Be careful when trying to freeze your membership at the club’s front desk (even though this option is listed on their website). Unfortunately, I did exactly that, but the charges continued anyway. When I returned from my vacation, I was denied a refund. My communication with the manager led nowhere, and no one is willing to correct their mistake.

Villa Club has truly become a special place for our family. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and impressed by the attention to detail throughout the club. One of the highlights for us has been the incredible childcare team Ms. Cima, Sebastian, Ms. Brittany, and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond to make our child feel safe, cared for, and happy. Their genuine dedication gives us complete peace of mind, allowing us to fully enjoy everything the club has to offer.
We also want to give a special shout-out to the swimming program. Our son absolutely loves his lessons, and Sarah has been wonderfully supportive throughout the process.
We can’t say enough great things about this place. We have been members for over two years and It’s become a home away from home, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for a top-notch recreational experience with outstanding childcare and programming.
UPDATED!
We’ve been members of VillaSport for almost 3 years, and we’ve absolutely loved it. Everything from the staff to the amenities and the kids’ area has always been amazing.
However, over the past few weeks, we’ve noticed that the gym has become extremely overcrowded. It’s becoming harder and harder to find available machines, and most of the classes are packed. The kids’ club is also busier than ever, and getting a reservation has started to feel impossible.
It’s disappointing because this used to be such a great place for families, but lately it feels like they’re prioritizing new memberships over the experience of their current members. If things don’t change, I think a lot of longtime members might start looking elsewhere. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously VillaSport has always been such a special place, and we’d love to see it stay that way.

I’ve been a member at Villa for over 7 years, and today I finally had enough and canceled my membership. The decline of this place over the years has been unbelievable. The locker rooms are consistently filthy, floors always wet, towels left everywhere, and a smell that makes you question if anything has ever been deep cleaned. The sauna and steam room are downright disgusting, with visible mold, black water pooling underneath the benches, and grime that clearly hasn’t been touched in ages. I’ve never once seen staff actually clean these areas.
Housekeeping is nonexistent unless you constantly hound the front desk for basics like cold towels. Even then, half the time they’re out or come back warm and damp. The Kids Club, which should be one of the highlights, is an absolute nightmare to get into, especially on weekends. It feels like chaos more than a safe place for kids.
The weight floor is always overpacked, and it doesn’t matter what time of day you go, you’ll be waiting for equipment. To make matters worse, the new renovations they’ve been bragging about look like they were slapped together on a budget. Poorly built, already showing wear, and nothing like what’s advertised.
I’ve brought up these issues with staff and management multiple times over the years, but nothing ever changes. Complaints go in one ear and out the other, and accountability simply doesn’t exist here. What used to feel like a premium club has turned into a place that can’t even meet the bare minimum of cleanliness, safety, or customer service.

As a former member for several years, I found Villa Sport to be one of the better gyms in The Woodlands area. While the price of a monthly membership is a little steep, I do feel like you get what you paid for.
Pros:
-Expansive weight and cardio rooms. If I had to wait for a machine, which was rare, my wait time was short. Free weights were always available.
-Adults-only areas and pools
-Convenient location and hours. Very close to major locations in The Woodlands.
-Quick cancellation process. I didn’t feel guilted to continue my membership and random fees weren’t applied.
Cons:
-Broken machines would remain unrepaired for a week at a time.
-Lack of enforcement of gym etiquette. Teenagers were often loud and disruptive, especially in the weight room. It came to a point that I would change my gym schedule to avoid them.

Villa Sport The Woodlands isn't just a gym-it's my lifeline. Hate leaving home, but once I'm there? Total shift. Super friendly staff make you feel at home, equipment's flawless-I love the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and the cold shower,
My wife's trainer's incredible; she's fitter, happier than ever. We're so thankful it's right near our neighborhood-the whole team's amazing, working overtime to keep every inch spotless, even the bathrooms. We're beyond satisfied-thank you to everyone that works there, Health is Wealth.

The only reason my family and I have a membership at Villa Sport is due to the competitive swim team program Austin Van Overdam runs at Villa Sport-The Woodlands location. Austin is building a great program and has been a great competitive swim coach for my sons. I have tried multiple programs, and by far Coach Austin has been the best coach for my boys. I highly recommend Villa Sport if you are looking for a competitive swim team program.

