Not very happy with this membership. Small gym, and you can’t use the sauna unless it’s staffed. Also the door reader is very touchy so most days when I have to scan in I’m waiting 10 minutes until someone finally feels sorry for me and opens the door. And yes, I do follow the instructions and place my phone exactly where the label says but the issue is that it’s a downward facing scanner, not through the glass facing outward like most gyms.

Always open, even in holidays you can go in with your access code. I mostly go in mornings, so I don't know about the staff but they were friendly when I registered. You'll see similar faces each day, it is friendly place. The machines are available most of the times, but most of the machines have only one unit for each type. Overall, good place for workout.

I used this gym on a regular basis for a couple years. I talked to the staff at the front desk on the phone and in person, informing them I was canceling my membership. I was never told to put it in writing. I'm not sure who it was that I spoke to as it was over a year ago and the staff changed constantly. I got an email that my credit profile changed so I logged in to see I have a collections for $110. I only used the gym the month I canceled. However I was billed for several months after even though my card was not active. This is not about the money, it's about the principal. Iam willing to pay for the last month i worked out there but they want several months after the fact! When I spoke to a manager last on the phone she ignored my concerns as if they didn't matter. I have recently joined a new gym and do not recommend using this facility.

One of the things I absolutely love about this gym is their staff. They truly care about us as members. They also care about the safety of those around us. That was demonstrated in the gym this past week when someone left their child in the car and came in to workout. That type of behavior is unconscionable and should never be supported.

I've been a member at Workout Anytime Anna for about 6 months. Gym is relatively good. I tend to go later in the evening to avoid the crowds you get in the morning time and right after work. Equipment is clean and has most of the areas you need to get a good workout. Has a shower and even a hydromassage that is always available. The one major complaint I have is because I signed up for the premium service which comes with a "Monthly Body Composition Analysis" that I have used only once. Amazing plus! but I was never able to book an appointment and them actually keep it. I think today was my 4th time of a no-call no show or sorry something about the schedule. If you are lucky to actual use this service, the data they provide is next generation stuff, but again expect to show up multiple times and get an "I'm sorry" as if your time isn't worth any type of compensation. Outside of that nice place.

The Gym is clean and I enjoy the convenience of being able to workout in the evening after I get off work. However I forgot my badge one evening(my bad), and asked the employee to look up my name in the system to show that I was in good standing so I could get my workout in. First off I want to say the facility is great! However, I’ve unfortunately already had two run ins with some staff that I personally feel have been pretty disrespectful towards me and my family and is why I am writing this review. Many of my family members have been members at this gym and they have honestly given free memberships towards my brother who is a first responder and my grandfather a veteran. The second staff run in was when I came in one day to work out and my other brother had wanted to come with me and I was under the impression that taking a friend was free at this location. As I walked in, a bearded gentleman stopped me and my brother and asked for membership tags and I showed him mine and then he asked for my brothers who didn’t have one obviously. He then proceeded to kick him out even when I told him I thought bringing a friend was free. He responded saying “only during staffing hours” when literally he is the staff and obviously was working there at that very moment. I decided to leave after being disrespected in front of everyone there. I know not everyone here is rude like that but again I can’t let this slide seeing it’s the second time.

I like this gym. Other reviews are correct re amount of equipment to size of space ratio. There is almost too much cardio gear and not enough duplication in weights. For example, there is only one flat bench for bench pressing, one squat rack, etc. But LOTS of treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and stair climbers.
My only other issue is that this place seems to be the second home for high school kids who are more interested in congregating than exercising, and who don't always understand that others are working out too. But hey, their money's green just like mine.
Again, it's fine if you know enough to get creative when you can't get the machine you want.

Last year our child was in the hospital fighting for her life. Our child was in the hospital from August up until her death in November. I mailed the company a letter cancelling the membership. Katie called in October asking for payment as all debt collectors had wiped our account. I advised Katie that we would NOT be continuing the relationship at the gym. She verbally told me that she would cancel the membership. She did not do that. This membership has hit my credit report. We only used the gym 2 times in July. No other time did we use the gym. I have asked the company to remove this from my credit. They are refusing. My mistake is not having this sent certified mail. Which was impossible to do since I had to keep my exposure down in order to be in the hospital with my child. In trying to restore my life I am trying to purchase a home, this is affecting my family. Be careful with signing these contracts they do not understand a hardship not even in death of a 8 year old.

