I have been a member since its open. Pay every month almost $200/260 for family and single $180-190.
But tonite, it is unacceptable .
The ladies in woman lounge screaming, yelling at us like we all are kids that we have to leave by 9 pm, no grace period time.

Really doesnot fell like high end club spa and fitnessanymore.

No professionalism.
Really dissapointed with the club especially been with them since its open and pay a lot of money every month.

I joined VillaSport in September 2025, I love the atmosphere. I’ve lost about 15lbs since I’ve been going. The pools are what I use And they’re the perfect temp for this fall weather. In the recovery room I met an Employee that really impressed me, Blaine Davis . I have autism and I was trying out the massage chair, but I was unsure about it. He walked over to my chair and explained everything as I tried it. He was understanding and kind as I told him I have sensory issues. He demonstrated all the different machine options so I could enjoy a full sensory experience. He deserves a gold star!

Formal Review & Complaint

Let me be very clear: my experience with this gym has been absolutely unacceptable.

I signed up, paid the enrollment fees, paid my monthly dues, and only managed to visit about four or five times before an urgent and legitimate situation with my son forced me to cancel. I informed the gym immediately and followed their process. That should have been the end of it.

Instead, this gym chose to ignore my cancellation and repeatedly attempt to charge my card without my authorization. They continued running my card after being told to stop, with zero regard for the fact that these unauthorized charges could have overdrafted my account. This behavior is reckless, unprofessional, and borderline predatory.

There is absolutely no excuse for a business to continue reaching into a customer’s bank account after a cancellation has been submitted—especially when the situation was clearly explained. It shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for paying customers.

I am demanding that:
1. All unauthorized charges stop immediately.
2. My membership is confirmed as fully canceled.
3. I receive written proof that no further billing attempts will be made.

If this issue is not corrected right away, I will have no problem escalating this further—including disputing all charges with my bank, contacting corporate, and filing a complaint with the BBB and any applicable consumer protection agencies.

This gym needs to get its billing practices under control, because what I experienced is unacceptable and will absolutely drive customers away.

Villasport Katy offers excellent facilities and a great environment overall; however, the pickleball community lacks organization, fairness, and inclusivity for new players.

As a beginner, I joined with the hope of finding a friendly and encouraging atmosphere. While some members were genuinely kind and even took the time to teach me, my experience this week was unfortunately the opposite. During one session, I waited for nearly 40 minutes while other members continued to play without offering any rotation or chance to join.

I raised this issue both directly with several players and later with management, but the response was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the situation, I was told that I should have asked to join — which overlooked the real issue of fairness and group dynamics. None of the individuals involved expressed any sense of responsibility or understanding of how such behavior impacts new participants.

What concerns me most is that Villasport is a paid membership facility, where all members should have equal access to amenities. Yet in practice, participation seems to depend on whether long-time members “approve” of you, which creates an unwelcoming and exclusive environment. I don’t believe anyone should have to “fit in” with a particular group or prove their skill level to simply take part in an open recreational activity.

To maintain the integrity of its programs, Villasport should consider implementing clearer rules and structured rotation systems, along with better oversight from management. Doing so would help ensure that all members — regardless of experience level — can enjoy a fair and respectful playing environment.

Villasport has strong potential to foster a healthy, inclusive pickleball community, but meaningful change will require consistent management attention and fair participation guidelines.

This is a review for Sal the Personal Trainer. I’ve worked with Sal for the last year after trying to get into a lifting regiment for my entire adult life. Sal made it happen. He’s extremely sensitive to preventing injuries, providing specific information on the strategy of a workout, and links between nutrition and muscle development. Most importantly I’ve gotten healthier, achieved my goals, and the weights are no longer intimidating no matter where I go.

Extremely disappointed with the way my wife was treated at VillaSport Cinco Ranch. She was working out during her lunch break in an almost completely empty gym ::: no minors or other members anywhere nearby and quietly exercising with headphones while on a video call with a friend. Despite this, a staff member and a “manager”approached her and told her to stop.