The pool is not being attended to as it should. The indoor pool smeels like bleach so bad that it buns your eyes and makes your skin itch. Its a terrible environment for the kids on the swim team and members like my self who do not wish to get a chemical burn in my lungs do to lack of integrity for managing chlorine levels and pH levels. I honestly cant believe the lack of care villa sport is exhibiting for thier pools yet again!! This also happened in July . I and other members would gladly pay a little more for better management for the pool if money/ cost is the issue to get quality. Please charge me more and im not joking. If thats what it takes to get you hire people to do a better job. I want quality! This is unacceptable!!! No one wants to breathe these chemicals in especially while exercising. We were terribly sick all day Saturday from the chemicals and my sons skin broke out.

Had a great time visiting the pool area with the family. A friend of our had guest passes so we decided to tag along. The young lady Shayla ( sorry spelled incorrectly) was wonderful and helped me fill out all the day-pass information. The pool was fun for the kids as they have a shallow end/playground for the little one and a lap pool for the older kids. As we walked through the lobby I was able to check out the workout equipment and indoor eating spot and everything looked topnotch. We will definitely be getting a membership.

I registered my child for this gym’s camp and had to cancel before it even started due to a family emergency. I reached out well in advance, but the manager, Cody, simply apologized and refused to refund the $445 I had paid. I received no service, yet they kept the full amount. I understand having policies, but a complete lack of flexibility or consideration — especially for situations outside a customer’s control — is incredibly disappointing. Think twice before committing your money here.

We’ve had a wonderful experience working with Amirah Deais, Fitness Director at VillaSport, and Malcolm, one of the VillaSport trainers. Amirah has been incredibly helpful, professional, and approachable. She made it easy for us to get started and provided a clear, thoughtful outline of summer fitness goals tailored to our needs. Malcolm has also been fantastic—motivating, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way.
Together, they’ve created a welcoming and goal-oriented environment that’s made our fitness journey both enjoyable and effective.

Today was an unpleasant experience at VillaSport. I’ve been a loyal member for several years, paying over $300 per month, and I usually enjoy the pool on weekends. However, today it was completely overcrowded. Despite many empty seats, they were covered with used towels, making it impossible to find a place to sit.
To make things worse, the atmosphere was chaotic—people were fighting with water guns, and the noise level was out of control. Frankly, it felt like a rented-out party rather than the premium experience VillaSport promises.
I’m not trying to be classist, but the vibe today was not what loyal members expect. Please reconsider hosting large, rowdy group events at the expense of long-term members who value a relaxing, well-maintained environment. It’s disappointing to see the standards slip. I hope you’ll take feedback like this into account and make changes for the sake of your loyal members.

Do not waste your time here. The customer service is not great. They do not call you back when you call for any information. The website is misleading and the charges are not clearly shown. They tell you that you can cancel within 7 days, but you have to physically go down there to cancel. I have called and spoke with a concierge who claimed to speak to the GM at the location, which was supposed to reverse the fees and cancel, but there was no follow through. Now I am being charged $400 and I have never even set foot in this place. If this is any indication of the type of service you will receive at this club, find another one. There are many others in the area and I wish I had done more research.

OH EM G—if you have kids you MUST go to villasports. Lifetime is like a zoo and free-for-all for the kids and that’s not OKAY. The staff at villasports might as well be TEACHERS. My kids come out better than when they went in (I’m not a bad parent—swear—but they’re that good). My kids only play with little kids their age and if they’re sick they call me. They learn arts and crafts and sharing. It’s good.

I recently joined as a member about three weeks ago and wanted to share my initial impressions. I’ll continue to update my review as necessary. While the gym has its strengths, there are areas that could benefit from improvement, especially given the premium pricing.
The facilities are functional, but they don’t fully align with the cost. For instance, the upstairs cardio room shows signs of water damage on the ceiling, which raises concerns about possible mold—something I’d prefer not to encounter while working out. Additionally, the water pressure in the family showers is very low, and the cleanliness could be improved to reflect the higher membership fees.
Update: I’ve been a member for over a month now and the concerns I raised have yet to be addressed. Family showers still have low to no water pressure. Some showers don’t even work at all and not maintained or cleaned enough, if at all. Kids always shooting on adult basketball courts unsupervised, even though there’s a kids court and rules clearly state that children must be supervised on adult basketball court. I hope these issues are fixed soon or we will have to reconsider our membership status.

