I cannot recommend Ben as a personal trainer enough. Working out with Ben is awesome. He’s motivating, he’ll push you, and his positivity makes this gym feel like a great little community to be part of.
His guidance, both in the gym and nutritionally, helped me lock in on my specific fitness goals that I had for years. I feel more confident in my ability to perform exercises safely, and I have learned how to maintain a balanced diet for my goals.
Lastly this gym is always clean, well maintained, and less crowded than big corporate gyms.
Training with Ben has done wonders for my health.
