I am a fitness professional with 20+ years of experience that focuses on the integration of mindset, fitness and lifestyle to help my clients transform both how they look and feel.

Before moving to this area I spent nearly a decade as an Executive at the Austin based lifestyle brand, Onnit, that operated on the mission of providing its customers the resources they need to experience Total Human Optimization.

In that role, I designed their fitness education system, certified 2000+ coaches through that system, implemented it within their world-class Onnit Gym, produced their digital home fitness programs and lead their community of 20k+ fitness enthusiasts.

Now I am here in the Fair Oaks Ranch area and eager to help you!

Getting to work with Coach John Wolf has been a life-changing experience. The guidance and support he provides are truly top-tier.

I’ve learned more from Coach John Wolf than from any other fitness professional in the past 25 years.

John is one of those very rare people who’s able to distill exceptionally deep and broad knowledge into a teaching style that makes learning feel almost effortless.

Thanks to Coach Wolf’s digital offerings, I’ve now got a really strong foundation in kettlebells and steel maces. But more than that, perhaps my biggest takeaway is his philosophy of fitness: that we’re here to feel good and to keep getting better; that our last rep should be the best rep; and that we need to pay our body back for the effort we ask of it with intelligent mobility drills and cool-downs.

Until I started John’s programmes, I’d actually been scared to get back into weights after several years of accumulated injuries and issues. It’s been a real joy for me – and a source of greater confidence – to build myself back up, learning quality technique from John’s videos and his (often memorably hilarious) cues.

The Wolf Pack app is also outstanding and continues to grow. I’d been stuck for a while doing the same old workouts at home, but the app has freshened everything up for me: I’m now learning more and more drills and exercises, and loving the ability to log these and sync with my Apple Watch data.

I admire his commitment to building a real community of integrity and I’m grateful to be a small part of it.

If you are not familiar with Coach John Wolf, he has redefined my approach to fitness. Mobility, strength, breathwork, and recovery. I used to work out and feel wrecked. Pushed to hard. Now I move better, have less pain, more endurance, and more strength and I am about to turn 57. I really move better than when I was much younger. I would have never even thought about incorporating breathwork, but it has helped dramatically. It has a calming effect, weirdly enough helped with my mobility and also improved my sleep. Definitely over delivers for what you pay.

Working with John Wolf for the better part of 2025 has been nothing short of life changing. When working with him 1-1 he takes everything into consideration including both physical and mental wellbeing and opened me up to new perspectives. There is plenty of work that gets done, but a big insight I’ve gained from John’s coaching is that doing more does not necessarily equal better results. The best return on investment is usually achieved by doing less, which was not something I believed prior to working with him. John provides clear cut tools for you and outlines a detailed plan on how to achieve your goals. He’s there every step of the way and will give you a call to check in on you when he’s thinking about you. After following Coach John Wolf’s online workouts for a number of years, I got into the best shape of my life. I learned how to move in ways that were extremely hard for me previously even though I was an athlete for most of my life.

Now, fast forward to this current programming and consulting work he’s providing and it’s even better! Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, you will get something out of these programs. It’s not about a quick fix or immediate results. It’s about long term success and achievements based on YOUR individual goals that he supports. Speaking of support, during my time in his current program, Coach has been in constant communication with me. He has gone out of his way to help me through obstacles that have come up, coming out even better on the other side!

This is just the basics! There are so many learning opportunities for nutrition and mobility through the training modules. There are number of clients all linked together to form a great support community of like minded people to help each other learn along the way.

I’ve tried out different workout apps and programs and this one will take you further than you think you could go. It doesn’t get much better!

Coach John does an amazing job at tiering and modifying exercises to work from a beginner level all the way to the elite athlete and everywhere in between. Due to my interactions and training with Coach John, I have myself become a better martial arts and fitness instructor as well. Hands down the best Coach and Personal Trainer I have ever worked with!

I am so fortunate to have crossed paths with John. He has been a lifeline through some rough seasons in my life. John’s recommendations and medical introductions have contributed to very positive and productive treatment for my C-PTSD. For that, I am forever grateful. One of the qualities that I feel most sets John apart is his investment in the wellbeing of the whole person. John holds me accountable, checks in on me and has taught me the value of investing in myself and my own wellbeing. Believe me when I say that John takes no issue with calling you to join a google doc breakdown of your own directly quoted BS.

Through John’s mobility and unconventional strength training, I was able to recover both of my shoulder injuries completely and non-surgically. This was something that, 18 months of physical therapy failed to do. Additionally, I’ve been able to reach markers that I had doubted I could reach.

While working with him recently in The Wolf Den for several consecutive days, John wasted no time assessing my problem areas and formulating a plan for success. In the words of the great John Wolf himself, “No more weak ass!” This was a very personalized and focused experience that I can’t say enough about. My goals have included building muscle and strength while also improving and maintaining my mobility. In just a few days, with hours of workouts and facilitated stretching, John had me touching my toes, deadlifting and doing my first full push ups since my shoulder injuries in 2019. While these may seem like nothing to others, all of these achievements are remarkable to me. The most remarkable change however, is what John did for my neck, which I can now turn fully to the left! He has also provided me the skills to maintain this on my own.

Working with John has been such an incredible experience. I’ve watched him evolve, and he has been right there helping me evolve. Over the last few years John and I have become close friends, but working with him as my Coach has been one of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but when I do it’s because I feel who/what I’m leaving a review for 1 million% deserves it. Coach Wolf is the real deal. I’ve followed him for the past 4 years and have begun incorporating a lot of his mobility practice into my everyday routine.

I’m a mom of two with my youngest being 3 months old. My mobility has been rough since my last pregnancy and I’ve had very limited range in my legs and hips. I’ve been utilizing coach wolf’s hip mobility and it really has become night and day regarding my range of motion within my hips/legs/lower back. I can’t thank coach enough for helping me and providing me guidance and the tools to help me in this area as it’s benefited me in not only my training but just in my everyday life.

What can I say about training with John Wolf!? John is the absolute best coach I’ve ever encountered and one of the best teachers I’ve ever encountered in anything. I’d like to share my experiences working with @Coachjohnwolf. John is one of the most knowledgeable trainers and life coaches I’ve ever met!

John Wolf has been a mentor of mine for the better part of a decade. I'm not sure I could put the sentiment to words about the impact this man has had on my personal life as well as given me the ability to be that same kind of impact for others.

I would not be where I am today, with the relationships in my life, the purpose and vision for my life, nor would I have the motivation to elevate humanity had it not been for meeting him and deciding to go all in back in 2014.