Out of fairness, we went back and read VillaSport’s own policy to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nowhere does it say that phone use is restricted in the training area, as long as it is not on speaker and not disturbing other members. The policy also makes no mention whatsoever of video calls. Instead, the rules specifically restrict phone use in locker rooms, group studios during class, and private spaces — which makes sense. But in this case, my wife was completely within the rules.

To make matters worse, the staff member who initiated this clearly had nothing else to do during his shift and chose to nitpick and disrupt a member’s workout instead. For a facility that charges premium membership fees, this is unacceptable.

VillaSport Cinco Ranch management needs to retrain staff and managers on their own policies and remind them to prioritize member experience over needless interference.

I was told to get out of swimming pool by Director of Aquatics. I was informed that schedule is posted on website. Went to cancel membership and person that was assisting could not show me where is scheduled of swimming pool. Director of aquatics talked to me like I was dog. It occurred 09/22 around 640 PM. He was leaving gym when I was in process canceling membership. There is no where signed posted regarding pool hours or events. I hope Manager will reach out that’s what I was told. I will go Thursday to speak with manger.

We just moved in the neighborhood and was looking for a gym to go to. I grew up with Lifetime Fitness and this place from my perspective blows it out of the water for a better monthly membership price. Diego was awesome giving us a tour and we are excited that there is a Villa Soort so close by.

I’ve chosen to cancel my VillaSport membership because of a situation that left me both embarrassed and frustrated. Despite being fully current on my billing, my account was suddenly put on a freeze without explanation.

On top of that, a young staff member (younger balding gentleman) read my billing statement out loud in public. This was inappropriate, unprofessional, and made me feel singled out and embarrassed.

Why I’m Leaving:

The combination of being placed on a billing freeze despite my payments being up to date, and the unprofessional behavior I experienced at the front desk, led me to end my membership immediately.

I want to make management aware of this behavior and the mishandling of my account so that no other members go through something similar.

Btw I spend $65+ on a private locker, $200+ monthly on smoothies, facials, etc and I visit the gym 2-3 times per day EVERYDAY. You will lose loyal members like me if this how you treat big spenders.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Aleyda at VillaSport Kids Club. She is truly a gem! My two children absolutely adore her, and it’s easy to see why. She greets them with such warmth and genuine care every time we walk through the door. Her kindness, patience, and fun-loving energy make the kids excited to see her, and I know they are in the very best hands.

Because of Ms. Aleyda, I’m able to enjoy my workouts without worry—she’s the reason I can carve out that much-needed time for myself. The peace of mind she gives me is priceless. It’s rare to find someone who makes children feel so safe, happy, and valued, but she does it effortlessly.

VillaSport is lucky to have her, and so are all the families who get to know her. My kids may come for the playtime, but they stay for Ms. Aleyda!

There are limited strength machines, and I’ve had issues with one of the trainers, “Sal” who frequently shows up and tries to take your spot as if the machine belongs to him. He harasses and insults people to get access to the equipment he wants and refuses to wait his turn. The gym is very crowded during rush hour, and the only machines usually available are cardio equipment such as treadmills. Membership is expensive compared to other fitness centers. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

Villa Sport in Katy is fantastic, especially the Kids Club! The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly great with children. There are a variety of fun and engaging activities that keep kids entertained and active while parents enjoy their workout stress-free. The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized. We have been coming to VillaSport for three years now! We absolutely love it! Everything is so clean and everyone is so friendly! The gym has a lot to different features. The kids program is amazing. The gym space is pretty well maintained. The pool area is amazing for a gym. The steam room is not always working, so this is a negative. These are hard to keep running, so it is understandable. There are always staff members walking around checking on the equipment and people in the gym. They immediately address any of the small issues you may need to report. The spa section is always very well managed and will work with you on package prices and service scheduling.