Summer seems really far away but the time to sign up for the kids camps is now because that’s how good villasport is when it comes to giving parents a break during the times whe school is out. This will be my little son’s third year and he will go again from 9 in the morning to 4pm and that gives me time to get my own work done and to clean up the house. You can buy lunch and before/after care if that window doesn’t work for you. I know some dads who drop their sons earlier than I do and pick them up earlier because there’s baseball and stuff in the area.

I’ve been a member for many years even though I now live 30 minutes away. Always felt it was a good fit for my needs which is the group fitness classes. But lately the best instructors are leaving and if you’re over 50 the classes are just too difficult. Guess they’re targeting a much younger demographic because I’ve seen many of my friends dropping out of these classes. And one instructor teaches so many classes that she is barely paying attention to the participants. Really hard to justify staying for the time and money spent.

Absolutely love Villa Sport! I’m new to the area and a new mom, was looking for a quality gym with childcare. I really love the Villa Kids team and my baby seems to enjoy it, too. I have peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands while I can get my sweat on. There are so many amenities: quality equipment, insane amount of different cardio machines, free weights, lots of rogue equipment or similar for more CrossFit style WODs, lots of group classes with great instructors, multiple pools indoor and outdoor including various water slides for the kids, swim lessons, sauna and steam room, whirlpool, hot tubs indoors and outdoors, and a full spa. I’ve received a facial and a deep tissue massage - both were incredible. Prices are extremely fair. The cafe makes some pretty great smoothies/shakes. Lots of nice seating if you’re a remote worker and need to take a meeting before or after you get your sweat on. There’s also a huge turf field with outdoor equipment and a basketball court indoors. Also, two pickleball courts outside by the pools. I can’t wait to spend my summer here with my kiddo! I wish I would have joined months ago.

They allegedly changed the profile in front of me. After 2 more months of villa debiting the wrong account I called and they reassured me that my old account was removed. Then I got debited again to my old account. So I called again and the man who answered my call said he removed the old checking account (again). Some of the shadiest billing practices of any institution I've come across. We travel frequently so being able to put our membership on hold is often a deciding factor. During my tour and even after signing up, I inquired about their hold policy. They assured me it was just $15/month to freeze your membership. What they failed to mention is they charge you $15 PLUS your FULL membership monthly rate for the months you aren't using the gym, a "credit" to be later used upon your return. This was not disclosed. Also, they say no contract but if you cancel before 1 year of joining, there is an $80+ cancellation fee. Otherwise, the facilities are clean and stocked well. Our kids love the Kids Club. We love the pools, but the splash pad feature is rarely turned on. When Lifetime opens, we will make the switch as their billing practices are more transparent and easier to manage.

Could be a really excellent addition to the The Woodlands community, but falls very short due to the way they manage the business. Love the new upgrades, love the classes. Staff needs to be of a higher value throughout, would gladly pay more to not deal with the half of the staff that seem to be struggling to be kind to members. Are the slides open? Is the app working? Did you get it fixed? Where’s our children? Seriously, we would like our kids now. The management and sales staff seems overly abundant, and it starts unraveling quickly the further down you go. So it’s always kind of dirty, and that employee just doesn’t care, and let me call
somebody to find out. I hope that they continue to change for the better, $4k a year is affordable, but the trade off isn’t satisfying enough.

They were amazing when we started here 2 years ago. Now, they have gone down hill. Staff turnover, kids club, Cafe, pools, construction. Its something new and frustrating every week.
If you got the bread, go to Lifetime.

I won’t recommend this club. I’ve never experienced such a degree of miscommunication and lack of professionalism from the member services staff. Very disorganized system. Also, some of the group classes are super full and therefore not enjoyable.

Las áreas de los niños son bellísimas y aparte tienes cámaras y monitores en varios lugares del gym que puedes ver lo que hace tu hijo en el área del daycare.

Disappointed with Decline in Quality and Service.
I have been a member of VillaSport athletic club and spa for 6 years now, but I am deeply disappointed with the recent decline in quality and value. The employees' attitudes have been consistently poor, the food service in pool area is ridiculously slow with wait times of up to 35 minutes, and the presence of mold in the bathroom is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the pool is consistently dirty, which is a major concern for cleanliness and hygiene.
It's disheartening to witness the neglect of what was once a promising establishment. VillaSport has so much potential to be a top-tier facility if only they prioritized the well-being and satisfaction of their members.

