Caroline’s Pilates classes are as incredible as her instruction is! She finds the right groove of full-body support while upleveling technical skills and has such a craft of knowing what her clients need. These workouts are the highlight of each week as the community Caroline has built is just as motivating as the routines she creates. A testament to her teaching is how she is constantly seeking feedback to make classes even more impactful while staying personalized to individual needs. Thankful to Well & Often and how much it has made me enjoy Pilates!!

I have been doing Pilates with Caroline for about 3 years. She has supported me both mentally and physically through two pregnancies. I felt so strong and capable through both of my labors and post-partum periods largely because of her physical training and what I will call emotional training, helping me feel empowered and connected to my body. She has a deep understanding of the human body and the changes we all go through especially as women through our child-bearing and peri-menopausal years. She is incredibly intelligent and emotionally aware and able to modify on a dime if needed. I feel so lucky that I met her and can continue to work with her and I am so grateful for everything she has done to help me be a stronger and healthier person in every way. She has my highest recommendation.

I strongly recommend Well & Often Pilates. Caroline is a wonderful instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable, so personable, and fun! The location is very convenient if you live in Circle C or Southwest Austin. I just had the best Pilates workout and look forward to the next class:)

I’ve been taking Caroline’s Pilates classes for a couple of years and can’t recommend her enough. The workouts are incredibly effective, and she has a real gift for meeting you exactly where you are—whether you’re brand new or experienced. There’s never any pressure to perform; she creates a supportive, welcoming environment for all levels. Her knowledge of the body and how it moves is truly impressive, and it shows in the way she adapts exercises to each person. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last year and Caroline was my first step back into exercise. She created a program specifically for my needs. I’ve been doing Pilates with her ever since. I’ve practiced Pilates for 15 years at many studios with different instructors, and Caroline is truly in a league of her own. She is constantly tuned in to her clients’ needs and designs each session with fresh, innovative exercises that target exactly what my body needs to reach my fitness goals. My workouts are never boring, and she always knows just how far to push me for maximum results.
What really sets Caroline apart is her positivity—it’s not forced, but genuine encouragement that makes you believe you can do more than you thought possible. And then you do it! Because of her, I not only feel stronger, but I know I’m stronger.

Caroline is truly exceptional. I’ve been taking private Pilates classes at her home studio twice a week since January 2025, and my practice has completely transformed. Her deep knowledge of anatomy and how the body works together shines through in every session. She personalizes each workout, explains the “why,” and I always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and pain-free.
But Caroline is more than just a Pilates instructor, she’s a necessity in my life. I always leave her studio not only physically better, but mentally recharged. Simply put: the best teacher I’ve ever had.

I started Well & Often mat classes a year and a half ago because they were so conveniently close to home - but I've stayed because Caroline's talent for teaching is unmatched. Her cues are clear, her knowledge is deep, and for the first time I actually felt that "mind-body connection" people always talk about. Caroline is thoughtful, relatable and genuine and she truly cares for her clients - sending check in texts to tailoring stretches or playlists just for you.
While I expected a great workout, I didn't anticipate connecting with a community of strong, welcoming women who show up and encourage each other as we take an hour to care for ourselves.
I've since added private reformer sessions with Caroline in her beautiful home studio, and they've been game changing for my posture correction and fitness goals. The combo of group classes and 1:1 have changed how I feel and move day to day.
