I am not only impressed but feel blessed that we found Woodlands Tai Chi. It has been helpful in countless ways, and we look forward to continuing to participate with them. Many articles discuss the varied benefits of tai chi and what a wonderful group of instructors and people with whom to learn this ancient art!

There are no accidents and there are no coincidences. I stumbled across Woodlands Tai Chi at an ideal time, with the perfect group. Sesco, our master instructor, takes Tai Chi, seriously, yet has a kind, light hearted sense of humor and is highly patient. These wonderful qualities have been inherited by his assistant instructors as well. Although I've only been a part of this group for a couple of months, my class on Wednesday evenings, has become a gathering that I absolutely look forward to attending. I've met some stellar, like minded individuals with an array of experience in this form of martial art. It's difficult for me to believe that these classes are free of charge. If Tai Chi has been summoning you, come join this stellar group. Kudos to Sesco and all the instructors, onboard. You're all affectionately appreciated. Namaste.

The group is friendly and welcoming, and everyone is learning, even the most advanced players. Tai Chi is a great form of exercise that helps you build strength and balance. The instructor and assistant instructors help you to gradually learn the movements and you begin to develop muscle memory which leads to confidence. The atmosphere in the class is very calm and you can forget your worries as you concentrate on moving your body. please come along and give us a try, you won't regret it!

This is Great group of individuals that have discovered the benefits of Tach Chi. THe instructor, Sesco has great patience. The group is very friendly and welcoming to new students. Most people do not understand the benefits to be achieved thru learning to move your body in a slow flowing manner. It is physically and mentally beneficial regardless of age.

There is a class for everyone from beginner to advanced. The participants are friendly and welcoming. Tai chi promotes deep breathing while performing slow, fluid movements ... moving meditation.
