I had the privilege of attending the 2025 Costa Rica retreat, and it was a beautiful and transformative experience! We all have busy schedules and everyday life things, and it can be hard to put ourselves first but this retreat reminded me that self-care is important for both our minds and our bodies.
The villa and scenery in Costa Rica are a beautiful backdrop for practicing yoga, and participating in meditation, sound baths, and workshops that prioritize looking inward for inspiration and clarity. Add a few natural experiences of horseback riding on the beach and sailing the ocean on a catamaran; and my mind found its happy place on this relaxing adventure.
Marybeth, Dr. Alyse and Snowy put together a wonderful program that had something for each person on the retreat. It was so nice connecting with a like-minded group of people who although different, share many of the same life experiences and provided insight and shared stories to help each other navigate our individual journeys.
Also, a huge shout out to our personal chef who spoiled us and made the most wonderful meals for our group!
I plan to attend another retreat in the future. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend saying yes to yourself and treat yourself to a retreat with Wild Heart Yoga!

Costa Rica cracked me wide open like a coconut 🥥🌴
When I arrived six days ago, I didn’t know what to expect. I carried quiet doubts, resistance, and the weight of needing to stay in control. But slowly, through stillness, movement, laughter, and the company of extraordinary women, something began to shift.
This land, this retreat, and the sacred space created by Wild Heart Yoga reminded me how to surrender. Each day peeled back another layer of fear, of tension, of stories I’d been holding onto for far too long. Time here didn’t seem to exist, I slept so soundly and received the rest I have been needing for so long .
Tonight, during our closing sound bath ceremony, something unexpected happened I felt myself crack wide open and Waves of emotion rose and released . I can’t describe the feeling because I have never felt this before but it was powerful and beautiful! A sense of calmness and peacefulness came over me with everything I didn’t even realize I was carrying. This was pure peace from giving in and letting go !
I leave Costa Rica tomorrow with a heart full of gratitude for the people who held so much space for me & for the beautiful women who became sisters, and for this journey that I didn’t know I needed as much as I did. Something inside me has shifted, softened, and come home. I leave renewed and reshaped into the version of me I have missed for a very long time !
“I found what I was looking for , she is me”
Pura vida~
Thank you Wild Heart Yoga for helping me remember who I am.
I will never forget this journey with all of you !

I was lucky enough to attend the 200 hour YTT with Marybeth and Trish at Anamaya Resort this summer. How to sum up the most incredible experience? Marybeth and Trish created such a beautiful, safe and supportive environment. All of us came to the training from different places, and had different backgrounds, yet Marybeth and Trish brought us all together, and delivered both fantastic training and a deeply heart felt experience. I found so many of the experiences provided to be deeply valuable, powerful, and thought provoking - feelings that will stay in my heart for life.
Every aspect of the training was well thought out, and had an excellent balance of the physical practice of yoga, and the rich history and philosophy. We were also given many opportunities to express ourselves creatively, emotionally, and intellectually in a safe space with no judgment. Learning was often discussion based, where all thoughts and opinions felt valid and taken into consideration - we were all teachers from the beginning! It wasn’t all serious either - we all had so much fun together, often laughing til we cried to help balance out what is a quite intensive training process.
I feel truly blessed to have been able to attend Marybeth’s training - I learned so much from her and Trish, and left not only with new knowledge but also feeling motivated, refreshed, and transformed. Thank you, thank you, thank you - you have turned a group of strangers into a beautiful family in a short three weeks.
To anyone considering YTT, training, classes, or experiences provided by Marybeth, I can highly recommend her without hesitation 💛✨

YTT Lin Costa Rica summer of 2025 was rigorous, amazing and transformative.
It was extremely well organized and took place in a stunning resort on top of a mountain with superb service, meals, views, and spa services. Marybeth was a radiant and extremely dedicated teacher through the entire three weeks. The course was well planned with a variety of different educational strategies and activities. I never knew there was so much to learn about yoga !! I feel extremely well prepared to teach and so so unbelievably grateful for having had this incredible experience with her as my teacher, and ten other beautiful souls cheering me on in those intensive three weeks! Thank you, thank you!!!