VillaSport in The Woodlands is turning into a facility that’s not worth the money $$ ! BAD & Lifetime is winning even if they cost more…Classes get cancelled, pools keep getting closed, not enough classes - at least 1/3 + classes pre covid & they say they can’t get instructors. Originally corporate stated they weren’t making enough profit really? The Woodlands Texas is very profitable!!! & you’ve built 3 new locations. Instructors are being chased away after 10+ years of working at Villa WHY? They get paid more at Lifetime & oh by the way lots of your old members have left to go to Lifetime. The ONLY reason you still have good membership is The Woodlands areas explosive growth. Local people care but nobody’s paying attention! I’m a long time member 12+ yrs Disappointed in CORPORATE offices lack of care & guest service. Please improve now. Evaluate your business processes & be the VillaSport we used to ❤️

I was an original member when Villa first opened, and I’ve been a member on and off since. They are currently undertaking renovations, and due to the new competition from Lifetime, its not overly crowded. I primarily do cardio and light weights, and i can get in and out quickly. For a clean high quality gym, they hit the sweet spot of price, cleanliness, availability, and selection.

Villa Sport has made many updates since LifeTime opened up. They are doing a great job keeping up with the game. The Villa adult only pool area, kids club, and spa in the locker rooms beats any other gym in the area by far. Not to mention their prices are way more reasonable. Great place to belong to.

The indoor cafe staff is lacking in customer service. They make themselves very unavailable and you are putting them out if by chance they have to wait on you. I ordered a pretzel w/cheeze for $3.50 and choose not to tip. I received a hard cold pretzel 10 minutes later without the cheeze and she quickly disappears to the back room. Finally I able to get her attention to ask for cheeze. She pulls cheese out of the fridge, puts it in a cup and hands it to me... now I have a hard cold pretzel with cold stiff cheeze... WOW!!!

Been a member of Villa for over 5 years and waited patiently for their women's locker room renovation for 6 months. It is sad and upsetting to see mold in the showers, lack of cleanliness all over the locker room, and letting members to come to the jacuzzi with clothes and sandals. Nobody takes responsibility at this facility including the General Manager. It is sad to see they are letting this place fall apart after many years.

Used to be a great place but this gym seems to have declined in quality recently. I've found it difficult to get ahold of staff for questions and information, particularly regarding program sign-ups. Additionally, the water filters seem to be malfunctioning and haven't been replaced, and the overall cleanliness and staff responses could be improved.

A week ago I would give this place 3 stars, but after theft this Monday, they deserve that star to be cut off.
In general the place is ok, and probably 90% of their customers would be more than happy with it (if price is not a concern). They have all kind of fancy cardio and cable machines, sauna, swimming pools, play courts…
However, I go there predominantly for strength training. All I use is barbell, power rack, bench press rack and cross bar (for chin ups).
They have one full power rack, which is great. However, they have lifting platform installed into it, and the floor of the platform ends right where I would normally stand to pick up the barbell to make squats inside the rack. So if I place my feet right under the bar, where they supposed to be when you pick the heavy weight out of the hooks, my heel would be barely on the platform, and my toes would be in the air which is not a safe position. For lighter weights, I can step back a bit and bend over to pick the barbell, but for heavy squats, it is a good way to injure the back, so I don’t do that. Simply making that portion of the platform inside of the power rack several inches (may be 1 foot) longer would fix this problem and make the entire layout much more usable. And yes, I need to do my squats inside the rack because it is the only way to do them safely. Other way to do it for me would be to do squats facing the open area which feels odd.
So since the power rack is not really functional, I have to do heavy squats elsewhere. Luckily, they have half-rack with safety bar, so I can do it there. Oddly though, this half rack does not stay straight against the mirror. I would be ok with having no mirror at all, but when you have it, you unconsciously try to watch into it straight which in this case can make you turn your body and screw up your squats. Of course I can straighten myself against the mirror after I pick up the barbell from hooks, but when dropping the barbell back onto hooks at the end of heavy set, one hook would be further from me, and I risk to miss it. So again there is safety concern here.
At bench press, there no good way to spot someone with their design of bench press racks. It has that bar behind the bench that prevents spotter from getting close enough. And spotter is in the much weaker position and not of much help if he has to bend over it.
Barbells and weights. While the bars are ok (I still prefer TPB though), they don’t have good plates. Their Iron Grip plates are polygonal. It doesn’t matter much for squats and presses, but horrible to do deadlift with. They have round bumper plates, but those are thick, and while I can barely fit the required weight on the bar, I believe plenty of people can’t do that. So I have to try combination of bumper and polygonal plates to see if it will allow me to roll the bar.
And yes, they don’t have any 35 lb plates.
Their bumper plates and training plates are really good for cleans. And the fact that they have a weightlifting platform – that’s just great. I guess I have to thank crossfit virus for that.
The cross bar – I was able to find only one straight cross bar (the one on half rack). The rest of them (and they have plenty) are all inclined. And I normally do chin ups with supine grip, so I need straight bar.
That would probably be it for their equipment.
Other things – their drinking water has chlorine taste. So I have to bring water from home.
VillaKids is extremely dirty, full of dust everywhere. Just check their climbing rack. If you happened to find it clean, come back couple of weeks later, and you will surely see what I’m talking about.
I will probably still continue to go there because of convenient location, sauna and swimming pool. But I will definitely be looking for something better, unless they fix their equipment issues. And of course they have to deal with thefts.
And don’t pay enrollment fees – they have $0 enrollment promotion every other month.

