It's been three months since my 4 and 6 year old started and they love coming. The coaches take their time to help them with their skills and keep them encouraged. Coach Erin and Ashley have been exceptional with them.

The overall service here is great. I recently had an emergency and had to reschedule a party. The team was incredibly understanding and accommodating. I can see us here for a long time.

We've had such a positive experience at WGA. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really great with the kids. You can tell they care about both skill development and creating a fun, supportive environment.

We love this gym it took a while for us to find our gymnastics home but here we are. I have 3 girls one on team and the other 2 in recreational they absolutely love it. Good afternoon, you should supervise the performance of the Saturday level 2 couch, I don't know if she doesn't know what motivation is for girls, it is not possible for her to tell a girl at the end of class that she did everything wrong, my daughter no longer wants to come to class because of this coach, motivation in sports is essential for growth and improvement in the discipline that is practiced, instead of criticizing girls in a bad way, you should be on par with them, promoting their development with motivational words, not with words that can destroy the self-esteem of a 7-year-old girl, my daughter was happy in her level 1 because the coach had a very nice attitude towards them, but the Saturday girl leaves a lot to be desired, I hope you can do something about it if you are interested in the real growth of your students

The school does not keep your child’s progress up to date. You have to speak up and vouch for your child. The manager Janelle is very rude. She seems to never want to be bothered. They never answer the phone or return your calls. I could go on…

We had a really poor customer service experience at this gymnastics meet while they were hosting the South State competition on 3/24/24. There was an elderly lady working the front desk who was really rude to my family as we attempted to attend the South State competition to cheer on our fellow team members. We were made to stand with our gymnasts for 45 minutes in the 50 degree weather, despite there being ample space inside to wait inside and no crowd inside the facility. I would encourage USGA, or whomever leads the decisions for meets, to reconsider this location for one that holds more compassion for athletes and their families.

The front office clerk, Ms. Janelle is very rude and unprofessional. You pay so much money at this gym especially with the competition fees and uniforms. She post a day when you can finally can pick up the rest of the uniforms that was supppose to be giving out a long time ago , just to get there and Ms. Janelle refuses to give it to you, saying she has something more important on the computer right now so she's not giving them out rudely. I offer to wait up unto an hour and I also offer to go head and signed for it and she can give it to my daughter at the end of class because I had to go to work. Ms. Janelle rudely tells me that she already told me she had more important things to do on the computer right now and that I'm disrupting her as she sits in the front where parents are suppose to go when they have any questions or concerns. Please make that make sense !

🚫🚫🚫We had our girl there for more than 6 months ( they were doing the same thing every single day, school PE) and most of the coaches are kids, this place is very unorganized and staff not very friendly. We were told we could advanced her to level 2 and that we were next in line because the class we wanted was full, after a month we got an email that there was an opening for the class we wanted, the day after I went to finish the paperwork and I was told the spot was already taken.

Tried to give them multiple chances but not the best experience.

Since day one I got a big feeling that the place is really unorganized. Signed up both of my kids, every week his class would get cancelled due to not many boys signing up so he kept getting bounced around from girls gym 1 to tumbling to ninja, but never the same class we actually intended for him.
Did this for 2 months till my boy literally wasn’t getting anything out of it.

On the other hand my little girl was enjoying herself but her coaches seemed like they were too young and just didn’t care to be there.

Then on another occasion I witnessed my daughter fall and hit her back on a metal due to teacher not being attentive. Got it on video too since I was recording her have fun ,reported it but didn’t get the impression that they cared.

I didn’t make a big deal of it but the next day my little girl had a big bruise on her back.

Still gave them a few more weeks, but just didn’t see any improvements. Will be joining different gyms

I loved this gym and I still do. I don't currently go here now. But this place was my life I never went to any other gym and never will. I went here for 6 ish years and. I loved every part of my time here. I respect every coach and girl/boys that go here. I appreciate every coach that taught me here because I love them so much and they all treated me and the other girls very well and with respect. If I ever do gym again I'm definitely coming back here. They changed my whole life and I give them all credit for my achievements. You guys made my life completely different and I miss you all so much!