This is a review and also a love letter <3
I did a 200 hr yoga teacher training with Marybeth and Trish. It was far more beneficial than I could have imagined in all ways. As someone that has been practicing yoga regularly for about 6 years and a stay at home mom for about 5, I arrived to the training with an expectation of learning how to teach a yoga class and find the confidence in myself to do so. Flying to Costa Rica and studying with a bunch of strangers with the knowledge that I was going to need to speak publicly eventually felt wildly out of my comfort zone. Nevertheless I have had this calling for a while now so I took the leap and I am forever grateful that I did. Upon arriving to beautiful Anamaya Marybeth and Trish greeted our little group that shuttled in from Liberia as if we were already close friends.
What I found in the 3 weeks at Anamaya was immense spiritual growth, family, healing I didn’t even know I still needed and unwavering trust for myself, the process and the beautiful people that surround me and yes I learned how to teach a yoga class although that felt like the tip of the iceberg. As Marybeth says “the well is deep”.
I haven’t signed up with a studio YET and have not taught outside of family and friends YET but what I took away from this journey that we went on together was so much more than what I expected my end goal to be. During this journey we all laughed together, cried together, combusted, healed and walked away inspired, with tethered hearts. There is no doubt in my mind we were all brought together for a reason.
I could talk more about our personal experiences but I have a feeling that every single one of Marybeth’s trainings are uniquely beautiful in their own way. Her and Trish are not pumping out yoga instructors like a boot camp, they’re guiding yoga teachers in the discovery of their truest selves and to teach from authenticity. They will meet you where you are and love you for who you are. If you are on the edge of deciding if you want to do a teacher training or if these are the right teachers for you let this be your sign to go for it. You will be in great hands and you won’t regret it.

Wild Heart Yoga is my little pocket of calm on Bee Caves. I walk in carrying the day, and within five minutes the noise drops. Jenna is my go-to. Her sequencing is thoughtful, steady, and kind to bodies that have lived a little. She offers clear cues and real options, so you can work or soften without feeling called out. I leave class taller, lighter, and a better human to come home to.
The studio itself feels good. Clean, welcoming, gently warm, with music that supports the room instead of stealing the show. Booking is easy, parking is simple, and when the weather is pretty they take advantage of it. They host special classes and community events that make it feel like more than a gym calendar. Popular times fill, so I plan ahead. From a Westlake mom who has tried a lot of studios, this one has heart.

I just checked off a bucket list item by completing my 200-hour YTT with Marybeth, the founder of Wild Heart Yoga, in Costa Rica! What a truly wonderful experience it was—I couldn’t have imagined being introduced to the world of yoga teaching by anyone other than Marybeth. Her knowledge, aura, care, and overall teaching style are nothing short of magical. She’s a true inspiration, and her passion for yoga deeply resonated with everyone around her. She guided us through a cacao ceremony, full moon yoga and sound baths, amongst diverse types of yoga practices, and teachings including philosophical and anatomical topics.
I’m already looking forward to joining her future teachings and retreats because it was everything I had hoped for and more.
Thank you, MB, and a heartfelt thanks to the entire Wild Heart Yoga team for all the planning and support that made the training so special. I’m truly grateful! ❤️💕

Wildheart yoga exceeded all expectations for this 200 hour yoga teacher training. Leadership, compassion and attention to detail were all channeled through Marybeth’s bright and shining heart. Her passion and reverence for this beautiful practice of yoga was evident from start to finish. I am so honored to have spent 3 glorious weeks alongside 16 kindred souls learning the art of yoga! We are all now certified yoga teachers and all the better for it. I witnessed each of us transform under Marybeth’s professional and encouraging eye. Thank you Wildheart!