My family and I have been members of Villa Sport since it opened, and sadly, the service has only gone downhill. When I tried to re-add my child to our membership, they hit us with a random $25 fee — with no explanation. Freezing or canceling your membership? Expect more hidden fees. The lack of transparency and honesty is just shocking for a place that markets itself as a “family club.”

To top it off, they quietly canceled the monthly guest passes they used to offer without notifying members. When I brought a guest, they simply refused entry. It feels like loyalty means nothing here — they’ll change policies at their convenience and leave long-time members in the dark. Very disappointed in how this place treats its customers.

Pool is filthy and dirty, lots of worms and bugs. No excuses for this. Club charges decent money to keep up with the pool area. I am very disturbed by this, I talked to Amanda and she said that the company that cleans the pool are very busy, really? A poor excuse, do something about it and clean the pool otherwise we will go to another club. Very disgusting, full of bacteria. I am sorry but I am very annoyed by the way the pool has been lately but today it wins an award for being filthy.

I’ve been reporting two broken showers in the women’s locker room to the front desk for weeks, another one had “temporary out of service” sign for months. Really happy we made the move from anytime to villasports. The community is really good for our family and our teenagers. Anytime was very crowded but villa is very large and even if you cannot get into a class or to your lifts then there are a lot of other options. We are now into swimming too.

No one talks about the stretching rooms and areas, but this is why I joined villasport because I had a bad injury and didn’t want to sit on the couch and feel sorry for myself. I learned that they also have massage and sports trainers. They helped me work through feeling down too. They helped me with stretching right and helped me with my achillles and some other tendons that were messing up my feet and my leg muscles.

The week ago on March 16 we were told that the outside water slides now are open every weekend till Memorial Day. Today is Sunday March 23 and everything is closed. The water is colder than it was a week ago, so looks like they don’t warm it up. The small kids slide is broken for two years now, but the club has the budget for the new extra paid sun beds which cut the space for the single ones which definitely for free. And one more thing I don’t like about the pool is supervising guy who doesn’t let to feed kids with any kind of snacks as cookies, fruits and chips bc outside food is not allowed, the outdoor cafe is closed and indoor just has protein smoothies and adult chips.

The only thing I love is the child care and their team. My kids adore the girls who work there. It’s only one thing that makes to stay with the club for three years

Three years ago, I joined the gym before starting my collegiate spring semester. At the time, I was assured that my membership would automatically terminate on an agreed-upon date. However, when that date arrived, my account was not canceled as promised, leading to three additional months of charges along with an unexpected cancellation fee.

Despite this frustrating experience, I have to commend the current staff for their professionalism in resolving the issue. The Member Services Supervisor, Kieyana, was incredibly kind and handled the situation with great care, ensuring I was finally compensated for the mishap after all these years.

Beyond that, this gym is truly top-tier. The facility is gorgeous, exceptionally well-maintained, and staffed with friendly, helpful professionals who make the experience welcoming. If not for my initial issue, this would easily be a 5-star review. Overall, I appreciate how the current team has handled things and look forward to continuing my membership here.

I always go to the gym with my kids and recently my daughter and I started taking the body combat course and it’s really invigorating and fun—it’s a good mom and daughter activity. My littles still go to VillaKids and I just pick them up after. PLUS, they have ample parking which makes getting in and out hassle-free and easy…especially with kids.

Work OUT and fuel UP. Villasport focuses on the whole person concept and wellness. You can get a gym or iron session in of course but you need to drink more than chocolate milk afterwards. Go get protein or a shake DAILY. This isn’t a snack bar—this is a recovery station.

While my initial visit presented some challenges, I appreciate the opportunity to share a balanced perspective on Villa Sport's facilities and customer service: everyone was really nice, but they didn’t seem to know the policies, which is OK, but having a placard ready would be good for all. The payment process didn’t go smoothly because I was worried about what I was paying for and the staff noticed and gave me a day pass. When I went back the next day, a different front-desk admin helped me. Definitely love this place, but I feel bad for the staff who aren’t trained.

