Wicked Core is a Lagree Fitness studio. The Lagree workout incorporates strength, resistance & cardio training not only in every workout but in every exercise taught. It’s a high intensity low impact 45 minute session that will leave your muscles, leaner, longer and stronger, creating noticeable tone and definition in the body. You can expect a full–body session that uses controlled movements on a MEGAFORMER™ M3S to work your slow and fast-twitch muscles to the point of failure. The workout is low impact, but high intensity by combining the elements of classical Pilates, cardio and weight training.

Everyone is very helpful! I an extremely overweight and out of shape and the ladies there are understanding and so friendly and helpful to make sure I don’t injure myself through my fitness journey. They are all very encouraging and will kill you at every workout.

Wicked core will whip you into shape! It provides a high intensity but low impact workout that is great for those of us that may not want to destroy our bodies for the sake of physical fitness. Each session lasts 45 minutes and that is plenty of time to get your heart rate up and running and your muscles engaged and thoroughly worked out! You will leave exhausted, challenged, and completely rewarded! They have great hours with an abundance of class times. There are also multiple instructors that each bring something a little different to the programming which helps keep each class fresh and engaging!! I highly recommend Lagree and Wicked Core! I started attending classes at Wicked Core at the beginning of August after moving to the area from downtown Houston and previously attending classes at Solidcore. I truly do like this studio and the instructors here, I have not had one instructor that I did not like. The instructors are very helpful and very attentive, they will come by and fix your form and tell you what to fix usually at the beginning of a movement which I really like. I also really enjoy that the workouts are challenging, most of the time I can’t stay in a movement for too long because of how challenging it is and how much you feel the burn but that’s a great thing to have in my opinion. I already notice a physical change in my body and feel so strong physically and mentally during/ after class and when I am going about my day as normal. Overall I have had a great experience at this studio and will continue attending classes here for as long as I live in the area.

I have so much respect for Pilates!
My first class at wicked core was the most humbling experience and I wasn’t sure I’d go back… but the shakes and after class rush was absolutely addictive! I’m slowly working to increase Wicked Core into my daily exercise plan at least twice a week because it helps with opening my hips and strengthening my core so much! Every instructor is unique in how they instruct, but all are supportive with adjustments and modifications (I’ve got a bad knee that acts up). Wicked core is helping with my lifting and cycling - and I couldn’t be happier to find this studio.
I have only been to the magnolia location but it is always clean and well organized and parking is a breeze. Please go try it out - embrace the shake and be willing to get a solid stretch in!

I needed a break up in my weightlifting routine. I noticed I wasn't pushing myself the way I wanted. I started here and I have seen such a huge change in my body. I'm getting stronger and I can see definition and toning. Such a feeling of accomplishment after each workout.

I came to Wicked Core completely raw to the concept of any form of Pilates. I was looking for something extra to add to my Peloton regimen.
Turns out I love it!!
I love the challenge, I enjoy the instructors, and I’m already seeing results!
I’m still relatively new, but I’m looking forward to my mind & body transformation to come.
The studio is always clean, which is of importance to me. I also love the app where I can schedule my upcoming classes, and keep tabs on my past classes , etc.
I highly encourage anyone looking to push themselves, to check out this place.

This workout is unparalleled and much better than pilates in my opinion. Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens, tightens, and tones your muscles quickly and safely. It will make you shake, sweat, and feel sore, but it's definitely challenging, demanding yet achievable. The satisfaction after class is pure. Since my first Lagree class on January 14th, 2024, at this location, every workout has been different, never repetitive, with various routines.
The studio is aesthetically pleasing and sanitary, including the lavatory, and there is plenty of parking available. Additionally, the instructors are welcoming, fun, and well-educated on form and techniques. They provide alternatives for movements if you're struggling, which I am grateful for. Each class presents a new, challenging routine, making the experience truly remarkable.
To anyone who wants to sculpt their body and get toned; I would recommend taking Lagree at either of Wicked Core's locations!

Great experience, I spend a lot of time at a desk working on projects and found my life sedentary. I knew I needed to strengthen my body. My OBGYN said weightbearing exercise is important for my health. At Wicked I enjoy the strength resistance training and all over body workout I receive in 45 minutes. I also like the stretch classes which have helped me ease back into a regular classclass. Its a whole body workout and well worth a try for anyone. Deborah offers several times during the morning and afternoon which helps with my schedule.

Wicked core is one of the most humbling workouts I have ever done. You assume because its slow movements that it will be easy, but boy let me tell you it is the exact opposite. It challenges not only your body, but your mind & your breathing. I will say don't give up after your first class either. It can kind of be intimidating because the moves all have different names, but after class 3-4 you'll start to get the hang of it and that will bring a huge confidence which will help you even more. I love wicked core and the changes its making to my body. I am on my second 10 pack purchase and dont plan on stopping anytime soon. The studio is always clean and they sell the cutest clothes too!! Ok final thing, if you have a chance I highly recommend taking a class with either the owner Deb or Meredith. I find them to be the most hands on with correcting posture and making sure you're actually doing the moves right, which I really appreciate. Thanks Wicked Core for coming to Magnolia!!!

I seriously love this place! Every instructor I have had has been so so kind and knowledgeable. I have worked muscles I never even knew I had. Immediately after my first few classes I convinced my man to go & he loved it too. I originally tried the spring location out with a friend and was so happy when the magnolia location opened up near me! Deb is incredible and really pushes you to your limits! I moved from Louisiana , to Texas recently and have been searching for a Pilates Lagree Studio , and this one already feels like home after 2 weeks of being open! Instructors are very knowledgeable and great teachers! If you are looking for a great workout and awesome atmosphere then Wicked Core is the best!