I completed my 200 hr YTT at Anamaya with Mary Beth. It was absolutely transformative. As a fellow teacher, I was impressed by the organization and content of the curriculum. Practical knowledge of anatomy and pose breakdowns/biomechanics/injury prevention/contraindications along with yoga philosophy, history, the energetic body to name just some of what was learned. Beyond the curriculum, MaryBeth walks the walk and cultivated a safe and compassionate space for all of us to truly shine as our authentic selves. If you want to be a certified yoga teacher, or even if you don’t and want to do a deep dive into your own growth as a soul living on this planet, I highly recommend Wild Heart Yoga for your journey.

I attended Marybeth's intensive 200-hr YTT at Anamaya Resort in Costa Rica. What a beautiful, amazing experience! I read several reviews of Marybeth's yoga school in Austin, TX, before signing up for YTT, and she sounded like a wonderful human being; some people described her as a "literal goddess." After meeting her only briefly on Zoom prior to traveling to Costa Rica, I told my husband, "She's better than I even imagined!" Marybeth is a kind, warm, open person who creates a safe, welcoming, inclusive space, and learning from her is absolutely wonderful! Her yoga practice is gorgeous, she's a master at every teaching style she introduced to us, and discussing and exploring yoga philosophy with her is enlightening! We started practice teaching on our second day! My goal for YTT was to improve my own yoga practice, and to explore yoga philosophy, but I believe that Marybeth's training inspired all 17 of us trainees to be confident in our own ability to teach after leaving Anamaya. I highly recommend Wild Heart if you're considering YTT. I wish I could send everyone I know to spend 3 weeks with Marybeth!

There are no words that could encompass the immense gratitude and appreciation I feel for the experience I had doing Marybeth’s 200 hour YTT. Those 3 weeks were absolutely incredible and my cup is beyond full. Marybeth was born to do this work and it shows. Without giving away any surprises to potential trainees, just know each element of the training was meaningful, genuine, and heartfelt, and I finished a better person than I was before. She holds space so beautifully for every single human she encounters and is an amazing teacher. Her yoga classes are also out of this world. So much fun. If you are considering training with MB and Wild Heart, I highly encourage you to go for it! You will not regret it. I learned so much and feel confident in my abilities to share yoga with others and I am more passionate than ever about this work. This experience will hold a special place in my heart forever and I can’t think Marybeth enough for all her hard work and care.

Took advantage of a pair of free class passes for my partner and I. The process of using them was a tad involved, but in the end I like and appreciate the process. I really liked that they left open the choice of which class to take. We ended up picking a 7pm Movenment, Meditation, & sound class that was very relaxing. The environment was quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. People voluntarily shuffled around without request to give my partner and I spots together which was really nice, really unexpected introduction to the community of the class. The class itself was perfect, slow and guided it provided a great environment for full awareness and release of stress and tension. Recommended and we will be going back

Signing up for the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Marybeth is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself.
Marybeth leads with love, passion, and intention. The cues she uses in yoga classes are so thoughtful and positive. She incorporates fun additions to her yoga classes like oils, meditation, poems, quotes, mantras, sound baths, oracle cards, etc and it cultivates the most amazing yogic atmosphere.
She offers helpful feedback to help grow as a future yoga teacher and provides many opportunities to practice teach and role play real life scenarios. I truly felt that Marybeth cares for me as an individual and wants to see everyone succeed.
I appreciate that Wild Heart embraces yoga as so much more than a physical practice. Marybeth shares her wisdom on yogic philosophy, lifestyle, history, methodology, anatomy, etc!
So, so extremely grateful for this magical experience!