My grandkids having been coming to WGA for a few years now. The staff and coaches have always been professional and you can see that they care about the gymnasts/ninjas training and growth. My daughter did the 3-4 year old class. The kids coaches are likely young teens. They just look like they have better places to be and do not want to be there. To be fair, the older kids look like they are having a blast but the preschool/ toddler class is a bit lackluster. This is why we decided to not continue. In my opinion, this is a way to gain and keep students that could continue to move through the classes etc..I would want to know if I owned this place. This is why I left a review.

Management is terrible and has no idea what they are doing or what direction they want to take the company. Only direction they are going is down. The place is filled with cockroaches especially in the supply closet and mens bathroom. Can guarentee they havent cleaned the constantly used equipment in who knows how long.(bars, all mats, trampolines, place mats, etc.) Feel bad for anyone who has to endure this place longer than I had to.

The place is clean and organize. The kids looks happy doing their training. Almost all staff are very friendly and paciente with the kids/students. Almost all staff pay attention to kids details activities and correct them. The staff my child had are great and funny. The office has been very helpful with my child schedule (almost every month I have to change it due to my work schedule) and always they help me with a smile in their face. Thank you. My child and myself have a great experience there. I recommend it for beginners as pro.... The advance team work very hard to improve everyday!

Gave it a try for the second time and when we came back it was great the coach was awesome, but then they switched my daughters coach and it went bad all over again, they have young girls just making them so very minor simple things in EVERY class and then they go and play, absolutely not what we want to pay for even though it’s super close to us we will rather make the drive and take her somewhere else

It provided entertainment (for my daughter) the first few classes, but as a four year old whenever my daughter wandered away from the class they just let her do her own thing with the equipment. She was bored from waiting in line, which is what your child will spend most of his or her time doing there. Why pay for that when she can do that at home? The longer you’re there the less they pay attention to the student and the less they care. Classes are very repetitive, not much physical activity for younger children. Your child will also not receive much attention, 1 minute span of attention and then on to the next child and so on.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars!
This place was terrible and I had extremely high expectations.
My daughter is two so we attended the mommy and me class and the coach/owner seemed really frustrated that my daughter wouldn’t stay still she payed no attention to my child at all and I felt that my daughter was being left out and as a mother that hurts... I ended up taking my child and leaving I let them know “I think we’re just going to leave “ and NOTHING absolutely no response! Completely ignored!! I left in tears bawling!
I purchased 8 leotards for my child just to have the whole thing go horribly.
Please do not give your money to this facility, go elsewhere you’re children deserve better!

We are new to gymnastics and tried WGA. My 3 yr old was having fun. However my 6 yr old (beginner) after only a couple of classes was put in a plank for a couple of minutes and then told to tell her mommy she was “kicked out of class”... ouch. If you aren’t a beginner maybe this place is ok.

The help at the desk is very rude never greet me or say your welcome when I say thank you also I was waiting for ten minutes before I was noticed the two ladies took other people before me and while one was talking to someone the other was listening instead of offering me help this will be our last month here also the chairs are very dirty and the carpet n stairs it has a odor like old socks I tolerated this way to long pop corn machine that needs to be cleaned and the party table is dirty as well all the money families spend here it be up dated period I’ve also noticed how lazy some staff members are but that’s another story

My experience at this gym has been horrible. One of the staff memebers, named Brighten has truly been the reason why. Instead of actually teaching my kid she just stands there and do nothing. Not only that but she’s very unprofessional. This one time she brought a puppy into the floor which is honestly very unprofessional in my opinion. She is suppose to be there to work not just stand there and do nothing. Very disappointed.

I took my daughter there for the first time more than willing to pay the fees and have her join, but once the session was over, the service was AWFUL. My daughter has never done anything of that nature so of course I wanted the "coach" to give me feedback as far as how she did and what we need to do in order for her to improve. As soon as the session was done they started turning the lights off, the coach went to the back and grabbed her purse and was out the door without even saying a word to us. I went to the cashier still willing to sign her up but they had no idea what my daughter's name was and just told me if I was ready to pay today they would take my payment. Yeah, NEVER going back again.