I have been a member of Villa Sport for over 6 years and the maintenance and customer service gets worse each day ever since Covid began. This place has been undergoing construction in the men's locker room for over five months since they were going to redo the whirlpool, sauna and steam room. The project was expected to take 3 months max and it is almost been six months and they can't get it to open. Ever since construction started taking a shower in this gym has become unbearable due to headache loud noises and loud music from the workers which by the way rear ended on my friends car. Furthermore, we keep getting lied to even my the managers by fake dates by which the sauna, whirlpool and steam are going to open and it all ends with false hopes. If you were hoping for the sauna or steam room to be any bigger I am sorry to inform you that they seem to be almost the same size as before. If you were hoping to use the outside whirlpool guess what, well it is also closed due to maintenance. Additionally, the fitness director Amirah Deais is always very rude and only yells at you for taking two set of dumbells and going across the gym floor to the free motion machines to perform your workout because all of the benches are taken. I am very disappointed in VillaSport and hope that they can get back on track and the remaining members deserve to be well treated and get some sort of compensation for all the hassles we have been going through in these past few months of construction.

Where do they realize they were charged double and don't return your money? My niece switched memberships, Villa Sport made the change, added her to another account, and continued charging me. In the summer, I realized and went to the club to explain that my niece was still on my account. They said it wasn't a problem and that they would refund the money. Many months have passed, and they haven't returned the money, so I'm going to ask them to do it. But this time, the employee tells me he will try, but he's sure it won't go through.
Who doesn't return the money if they realize they charged double???
I stopped going swimming because the indoor pool wasn't clean and the towels were old. We've been very patient waiting for the sauna to be fixed; they've been saying it'll be ready for a month. You patiently wait for things to be fixed, supported them during the pandemic, and when you need attention, they deny it and get frustrated because they don't understand you.

I have been a member of this club for 6 years. Last year, we realized that they were charging both me and my sister for my niece’s membership. They changed twice the membership fee for one person for 25 months.
Last summer, I went and they told me they would refund the money without any problem but it would take some time. Since they haven’t issued the refund, I went to talk to them and they kindly attended me. However, they said they will submit my request but they are sure they won’t refund the money because it’s my fault for not canceling the account, even though it was notified at the time that the child was switching to her sister’s membership.

Best gym in The Woodlands. This place has workout equipment beyond workout equipment. You could easily go to just this place and never be bored. There are multiple areas with free weights and machines, as well as tons of cardio. There is an outdoor area that is astro turfed with CrossFit-type of gear, plus a soccer goal and balls. There is an indoor and outdoor pool area, and both have slides and both have a play pool and a lap pool. Of course, there is a hot tub too. There is a café here, and plenty of programs and activities. The outdoor pool area sells drinks and food, as well as adult beverages. There is a café in this place that does the same. The men's locker room has a large sitting area with a TV playing sports, a sauna, and a hot tub too. It's a very fancy establishment, for a gym. Because of this, the price for membership is very high, which is the only reason I dropped the rating to 4 stars, but if you have the money, it's worth it.

I signed up solely for the outdoor lap pools which are fabulous. I have my own weight gym at home which is a very good thing because, as it was 10 years ago, the Villa Sport gym area is still a teen social club. The locker rooms are slowly being renovated which is good because the facilities looked like a staph infection waiting to happen. Also, the website is the speed of 1995 AOL dial up.