To say Yoga Teacher training was a life changing experience wouldn't even begin to give it justice. Marybeth has been the most amazing teacher, new friend, soul sister, mentor, and everything was so meticulously thought out and planned. She brings so much beauty to everything she touches. I had the privilege of completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Marybeth in Costa Rica. She is undoubtedly the best yoga teacher I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Her ability to hold space for us was unparalleled, and her enthusiasm, creativity, and joy permeated every aspect of our training. Whether we were practicing in the early morning, chanting at the top of our lungs in the afternoon, or sharing heartfelt moments during a cacao ceremony, her presence made every experience special. The yoga classes, workshops and themed events are the highest quality I’ve experienced in Austin. The owner, Marybeth, has poured her wild heart and soul into every corner of the space and woven her bright spirit into the lives of each and every person who walks through the door. If you are looking for a magical experience for your yoga practice, this is your place! The vibes in this studio are so warm and welcoming. The playlists are so unique for each class. You may find yourself dancing on your yoga mat, or perhaps moved to tears. Something for everyone. They have indoor and outdoor spaces to practice which is unique to this studio. I always feel a heart felt sense of community when I practice here, and it's a safe space for me to connect with others, be 100% myself, and explore my spiritual side.
They also offer a lot of different events which gives such a sense of community and connection. I have attended Women's Circles here and felt so free and open to be myself. My favorite events are the Full Moon Yoga and Sound Baths every month. You learn so much about the cosmos and the energy of the moon cycle during this event. And sound bath always brings such a sense of peace. I always leave so fulfilled.
The studio also offers Yoga Retreats which are so thoughtfully curated. I have been to 2 of them so far---and if you are on the fence about attending one---GO!! Each experience is unique and I can say with full conviction---Life Changing. You will be invited to dig deep in your soul and find so much abundance and joy. Cleansing, healing and heart felt. And you will do this surround by the warmth and support of amazing souls that will become your friends. The connections I have gained from attending these retreats have been such a blessing. Invest in yourself and just go. You will not be disappointed.
Last---the owner of Wild Heart is a real life GODDESS!! She truly is a warm and kind soul that radiates so much joy. You can feel her warmth and intentions the moment you walk into her studio. Such good vibes always. And she is an amazing instructor. It's always a treat to take her classes. *Lizzy is also a personal favorite instructor!** Side note: I LOVE the boutique. You will always find something you can't live without. From clothing to candles to gorgeous tarot decks.
10/10 recommend this studio for anyone looking for a new yoga home and sense of community. The energy here is fire and will move your soul.

Wild heart yoga is so much more than a studio. I’ve gotten to attend a beautiful romantic dinner with my husband while listening to live music during an event. I’ve been honored to speak at a give back event for domestic violence awareness. I’ve been able to work as a vendor during a festive event. I’ve taken my children to see Santa in a beautiful rattan chair there. I’ve also gotten to take prenatal yoga, strength and power yoga as well as flow from the incredible Marybeth. Marybeth invites you to move at your own pace, work with the practice you are comfortable in, she touches your soul during the class with an energy that vibrates with pure heart, love, kindness and compassion. She has created something much bigger than a studio, she has created a space that is community, filled with people that bring bright energy, inviting you wherever you are at. I’m honored to call her my teacher, my beautiful, soulful friend and kindred spirit. You will not regret taking a class here or joining a community, event or retreat. I’m so grateful that I was a small part of her build seven years ago. Warms my heart to watch this space grow. So much love

I tried two classes during the $10 for 10 days promo. The studio itself is a very nice space. Unfortunately, I was astounded by the amount of cultural appropriation plastered all over the place. I don’t believe the studio is owned by an indigenous person, but there is indigenous culture depicted really inappropriately (in my opinion) in everything from the studio’s logo to artwork on the walls (pics for reference). From my perspective it’s not cool to just take spiritual symbolism from other cultures and use it to promote a sense of spirituality in your business for profit. That’s stealing. There are ways that I’ve seen white-owned yoga studios do this somewhat more respectfully and less exploitatively but this place is just over the top. I know that not everyone notices or cares about this, but to me and some other POC these are signs of how safe a space is. This studio is obviously designed for and by rich white ladies. And that’s fine, just know that that’s the vibe here and if you’re cool with that then it’s for you! It’s just not for me.
Everyone I spoke to was very friendly but it didn’t feel like an establishment that is very self aware. A big turn off to me (aside from the aforementioned and the price beyond the promo) was that in the classes I took there was CONSTANT music with lyrics playing, some of it pop music. Even during savasana there was a recorded voice playing. For me yoga is a mindful practice and one that I do to turn inward and connect to myself. I find it so annoying that we can’t even have a moment to sit in silence in a yoga class. For me personally it’s not accessible to have loud lyric music playing while also trying to listen to the instructor. I know I’m not alone in finding that over stimulating- not a feeling I want in a yoga class.
Anyway.. overall I’ve found the Austin yoga scene difficult to access but this one really stood out and I felt the need to highlight these issues. I hope it’s helpful for someone!

