I’ve had a fantastic experience training with William. As a complete beginner, I really appreciated how clearly he explains everything and empowers you by handing over a program that you can confidently follow on your own in the gym. He helped me build confidence not just with the exercises, but also with the little things that no one usually teaches you, like how to set up the bench or use different equipment properly.
Another thing that really stands out is how he vlogs your sessions, showing you exactly where you’re going wrong and how to improve. This has been extremely helpful for my progress. He communicates well, is approachable, and has always been accommodating when schedules need to shift.
I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a trainer who not only guides you but also makes sure you’re equipped with the knowledge to train independently and confidently.

It’s been about a month now since I’ve suffered a slight tear in my tricep, rear shoulder and left pectoral muscle. I’ve dropped from 4 sets of 10 at 185 on bench to struggling on the 3rd set at 100 lbs overnight. Will enlightened me about rest, stretching, recovery, and I have since been regaining strength in my left arm. Not fully recovered yet but thanks to Will I see the light at the end of the tunnel! Highly recommended whether you’re just starting to get active or a high level athlete!!!

Will is amazing! I started with him towards the beginning of the year and even though it’s only been a couple months I can tell a huge difference in my body already. When I wear tanks that were loose when I started they are now tight around my arms and chest. Will knows his stuff. He is super easy to work with and really wants to help you reach your specific goals! If you are looking for a trainer and results I recommend Will!

Will is an excellent coach,
I have been with Him for a month and a half, I came to Him for Health, I was careless and my Blood Sugar was more than 400, when normally it should be 90 to 120... and I had lost 18 lbs. The doctor recommended that I exercise and take care of my Diet ..
I started training with Will, I have improved a lot
to the point that my Health is at 100, I have more energy... and my Sugar levels are normal again.
I recommend training with Will💪🏽 I am very grateful, it is usually very hard when you don't comply😅 he punishes you with 100 pushups
If you don't follow the exercises.
I have also regained 10 lbs.
but with muscle mass 😎💪🏽💯

Will is an extremely knowledgable fitness professional. From day one I knew this was a good decision on my part, as I have always had problems sticking with/finding a routine. He started off by building my foundation and eventually moved up from there. Through all this we where also dealing with the corona virus, he was flexible and always kept in touch to check up on me to see if I was keeping up with my training. Overall 10 out of 10, best decision I ever made 😀