We were counting down the days till Lifetime opened up.
The equipment is very run down and not well maintained. Only have four squat racks for the entire gym meaning there’s always a line of people asking when you are done with your set.
There’s always crowds of teenagers huddled around machines. They just stand around having a social hour while not using them and preventing others from using them.
For what you pay for membership, the facilities should be way nicer than what they are. Most other members I have talked to have switched to Lifetime, including several of the trainers at Villa.

I have been a member since 2018 and I cancelled this month.. Villakids management is so bad since a couple of years, they hire people who do not have experience with babies or toddlers I just recently had a very bad experience with the staff from front desk “Mandy” because she decided to yell to my 2 year old because she pushed another toddler she said and I quote “ your toddler was being a bully so I had to stopped her and she almost cried when I raised my voice to her” toddlers need a lot of patience you need to either distract them or go to one knee and try to say in a firm way no pushing. Anyways I don’t feel happy leaving my 2 year old there knowing that they have less patience and empathy towards toddlers.
Aquatics is also a problem I had my six year old in swimming lessons and he had a different instructor like every 2 lessons the instructor will be late and he wouldn’t give me those extra 15 min.
The womens locker room smells like mold. Towels everywhere

Updated review (pictures attached)
I have been coming here for years and loved this place. Same people, everyone was friendly for the most part and the facility was well kept. I have no clue what happened in the past 6 months. But new faces , the villa kids is a struggle every time you go and check in or check out, it’s like every day is the first day. The men’s locker room is down right disgusting and always stinks now. It has been brought to their attention but they never do anything. They never clean the floors or the wet sauna. There is a general distaste it seems from the staff to the membership, which I get alot of these people are probably hard to deal with, I Pay 300 a month for my family and it doesn’t seem worth it. The equipment is now also starting to breakdown. The loyalty I felt to this place will soon be gone when the new lifetime fitness opens. Want my advice , hold off until then.
Old review
Awesome facility. The front staff and managing staff is awesome and responsive. They have a great selection of equipment and weights based on every type of person. The place stays VERY clean and they haven’t been irrational on COVID steps. Only con is some of the personal trainers act like you are lucky to be in their presence and are in there way. But great place.
The child care is absolutely next level and the people in there are second to none. Monthly dues are almost worth it just for the quality of the villa kids people.

This is a great gym if you're looking for an overpriced membership to be absolutely RIPPED OFF by incompetent and unethical managers.
I put my account on hold but then was charged the full membership amount the next month anyways - not the appropriate pro-rated amount. On August 19th I wrote to the concierge email address as I was told to do if I had any questions, explained the billing issue and asked for it to be fixed, and I never heard back.
So I went into the gym about a week later and spoke with "ambassador" Jake. He looked at my account and agreed that there was a billing issue. He said he would talk to his manager and then he would get back to me in a couple of days once it was resolved. I didn't hear back for a whole week, so I called back and spoke to him, he just gave me a bad attitude and said he hadn't heard back yet, I just had to wait.
I didn't hear back, so I called back again on August 31st and spoke to Luke. He told me he would talk to his boss Sal / Saul and that he would get back to me. I never heard anything back.
So then I wrote to the concierge service again, asking for a follow up on my billing issue. I haven't heard back.
This is an unethical business that will take your money and won't make it right when they mess up - if fact, they won't even acknowledge you. Total scam.

We recently joined and absolutely love it. An excellent variety of group classes from the Les Milles series as well as extensive free weights and weight machine. We joined predominantly for the pool during the summer but we’re pleasantly surprised that we loved all the other services equally as much if not more. We have kids as well and they love the villa kids area while we are working out!
Updated review initially we thought this was a great option and alternative to the Woodlands pools in the area… However, one year into it, we are done and canceling. I have been a member of gyms literally all over the world and have to say the two things making us leave are the lack of maintenance, I mean, just look at the pictures of how many machines have been out of over the past week, the mold surrounding the women and men’s hot tub for the past few months, as well as the dirty, nasty ceiling and air filters in the locker room, and then the other people… You’re either swarmed by teenagers on the weight floor asking if they can jump on when you’re not even in between sets… But actively lifting weights, and then the women that just barge past you through doors, and the overall sense of entitlement. Not sure if this is a Woodlands thing or if it’s unique to this particular gym but even Dubai and DC weren’t this bad with snobby rude entitlement
but it’s just really ostentatious and not our vibe… Just this morning alone her to women push past me to get into the body pump class, and then someone asked me if they could jump on the treadmill when I was literally still in the process of wiping it down… Like, are you kidding me? I can’t wait till lifetime opens.
