If you’re looking for a great personal trainer, Lenny Walls is definitely your guy!
He provides you with challenging, yet do-able workouts, and takes your goals and abilities into account! When I first started with him late last year, I was a bit nervous and somewhat unfamiliar with the environment (as a person who’s idea of exercise was cardio prior). Lenny not only taught me how to work my way around the room filled with equipment, but also made my training sessions with him feel fun and safe.
As your personal trainer, he will also hold you accountable so you can reach your goals! He is such a motivating individual; having him as a pt will have a positive impact on your mindset!
For the results:
I’ve lost close to 40lbs, gained a whole lot of muscle, and am just in all around better health then I was at my lowest a year ago. I feel stronger & more confident, have more energy, & somehow look forward to waking up at 5:30 am for a 6:45 workout 😅.

He is completely unique in his training methods and does a great job of accommodating each clients specific needs. I did a little research online and found Lenny through a random website for personal trainers. What enticed me was his NFL background and I figured a professional athlete is the best it gets. I had not stepped into a gym in over a year and even before it wasn’t since high school that I kept myself in shape. I remember the first day showing up to a workout with Lenny and struggling with a single push, couldn’t even knock out 10. I was overweight, unhappy yet motivated to do something about it, but I didn’t have direction or the knowledge. Anytime I stepped into a public gym I felt lost. Lenny starts you off with the basics, shows you the correct techniques, exercises, and motivates you past any limit you think you can push yourself. Whether it’s nutrition or just need advice on your day off Lenny is there. I really appreciate all the support he has given. I’m past push ups and I’m benching with 45 plates for the first time. I’m lifting weight that I never I thought I could lift before. The results are night and day on my body. If you are just starting out and don’t know where to start or you already have years of experience, Lenny will push you to new heights EVERY SINGLE TIME you step into the gym. I never write reviews, but enough can’t be said about Lenny.
Highly, highly recommend you step into a gym with him. He changed my way of approaching the gym and he will change yours. I’ll continue to go back for years to come.

Lenny trained my son who was 8 years old at the time, during the summer of '13. My son was leveraging the training to stay in shape and to prepare for tackle football. Initially, we questioned if the training was too advanced for him since he was working out with High School athletes, however, Lenny did a great job getting him acclimated. Lenny focused on the fundamentals and as the training progressed, he introduced my son to some advanced drills. My son did not partake in any weight-lifting, the workouts focused primarily around speed, agility and explosiveness. Since then, I have seen a significant improvement in my sons leg & core strength, balance, footwork and mental toughness. I highly recommend the training for those 8 and older. We plan on putting my son through the training in the offseason again.