I've reached out multiple times for them to cancel my membership. I was within the 7 day window. I've emailed 4 different people, called and etc. They still keep debiting my account and adding additional charges. It was also supposed to be a discounted price when you do ACH from your account. That didn't happen they still charged more and, they don't respond back to your emails. When I called Membership services I spoke with a Kiara. She transferred me to someone in California. They of course couldn't help me because my "account" is not in California. I get another email this morning that they charged my account yet again!!

I usually do not write this kind of review and never had this experience. I had planned on rejoining but after their, unethical practices as others have mentioned. I'm no longer interested in being a future member here.

I’m older and my knees are bad and I don’t like going to the Y for swimming (I’m not that old I’m writing a review for pete’s sake) and I feel young when I’m hear in their swimming classes. I have learned some new swimming tips and strokes from their coach and it’s really nice that they even have lifeguards. I love how there isn’t any need to sign up ahead of time and you can go online to find your favorite instructor so you can be in their class. They make it really too easy.

VillaSport has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Their billing practices are almost unethical. Despite completing the necessary paperwork to cancel my account and placing a stop payment through Bank of America, they attempted to charge my account anyway. To make matters worse, they emailed me 30 days later claiming I owe a late fee!

I’ve tried to resolve this multiple times—emailing them directly and even showing up in person—but nothing has been resolved. It seems like they’re deliberately ignoring my efforts to fix the situation. At this point, I’m left with no choice but to involve a lawyer.

If you’re considering VillaSport, I’d strongly advise you to think twice. Their customer service is non-existent, and their billing practices are beyond frustrating. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere

The facility itself is great, and my wife always loves coming here. However, her experience took a turn when her car was broken into at 10 a.m. while parked in front of the building. While filing a police report, she learned that multiple vehicles had been broken into in the same parking lot.

It’s disappointing that the facility hasn’t been more proactive in informing patrons about these incidents or encouraging vigilance. Transparency would go a long way in preventing future occurrences.

Adding to the concern, my wife has previously raised safety issues with management, as she’s been approached by strangers on several occasions while walking from the parking lot to the main gate. This has made her feel uneasy.

Safety should always be the top priority, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously by improving security measures and fostering an environment where patrons feel protected. Addressing these issues will make this great facility even better for everyone.

Andrew is the best trainer! Swimming is really hard to coach and its tough to motivate folks who are in the water and trying to do their best—but he’s super positive and has an AMAZING background and track record. My teens have really improved since last year and it’s because of Coach Andrew—go team!

You might find this funny, but I didn’t know how to swim until I enrolled in the indoor lap pool's "stroke school." The classes are held on weekday evenings at 7 PM, and I never felt judged or out of place. The locker rooms and showers are private and well-maintained. I highly recommend it

My husband signed me up for a membership here because I need to get stronger and I’m not one to go to the gym (I’m older and the kids are small). I currently do strength and conditioning with Bri, which I absolutely love. The sessions are at 10 AM, allowing my little ones to go to VillaKids where they have made little friends and this gives me the opportunity to concentrate on getting stronger!

I'm here to say: have NO FEAR! Try Yiin Yoga with Debbie; it’s a slow-paced, hour-long class where she guides you through all the stretches. If you’re more experienced, go for the power class with Brandi—that's my goal! Just know they don’t do hot yoga or anything like that. It’s still a really good experience and worth the platinum membership.

I often take my kids to the gym, and recently my daughter and I started the body combat course together. It’s incredibly invigorating and a great bonding activity for us as mother and daughter. I keep going to this place because it's "easier" for me. I like the collective classes and it's respective teachers. That's all.

The maintenance is not good with cleaning. The swimming pool are supposed to be heated but it's always cold for my point of view. The slide from toddlers pool area is broken...