I am truly overcome with gratitude for my dear friend who introduced me to Wild Heart, and to Marybeth, the owner, for reminding me of the connected energy that fills my soul when I'm in the studio. I'd been living overseas for many years with no access to a yoga studio, so I got quite used to my home practice. When I signed up for the 10 days for $10 I thought I'd maybe squeeze in a session or two. It's day 8 now and I'm already five sessions deep:) The vinyasa classes have been everything to me; from the music to the cues, the instructor's energy and the beautiful community of yogis. There's a beautiful calm you feel when you walk through the doors, and I encourage anyone who is reading this to give it a go. Your mind and body will be so happy you did.

I attempted to visit this studio for the first time. I made sure to read all the instructions provided online. This included arriving 15 minutes early to check in for the class (I was there 20 mins early). However, NO ONE was there. The google listing shows that they open at 7 am. I was there at 7:10. There were no cars, no lights on, doors were locked, and no papers on the door. I checked their website and social media and nothing states that anything was cancelled. I stayed till 7:29 and by then they were STILL not open. I called both the phone numbers they had listed several times and neither was answered. This place does not make it very welcoming to newcomers. I was really excited to try them out for a yoga class and was greatly disappointed. I’m not sure where the disconnect was but clearly there are communication issues. Do better for new customers!

My best friend invited me to a Wild Heart Yoga retreat and I said yes mainly to hang out with her, but I ended up having the most magical and spiritual experience! I can honestly say that Marybeth and Jenna are two of the BEST teachers I've had the honor to do yoga with. I can't go back to "normal" yoga! :) They had a combination of different movements that were powerful and gentle. They are both educated on the practice of yoga and are caring. Dr. Alyse Snyder was the other wonderful part of the team (doctor of eastern and integrative) medicine and is equally as generous and inspiring. Book with her for acupuncture and coaching if you’re in Austin, TX! She taught us great information about health and the conversation could have gone on for hours. It was an authentic experience that filled my heart and inspired me. If you're feeling stressed in life more often than not, or looking for a unique experience, I recommend doing yoga here and if possible treating yourself to a retreat. It was perfect for a mindset reset! I have shared this with my closest friends so they can have the opportunity to enjoy this experience, too. :) Check out the photos and details on the website, you get what you see and much more.

I wanted to try their $10 for 10 days new client special. Well at no point did I read or hear you have to come 10 days in a row to get 10 days. Not 10 classes. I also hurt myself listening to one of the instructors. Its not inclusive. They are only catering to experienced goers. Get hesitant and fumble when saying “Oh if you can’t do this one do some organic movements.” I didn’t appreciate the make light of others body’s not doing the pose all the way in the form of humor. This is After they have already instructed the moves at first. So someone gets hurt trying to do it before saying this move might be too advanced.
I was approached and felt put on the spot when I show up and use my crystals like they’re trying to prove I don’t know anything. Asking questions about what I know about my own crystals and what they’re for. I my hands full headed out the door. It was weird and so obviously not a moment for my benefit. Thank god I was only $10 for ONLY 4 classes I got. i only met two people that work there.
This is why I never asked about the special and won’t even go back nor recommend. I recommend at home app. Because like me, more disabled humans won’t feel comfortable nor beginners here at Wildheart. Apps are inclusive and proper instructed. I’m doing yoga daily.
My health struggles are a bit obvious on the outside. I stay brave to show up to places to inform others where they can find inclusion of them.

WILD HEART is a rare gem in the Austin yoga community. At WILD HEART you'll find a nourishing community of teachers and fellow yogis. There's a great choice of classes and the schedule offers lots of flexibility - and it's a plus that so many classes are outside which is surprisingly pleasant no matter what the temp is! The teaching staff is exceptional. You feel the love the minute you walk in the door -- it's a nurturing, spiritual and safe community -- and lots of great yoga!