I went there and I was ready to start my membership. A young lady in the main office by the entrance has introduced her self to me as the manager. She would look at me the burst in weird laughs, she kept on doing that for over 20 minutes. When I ask her what is funny she says she remembered something funny. I was sure she was laughing at me but couldn’t understand why?! I asked for a tour and she was laughing the whole time. I then asked for membership and enrolment costs, so she started showing me all the T-shirt’s she has that are for sale while laughing at the same time. It was insane!! Recently joined this gym. Workout anytime has a lot more options as far as machines and cardio equipment. It is smaller but at the time I get to the gym I haven’t run into any issues. I like that they have the app and I can use my phone to enter. Staff was nice and took time to explain the sign up process. Other than the size/space in gym it’s a good option with reasonable fees.

I recently moved to the area and tried Workout Anytime to see if I wanted to get a membership there. I previously had a membership at Planet Fitness so I wanted to find a gym that was comparable. I have no complaints about cleanliness or the staff at Workout Anytime, the gym was clean and the staff was nice. However, the gym is just so small. I went there at 8 p.m. on a Tuesday (a time I thought it wouldn't be very busy) and it was quite crowded. I finished around 10 p.m. and the I felt like I was on top of people and there isn't much room to do free weights or exercises on a yoga mat. I couldn't imagine trying to workout there during peak times like in the morning or after work.

If you're just there to do cardio on a machine, you'll be fine at this gym because they have lots of treadmills and such. But if you're wanting to use the weights, strength machines, or do your own workouts on a yoga mat — it's a hard pass.

I initially joined as a benefit of the Silver Sneakers Program. Off and on for a couple of years I have walked up to just over 2 miles/day for three days/week. I decided it was time to commit to a complete workout regime designed by my girlfriend's husband who is a retired pro-athlete. My girlfriend and I have been going to the gym now six days a week for month. John, the owner, is great. The equipment is new and works very well. The atmosphere is very encouraging and open to people of all ages, abilities and weights. The body scan is a fabulous way to mark your progress way beyond the scale. Workout Anytime is the best gym!

I gained a substantial amount of weight at college. I was looking to correct my weight problems and take a step in the right direction for my health. With outside encouragement, I looked into Workout Anytime. I only had about two months until I left for college again.

Their payment plans were surprisingly easy to sign up for. I paid one time for the three month plan and had access to all of the workout equipment anytime I wanted. I also got a really cool 3D body scan in this plan and access to some of the group classes. If you go with Workout Anytime, definitely take advantage of the scan and the mx4 classes.

Thanks to Workout Anytime I have lost over 2% body fat in roughly two months and inches all around. Incredibly so, this is without drastically changing my bad eating habits. My body has a nice shape and definition now and with every workout I see myself get stronger.

I always avoided the gym up until this point but Workout Anytime staff makes sure you never have excuses. They’re like your little buddies. They remember your name and they’re super welcoming and open to answering any questions. They also greet you whenever you get there and are just generally the nicest.

I tried the personal training with their trainer, Garrett, as well. I found for the price it was worth it. Personal training encouraged me to try new equipment at the gym but he also showed me where I had forms wrong as well. He worked to challenge me in a way that wasn’t pushy or too far out of my comfort zone. Overall, I would recommend personal training with Garrett to anyone who is trying a gym for the first time or who wants to get back on track. They work with your schedule and it was relatively inexpensive!

As a girl, you always hear crazy gym stories from other girls. I was worried I would run into some weirdos for sure. In my entire experience, I only had one slightly weird encounter but it was handled incredibly fast and great by the Workout Anytime staff. Additionally, everyone who works out at Workout Anytime is friendly and supports each other too! It’s a really safe space for everyone.

Other little things I love:

- The A+ playlist in the gym. The music’s not overpowering but I lost my earphones and I’ve found that the playlist in the gym is amazing too.

- They have a lot of TV’s to watch which I found to be a helpful distraction whenever I’m trying to push myself a little harder or go a little longer.

- Clean bathrooms

- Vending machines: they have water, coffee, and more.

- Easy parking

- “I forgot my ID” if it’s during business hours the staff can check you in!

- Clean equipment. You’re expected to do a quick wipe down of the equipment you use and everything is deep cleaned daily.

- Safety: they have cameras, a front desk, and a gym card scanner. When the staff isn’t there, you can only get in with your gym card.

Workout Anytime Anna absolutely rocks! Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgable and will answer any questions you have. They have the best equipment and the place is ALWAYS clean! I do personal training and MX4 and in the past two months I've lost weight, gained muscle and my arms have never looked so good! And it's all very affordable! MX4 is incredible with amazing results. Who knew you could work so hard in 30 minutes. I have never been to a gym that cares and shares in your progress and goals the way this group does.