The communication is terrible, I got $ 75,00 in a promotion because I referred a friend and it was difficult to use (the system had several problems at this time). They still owe me $ 45,00 .

I could change for another place but I really enjoy the classes and the location is good for me.

And also I don't trust their kid's zone anymore since they had this biggest issue with an employee. I didn't like the way they managed the situation, so I don't drop my daughter there.... It's another big bad thing for me...

There is serious mismanagement occurring at Villa Sport. We had a problem getting our membership to be added. The lady told us, "we have been trying to catch you all week," as if we were committing crimes by attending the gym, even though the club ambassador himself said that we were okay to workout when we first signed up. Later, we wanted to cancel our membership. We talked to a director, and they said they could cancel it on the 19th. When we went in for a workout a few days before cancellation, we were notified that our membership had expired even though we wanted it until the 19th. After we discussed needing our membership on the 19th, we got it reinstated. But now, they have charged us past the 19th!

All our membership purchases/ cancellation requests have been documented on paper, but when I ask them, they need to know where the documentation is. Do not work out here. Management here is exceptionally disorganized and rude!

Be aware …I never see any where Gyms that make you pay $85 for cancelation and you have to go to the office to fill out form for cancelation while you can selected a member online why just can cancel online? Such a shame. This facility is great but had a horrible experience with management. First of all the front desk people dont have a clue how to help customers and dont seem to care either, the representatives for membership are always in a rush to help out and rush whatever needs I had to express and took weeks to processes email confirmations. I cancelled my membership in person and yet I still receive fake charges and emails saying I need to contact them to pay my fees MONTHS AFTER CANCELLING! This to me is FRAUD because they didnt update my account or the system when I put in complaints about my account being falsely charged but continued to try charge me and even “accidently” double charged my account. God help this business because its a shame to see a gym that I really enjoyed be ruined by lazy workers with a fradulent practice and management that takes advantage of its customers.

They are ready to take your money every month but the minute you need to talk to someone it becomes a desert. I put in my cancellation 30 days before and they still charged my bank. Tried to talk to someone but went I went to the location, not a manager could be found. Stay away from this establishment.

Troy the massage therapist is the best one I have ever been to. I have chronic neck and upper back issues ( tight muscles) I have been to chiropractors and airrosti and this massage therapist is able to relieve neck/ back pain after one session.

Troy is very professional, knowledgeable about the muscles and how to relieve pain. Felt amazing with no pain after massage. Highly recommend.

I am disappointed with the customer service at Villa Sport. Recently, I encountered an issue where my membership wasn’t being charged for a couple of months, despite being set up for automatic payments. When I went to the facility, I was stopped at the entrance and publicly lectured about my financial responsibilities in front of a line of customers and my child. This experience was both embarrassing and distressing.

Instead of investigating the issue or treating me with respect, the staff belittled me, making me feel as though I had done something wrong. When I asked to speak to a manager, the lady who claimed to be the supervisor, outright refused, saying, "No. I am the supervisor here, and you are not allowed to speak to my manager." To this day, I have not received an explanation for what happened to my account.

I expected better from a place like Villa Sport. This incident has left me questioning whether this is a place I want to continue bringing my family.

I was considering joining a local gym but never looked back after I found Cinco Ranch. While my fitness goals are definitely achieved here, I’m also able to take part in fun sports (hello, pickleball!). You can also meet new people – everyone is so friendly! Most of the showers malfunction - either very hot or very cold. This is a known issue and I’ve brought it up to management several times and still not fixed after several months. Oftentimes, the soap or shampoo is empty in the showers. The paper towel holders are mostly broken at all the sinks. Very disappointed in the maintenance for this location.