I signed up for this place because it was close to my home and it had outdoor classes during the pandemic. I checked the website and there were a couple of diversity tokens ( tokens because they were never in the schedule during the months I attended). It was the height of the pandemic and I just wanted to keep going with my yoga practice. The front desk staff wasn't always friendly but I still decided to buy a multiclass pass after my trial ended.
While taking one of the outdoor classes with the owner, I had my mat by itself on a wooden platform where there would normally be up to four people. Because the sun was hitting my face and I have rosacea, I wasn't always facing the front or the back like everyone else, it's my practice on my own mat.
The owner while teaching the class thought it was Ok to single me out , not once , not twice but three times (on the microphone ) to tell me I need to face the front because of Covid protocols. They were also teaching packed indoor classes at the time so it just seemed contradictory.
I was outside like I said by myself, far from everyone. I've been practicing yoga for thirteen years at that point , From India to Argentina, and I've never experienced such patronizing treatment during my practice. When I finally told her to stop doing that , she said "oh maybe you want to speak in private" and ran inside.
After the email exchange I got my money back and a very lousy apology because of "how I chose to feel".
If you are horrified with the lack of diversity everywhere and/or what yoga has become in the US, don't forget where you put your money is a vote for your principles. This place does not align with yoga philosophy at all. This happened months ago but I feel responsibility to warn others.

I love their yoga, their curated gifts and items, the owner, the teachers, and the retreats. I attended the retreat in Puerto Vallarta and it was hands-down amazing and magical. Well thought out and I still cherish that I went and gave myself that gift. If you're considering it, do it. I even made new lifelong friends there.

Wild Heart always fills my day with positive vibes. All of the teachers put their own fun spin on classes with different music and flowy transitions. I attended Marybeth’s Full Moon Yoga class outside under the stars. It was such a peaceful check in for the month and made me feel connected to my divine femininity. She ended the session with a sound bath of different instruments that truly made me float away during savasana.

Wild Heart Yoga is the most wonderful studio I have ever experienced. The space is gorgeous, the teachers are kind and knowledgable and the community is so loving. I had the amazing opportunity to go on a Wild Heart Retreat to Costa Rica and it was truly a life changing experience. Everything was perfectly planned and curated. It was the perfect mix of relaxing, spiritual and fun. I would highly recommend the studio and any retreats, I cannot wait to go on another.

Wild Heart has been my yoga home since I moved to Austin a year ago. Their regular classes are great but Mary Beth's Full Moon Yoga classes are truly special. From the way she guides you through the practice to her insight on that month's moon, to the sound bath and practicing outdoors under a giant oak tree wrapped in twinkle lights - it all makes for an amazing experience. I have only missed 2 of these monthly classes so far, and I sign up for them early!

Love Wild Heart! Every time I've been here I've had a positive experience. If you're self-conscious about not being "good" at yoga or not having cool yoga clothes to wear to class (like me), literally don't sweat it. The instructors do a really great job at creating a welcoming space for everyone. I've also appreciated how they've handled COVID safety. Outdoor classes under the trees are *chef's kiss*. 7/5

This is a great yoga studio and community. Ive been practicing there and at another studio for a while Had to take a break due to a sports injury. I recently re-started my practice at Wildheart because there is a fantastic outdoor space where classes are heald. The owner is a great teacher and business savvy, so the setup is safe and comfortable- she put outdoor heaters to make practice during chilly days doable. She also has a good eyw for talent -some of the teachers are new to the studio and they are excellent.

I love the vibe and atmosphere of Wild Heart Yoga! I've been several times to yoga classes, meditation sessions, and intention-setting workshops.
I would say classify my yoga practice as somewhere in the intermediate range, and I have found the classes to be challenging but manageable. I've taken classes with both Naomi and Maribeth and they're both great instructors.

