I began my membership in April 2024, I found out I was pregnant later that month. I continued paying my membership because of the 12 month agreement. It would’ve been less expensive if I paid the $150 cancellation fee however I signed the contract and wanted to do the right thing. I called in March of 2025 to confirm my contract was up and April 1st would be my last month charged, the front desk confirmed there was nothing else I needed to do and I wouldn’t be charged. Fast forward to today and I called to receive a refund for the additional month charged, only to find out my account was in fact not cancelled. If you want an honest place to give your money to, AVOID this place! For this to be a church ran organization I would assume their integrity would be of importance but clearly not. Highly disappointed and do not recommend.

EDIT: Office manager rudely left a comment on my review on social media blaming ME for not knowing their policies. In reality they don't have properly trained staff. I specifically asked the front desk TWICE if I needed to do anything AND if the membership would renew and the lady said no.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!

Attempted to cancel gym membership following the provided steps, but the process has been unnecessarily difficult and drawn out. Promises for cancellation and a refund were not fulfilled despite multiple attempts and assurances. Very disappointing experience.

Everything you could want. With an atmosphere that encourages members to gather and visit between sessions. Great classes, equipment, pool, game areas like pickle ball and ping pong, and more. Only negative for me is that it is too far from my house.

Phenomenal gym. Old-school Dungen-style weight room, classes and crossfit. Pool and many machines. Love it, worth the extra 5min drive for me.

The new owners have completely ruined this facility. They closed down the cycle class. Then began closing down other fitness rooms so that fitness classes were in a small space you could not work out in without hitting machines. They shortened hours and raised prices. They created a work environment that was so toxic all the instructors moved to new facilities (the instructors listed on their website are no longer there). Then they have the audacity to charge a cancellation fee of $150.00. They are supposed to be a Christian based facility but I have seen no evidence of that from the management.

Absolutely love this gym and the people that are in it! The instructors know you by name and miss you when you're MIA. Workout at a place where you are missed! My ONLY complaint is the outdated equipment but I think there's a plan to update in the future. It all still gets the job done though!

My husband and I recently joined this gym and we love it. I'm very much a newbie, and while I was wandering around yesterday I stumbled upon a P.A.C.E class. The instructor told me that they were in a class, but that I was welcome to join. As I was backing out she said "Come on, stay!" I did and I had a great time, sweated my butt off, and felt very comfortable. They do have kids care, which is a must for me, but you do have to call and reserve a spot 2 hours in advance. The gym is never crowded, and offers plenty of room and equipment options. For the price, the amenities, and the instructors, I highly recommend.
