rented a volleyball court 11-1 and they said there was s a scheduling error so they asked if we were ok with 12:30-2:30, I said yes but when we should up there was a clinic in the volleyball court. luckily the people on the basketball side were finishing up but we still had to wait and then set up our own net. at the end of our two hours my friend and I were the only people in the building which I found odd. but the gym is nice and cold

I booked out the volleyball court for a birthday party for my 12 year old daughter. We planned to host a volleyball tournament. We had 20 girls being dropped off. I prepaid 3 weeks in advance because the full payment was due to book. I never received confirmation emails confirming the details of the party after asking via email multiple times. The week before the party I was nervous due to the poor communication. I emailed to get details such as what was provided, what time I could arrive to set up, etc. The emailed response from the owner was very short. When we arrived that Saturday 30 mins before party time, the doors were locked. I emailed and called the only phone number provided on the website multiple times, with no answer. We had to tell our guest arriving to then transport their kids to our home for the party. I did receive my money back and an apology, but for this to have been booked 3 weeks out, and the poor communication, this should have been more organized.

We were going to a birthday party here today my daughter’s friends rented the place out, but when we showed up today the place was locked up & no one was inside!
I was told no one would answer the phone when the people who rented it out were calling.

I ended up having to then drive 30 minutes away to drop my daughter off at a house to now host the birthday party.
Huge let down! & very inconvenient.
I felt really bad for the birthday girl as she was very disappointed too.

1 star. Would not recommend this place.