I moved to Austin and settled for Golds gym bc they carried Les Mills yoga. Gold's was a dirty, tumbleweed of hair and toenails, though they had amazing teachers. I tried and tried to find a reasonably priced studio that had the Zen I was looking for. I want a studio that first and foremost is impeccably clean. Wild heart studio is dedicated to cleanliness. They use essential oils that invite and relax you. Secondly, I want contemporary music options; it helps my mind focus. Wild heart has all kinds of music from top 40 to classic soft yoga music; something for all your moods. They offer blocks, bolsters and blankets and they smell like fabric softener. They have a variety of teaching styles. I'm particularly impressed by the cards offered at the front that communicate that you're open to hands on tutoring. The bathrooms are beautiful. The space has the cutest twinkle lights and candles for evening. The place is nice and warm, which preps my muscles for the workout ahead. The teachers are knowledgeable and offer so many options for beginners to more advanced practice. I don't feel uncomfortable given I'm a bit fluffier than most bc the teachers encourage and embrace all body types. If anyone is reading this I'm really, truly excited. I lost a ton of weight when I found yoga and since stepping away from it have gradually put the weight back on. This place is by far everything I wanted and more. It doesn't feel like a chore to drag myself to a messy studio. I look forward to making time for it. I even like the merchandise area and I'm considering rewarding myself with one of the cute outfits when I loose a little bit of weight. Kudos Wild ❤️. Thanks for making bringing me back into the fold.

I can't say enough amazing things about this place. Marybeth has truly created a yoga sanctuary. This tribe treats you like their own and you'll instantly feel welcomed and seen. As someone who also went through their teacher training program, I HIGHLY recommend it! Try a class and meet the teachers, you'll see what I'm talking about!

I don't typically write bad reviews, but I thought I should this one time. I paid 22 dollars so the instructor, Josh, would sit around for 45 mins and just talk a little bit. No demonstrations, or real instruction. He's got a sweet gig I would say!

Wild heart yoga has that hippie boho vibe that makes you want to sit down and stay all day and you COULD! They have the cutest little shop with a couch right in the middle! The teachers are so sweet and gentle and the class options are great for any level! My FAVORITE class in candlelit restorative on Sunday nights with Jess-basically deep stretching and breathing to very peaceful music. They offer mini workshops at a great price and have giant yoga/meditiaon parties outside! Also, there is a full moon yoga every month! I started with the 10 days for $10 special and have been coming ever since. This place is the best!

I love wild heart yoga; as soon as I walk in, I am overwhelmed with this sense of peace and calmness. Their classes are challenging and I feel like I learn something new with each class. I wish I could go more often!!!

having begun my yoga journey in AZ before relocating to austin 2.5yrs ago, i was nervous to try local studios - but as soon as i entered Wild Heart, i knew i was home. the setting is welcoming, calming and organic. the boutique items are unique and sassy and many are local. they offer 3 showers in 3 restrooms, and the entire property is spotless. every teacher i've encountered at the front desk is welcoming and genuinely cares about your experience. the studio itself is flooded with natural light - you can gaze out the windows at mature trees and local artwork in the courtyard, and the outdoor classes and workshops allow you to change up your routine and grow. last, but most important - the teachers are magical. marybeth, maggie and carlee create flows and share messages, scents and chants that awaken the senses and often bring me to tears. they are in tune with their students' needs and abilities, and encourage you to craft your own experience to where you are each day. whether you want a killer workout, or need an hour of stillness, they celebrate you and help you create it. (i am usually looking for a good a$$ kicking, and i have received it every time). and, the tunes are always on point. i am grateful for every moment on my mat in this space. THANK YOU.

Wild Heart Yoga is the most consistently authentic studio I have had the pleasure of practicing in. The teachers are excellent, sweet, and terrifically human. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel right at home. The authenticity shows in the practitioners that this studio attracts and it is not uncommon to find a cohesion of good vibes with the other yogis in any given class. Marybeth, Carlee, Maggie, and all of the teachers will go out of their way to make your day just a tad sweeter. Go to Wild Heart, feel the love.
