Stopped taking the semaglutide over 6 months ago and the wt loss just plateaued. I’ve been training with Trevor for almost 4 wks now. Meeting Trevor was a major wake up call. I have battled my weight up and down for years. My body has been through trauma and weight has come, some has gone, but a most has stayed. I’ve stayed active, I’ve done the meal prepping, avoided fast foods, stopped drinking, I’ve hired a personal trainer prior, but the weight didn’t move. I thought my body was broken. I’d just come off of a VERY expensive 10-week 40 session program with a prior trainer where I did not see the results I wanted to see. I gained muscle, but after 10 weeks I had only lost a few pounds of fat. I felt defeated, and broke! couldn’t afford to do another block of sessions for those results.

My trainer Trevor has pushed so much and it’s been 1 month. I leave each session feeling accomplished and pushed to my limit. I was skeptical of getting a trainer again because most just want your money and give you the same workouts as everyone else and don’t listen to their clients goals. I was ver particular in what I wanted to archive with a PT and Trevor never stops listening to what my goals are and adapts accordingly. I probably met with 7 or 8 trainers in Dallas before I started working with Trevor and I am so glad I did. I am so excited to see what I will look like in a few months.