I had a great experience my first time at Villa Sport in Cinco Ranch. I was greeted with a warm and friendly face at the front desk. As a first-time member, they helped me set up the app. The ambassador, Jun Alerre, was very welcoming. He gave me a tour of the facility and took the time to answer all my questions. He ensured I was well-informed of the group classes I would like to join. I would recommend this facility.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Whirlpools never work, constantly double charging, enrollment/cancelation fees. I’d rather spend the extra money for Lifetime. At least they have more machines and even classes included for the kids, also no cancelation or enrollment fees. VillaSport is filled with teens sneaking in from the high school across the street because they don’t want to pay for a security guard. Other members have told me about management not doing anything about locker thefts. Also the scandal about the daycare is disgusting. I can’t believe they allowed this to go on for so long. I’m glad I never put my kid’s into VillaKids. Shame on those who stayed after knowing what VillaSport did to their staff that reported indecency with a child. Trust these reviews.

Villasport is a rogue club. Membership cancellations only take effect the following month, which means they charge customers for an extra month. This happens even if you stop visiting the club from the day you request cancellation, which is very unfair to customers. Moreover, they charge an $85 cancellation fee when you no longer wish to attend the club. Please be cautious with their billing department. I was charged the $85 cancellation fee twice, and on the last billing occasion, I was charged an additional $130 more than usual without a clear explanation of the fees. A friend told me that even after cancelling his membership, he was still charged three months of fees. After discussing with the club's management, they only refunded two months of fees to my friend. I never thought this would happen to me as well, so please consider carefully when you decide to join Villasport.

This place is amazing. Besides what they sadly had to go thru bc of someone being spiteful and malicious, they have bounced back like no other mother. The child care area is phenomenal and has grown so much over the last few weeks that I couldn't sign my kid up for summer camp last week because they were full!
They also just had a MAJOR pool party and it was so much fun foe the kids and just relaxing for us really.

If you want a good gym, basketball court, pool and decent childcare for 100+$ a month this is the place for you. The slides at the pool are typically only open during the weekends and childcare is only open during the noon hours. If you want something more affordable go to a planet fitness but overall this place is a good 8/10.

1. You failed to notify parents an arrest occurred involving impropriety at villa kids for at least 2 weeks. Regardless of your “internal evidence”.
2. You failed to enforce your own policy of disallowing non villa-kid staff access to villa kids. There is a pattern of repeated violation and tolerance from management.

If you hope to remain executives, you better take note and straighten up. If I were on your board or ownership, you would be fired.

Equipment isn’t well maintained and things are always out of order.
Women’s locker room showers are gross, there is hair in the showers that isn’t cleaned and there was a silverfish in one. Insane that they won’t fix anything given the amount they charge - they charge double the YMCA but the YMCA is much more updated equipment wise. No benefit of having a sauna if it keeps going out of order and the shower is dirty.

If I could put a 0 star I would with no hesitancy, they constantly overcharge your subscription and add random fees throughout the course of your membership, had the same membership as my friends and we all get different amount charged on our cards each months which I would assume were additional “fees” Machines are broken and haven’t been fixed in over 3 weeks and still not fixed to this day. Lockers getting constantly broken into by kids every single day, every time I come back after using the gym the combinations I left previously are scrambled differently, signs of someone obviously tampering with them and management not doing anything about it. I wish zero star was an option. We have been member for more than a year. And the recent events about VillaKids have been a scandal which requires general manager Cody and entire management team need to be replaced. They handled the situation with no transparency, violated the safety policies of the childcare, and suspended their own employees because they speak to police.

They already had many issues and I think their mentality led the way to this scandal:

First, the management is unresponsive and arrogant, more focused on charging fees than addressing customer concerns. They make it very difficult to get refunds, customer satisfaction is secondary priority here.

Billing and payments lack transparency too, there is no way to track purchased classes. Classes expire without clear policies or warnings.

Also lately I noticed gym suffers from poor maintenance (showers not working, loosened equipment, no access to some areas for a long time)

I cancelled my membership right away after hearing about the details of VillaKids scandal.
It was a very convenient location for me , the building is nice, but if you care about your family’s safety, don’t waste your money and stay away until they address all these issues and replace current management. Or I hope they sell the business to someone competent who can manage it properly.

