would never regain full function of my knee. With Diana’s instruction, I am confident that continuing with her, I will be 100% in no time. Absolutely recommend her with all the confidence that I have!!!!!!
