Claudette and We Move Denison is wonderful. I love the restorative yoga class and I always feel so great afterwards. It is a nice reset to the week and provides a much needed slow down and breathe chill time for me.

Claudette is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Pilates! As someone who has done a lot of classes with many different instructors, she is by far the best. She is passionate about her practice and teaching. If you are a beginner or experienced, she will guide, correct, and encourage you to reach your full potential. I highly recommend this studio.

I’ve had neck pain so severe over the past 8 years that I’ve ended up in the ER not able to lift my head on my own. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, prescriptions, home remedies, and all kinds of gadgets trying to find relief. The myofacial release that Claudette provides is hands down the best relief of pain and tension I’ve ever had. Two sessions has relieved years of tension in my neck and I am a true believer of her work. I’ve also participated in one of her sound baths and it was such a great and soothing experience. I cannot recommend We Move Denison enough and I can’t wait to try more of what is offered.

We Move Denison has helped me to transform and strengthen my body in ways I didn’t think possible. I used to have back and hip pain on a regular basis and within 3 months of regularly attending classes, I had improved my core strength so much that my pain was almost non-existent. I also notice that it has brought an awareness to me about my body that I didn’t have before. Claudette is patient and in tune with her clients and their needs. I highly recommend!

So much better than a box store exercise facility. Claudette really cares about her students. She provides quality instruction, helps you with the correct form and makes sure that you get the maximum benefit from her classes. The environment she fosters is very welcoming and supportive. I've grown so much stronger in six months and my hip and lower back pain have practically disappeared.

Highly recommend this pilates studio! Claudette is so knowledgeable and is a fantastic teacher. She really cares about how everyone has different needs or problems with their body and works with each one to address individual needs. I have become so much more aware of how my body does or does not move and have learned to move properly without stressing my joints. I always look forward to the classes at studio and leave feeling refreshed!

Absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming for about 5 months and it has changed my life! I was a complete newbie to Pilates and Claudette was the most amazing teacher ever. Since starting I’ve even gone to other places while traveling and they are not the same! She takes her time with everyone and helps you learn not only the correct moves but teaches you to understand the “why” behind each breath and move. I’ve done both mat Pilates and reformer work with her and both are amazing. I am a huge gym girl and these workouts have retrained me on how to use my body with lifting, ab work, more defined core area, and helped fix my lower back pain! Can not recommend enough!

Claudette is so amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable in yoga class and always leaves me feeling so refreshed! I tell everyone about her she has a unique way of teaching and lots of experience. I started training with Claudette in June of this year. I was in constant pain in my right hip. I had tried other yoga studios in the past and got no relief from my pain. Claudette is so gifted in understanding the body. She says the right words to help you strengthen and open the areas you need to work on. My core is stronger and I able to do my favorite hobby, Stand Up Paddleboarding with ease. I also had problems with my right shoulder which affected my Paddleboarding. I can’t thank Claudettte enough for giving me a new outlook on my 52 year old body! I can see where I’m going with my health! I highly recommend Claudette with We Move Denison;) I also recommend the gyrotonic which is like no other workout I have ever done!

When I started at We Move Denison I could barely walk or get out of my chair. I had back issues, shoulder isses, hip joint issues and neck issues. Some of the exercise were hard. But I continued. I got stronger, less pain and and better range of motion. Claudette Thomas is an awesome teacher. I would recommend this studio to anyone with or without injuries. Friendly, fun and a awesome place. I'm glad I started. I've been going a year and a half. Not go to quit. It's important to stay fit as we age and stay fit with youth. Thank you.🍁🍂

Such a wonderful place! The owner is so knowledgeable!! The place and environment itself is beautiful. I felt AMAZING after! When I tell you that everything felt so good my back and spine and entire body after her class, I MEAN IT! It’s a MUST if you want to be active but regular work outs hurt you too much. This is perfect!

I was referred by my wife and daughter. My problem was a sore shoulder and had bothered me for several months. I made a appointment and was extremely satisfied with the results. She is very gentle and thru manipulating my shoulder and breathing exercises, my pain was gone and has not returned. I would recommend Claudette Thomas for pain resulting from tight constriction of facial tissue resulting in chronic pain.
I am still pain free in my shoulder for over a week.

I’ve had several surgeries in the past, bilateral knee replacements, 2 back fusion to name the bigger challenges. In February 2022 I fainted going into the bathroom and broke my neck, several broken ribs and a subdural brain injury. I’m normally a very positive person but the injuries I received in February 2022 brought me to my knees! It’s been a hard year with slow progress. I heard about Claudette and I’ve had 4 sessions with her and it’s remarkable how much better I’m feeling and my pain level is very low. I will be seeing Claudette 2 to 3 times a week and look forward to continued improvement.