It seems there are many management issues here. The swimming pool has a lot of bugs and dirt. On Saturday evening, a staff member told me the pool closes at 8:00 PM, but on Sunday, someone else said it closes at 7:30 PM, which is different from the posted times. When I went to the shower area, I found that there were no towels at all in the designated spots. More than half of the shower controls are broken, providing either scalding hot water or cold water, with no way to adjust to a suitable temperature. The dryers are also not working. I have reported these issues to the staff before, but there has been no improvement. It's a shame that such a great location and environment are managed so poorly.

Great gym but ALL the focus is on fancy cardio and classes. The weight floor is poorly arranged and none of the equipment is secured to the floor. I also literally NEVER see anybody maintaining the equipment. Loose bolts and wonky cables abound. Also….I would guess they have at least a million dollars’ worth of spin bikes and cardio machines…but they have exactly ONE straight bar for their weight machines. (Those bars cost $20). I actually love this gym aside from these glaring (and easily fixed) problems.

Edit…a guy was fixing stuff literally 40 min after I posted this. That’s GREAT! They still need to supply more bars for the machines and secure some of their equipment on the floor. There’s no reason for the bench press to be RIGHT on top of the leg extension machine.

Was a member since December 2023 & recent terminated our membership May 2024 for multiple reasons.

- As the previous recent reviews had already mentioned and covered in detail...a member of the gyms staff was arrested for 'Indecency With a Child' within the Villa Sport Kids facility who was only 24-months old. Which according to published reports was already known about by upper management, covered up, not reported to members. Which ironically, when you drop your child off at Villa Kids (you the parents are not allowed to see your children, but unauthorized employees are).
- Completely unknown random charges to wife's card on file that were unexplainable we had to dispute constantly over the course of our entire membership.
- Amenities such as the jacuzzi, sauna, & steam room were out of service more often than they were operating properly.
- Reports of gym lockers being broken into & nothing being done to rectify the situation.
- The Director / GM was completely unresponsive for almost 3 weeks at a time & when we final received a response it "slipped off their radar" & was forgotten about.

Trust me when I say...don't waste your money & time with joining this gym. It was nothing but a headache & problematic from the moment we joined. Look else where for upper scale gym memberships as this place has issues from top to bottom.

I was a member of this gym for 2 years and had a lot of great memories here. There are/were some wonderful staff members that work there. BUT If you care about your child’s safety THIS IS NOT THE GYM FOR YOU. The child care is not a secure environment, regardless of what they tell you. My children were exposed to a predator for almost a year (a member of house keeping was allowed back to play with the kids) - so often so, that when I showed my children his mugshot, without context, they told me he was a teacher at the gym. Upper management was informed multiple times and DID NOTHING to keep him from going back there. If you have children- PLEASE pick a different place to be.

The facility is great overall but there is a children problem. People just drop off their preteen/teen children and let them do whatever they want.

On one occasion some children were using the barbell on the squat rack ad a chinup bar while their friends were using the leg press that was clearly too heavy for them based on their reactions to trying it. This is dangerous for the children and disrespectful to the equipment and patrons around them.

Today, I was trying to relax in the 'Quiet Area', and 3 girls came in shouting and cursing loudly. I overheard them claim they were 17. They used the hot tub in their street clothes and then went to the "indoor kiddie pool"(their words). One of the girls was concerned her pad would be showing in her shorts and didn't want people to notice. She was clearly not aware that she shouldn't be in the public pools with a pad on.

These are just 2 of many examples of the way children abuse the facilities and their parents and Villasport employees don't seem to care.

The villa sports club is a decent facility with a lousy customer service and no timely maintenance of several gym machines.
Some they could overcharge you but there is no one to explain or fix it as remote customer service rarely picks up the phone call or respond to the email.
As long as it is going fine, it is great. If they messed up your charges, there is practically no one to help you. Good luck with Villa. I will stay away
