I’ve been a member of LA fitness for years and old held countless other gym membership but I can say, with confidence, this gym is by far the best gym I’ve experienced. The owners are amazing, the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable, and the equipment is state of the art. Then, after you workout, they have recovery rooms that are included in one of the membership packages. They have 2 different hydro massage tables, a sauna for specific needs and red light therapy. I signed me and my daughter up because this is more than a gym. This is a place to really prioritize your health on a deeper level. My daughter is an athlete and I couldn’t see her working out anywhere else right now. Tracy and Ryan changed the game here. Thank you guys for the experience.

The gym is very clean, the staff is always walking all over the gym cleaning and fixing the equipment to keep it tidy, but the best part of this location is the attitude of all the gym staff, especially Eva, she always receives you at the entrance with a big smile and makes you feel welcome, not like in other gyms that after you sign the contract they treat you badly and don’t even say good morning. But here it’s different, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The gym is small, but it is very complete and it is not full of people like other gyms that you have to line up to use a machine. Excellent service. I will be updating my comment since I barely have a month here, but so far everything is excellent!

I’m moving and have been trying to cancel my membership and keep getting the runaround. The app says cancellation cannot be done on the app, but when I went in, I was told the system was down and they’d 'write down my info' and confirm later — which never happened. I came back a few days later, was told they’d have to email the owner and would follow up. Again, nothing. The following week, my membership is still active. Frustrating and unprofessional.

I had my first day at the gym this morning. I really liked it. 2 things though.

1. Since there are limited equipment, is it ok for someone to hog the smith machine? A woman was initially using it this morning then she went to go use another machine while she left her things at the smith machine and then eventually went back to using the smith machine? She did this a few times, I was waiting to use it but I only have a limited time in the morning so i couldn't use it. Wouldn't they need to do all their exercises for that machine back to back and then move a long to another machine?

2. Can double pronged hooks be installed in the locker rooms on the walls across the showers as well as the wall right out side the showers to hang towels on? There isn't a place to set my gym bag or hang a towel after I shower

First I wanted to say thank you for the entire staff!!! I have never been in such a great and friendly place! Not only are you all very knowledgeable about every piece of equipment in the facility, but you give pointers on workouts, you are also therapists!! You listen to the people who come in and take time.out of your day to just mentally help people decompress their thoughts!!! I am a veteran and sometimes we have thoughts and to be able to give us a advice that helps us mentally get through our service injuries, it helps us alot!! I have told so many people about your facility because for one, it is extremely clean and also very quiet and definitely more then enough pieces of interchangeable equipment for the people who just want to get their workouts in and go. I love coming in at night becaue it's only one or two people there and they are just like me, wanting to get a workout in after work or right before work!!! It's the perfect setup and even if I didn't work out, it is the MASSAGE CHAIRS, BEDS AND SAUNAS THAT TAKES THE EDGE OFF!! I want to thank Mya and her other coworker for signing me up, because they also knew the receptionist next door at the physical therapist office. They came in and I was like well if they attend then I definitely should attend as well and I have another Gym membership at another facility but this offers 24 hour, but the best part is that you can't beat the price!!! The friendly vibes, the cleanliness, the attentive staff (who also knows majority of everyone by name as they walked through the door, yes I caught that) its like i couldn't leave without joining, just so I could be apart of that atmosphere!!! If you are looking foe a great gym that you just wanna workout and leave type of vibe, I will kid you not, I highly suggest you come here because I don't regret it!! Hope to see you there!!

I recently joined this gym because of the close proximity to my house and its 24/7 access. I've been pretty happy with it so far.

This gym offers great clean exercise equipment, nice amenities like red light therapy, sauna, lockers, showers, massage chairs, etc.. At first I thought this place would be too small, but when you get inside you can see how much more space it has to offer.

I really enjoy being able to go to the gym at night and almost having the entire place to myself. It's not too crowded and there's plenty of parking space.

In my 3 years of working out this is by far my favorite gym. I used to get anxiety when I would go into a gym and feel overstimulated by how much was going on. When you come in to WorkOut anytime in Carrollton you’re immediately greeted by the friendly staff that will know your name within a few visits, and the energy in the room is always calming and allow me the space to zone out. Workout out here is something special. The service is great and amenities is amazing.
I remember one time I got a call from one of the staff, Miya, saying I left my lip balm up there and she would hold it for me because she knew it was mine and that meant a lot for me because that lip balm is the best!! (😂) And it meant a lot that she was aware that it was mine. Also, s/o to Julie, who really brings the spirit of the gym alive and maintains a welcoming energy, no matter the time of the day.. I jouned this gym back in November ‘24, and I am so happy that I did. Making the drive to Plano (Cowboys Fit), was getting overwhelmed given that there was no gym closer to me that met my needs. I have been coming ever since and really enjoy the ambient, staff (Julie and Mya whom are both sweet and provide exceptional customer service) make it worthwhile, it’s clean, and well maintained. They are always doing something to keep up with the facility and that’s nice to see because that shows that they really care for their customers. Additionally, you can come at any given time to the gym and have no excuses to get a quick workout in. You have a little of everything in this gym and if I could give it a 10 I would. This is my stress-free/happy place!

Smells like camp fire in here, not pleasant, makes me want to finish workout asap and just breath fresh air from outside. Same thing with wipes for equipment, got very strong smell. Also some areas are badly ventilated so it gets hot. All equipment it new and because of it not worn-in so things are stiff.
Bathroom has air drier, so if you want to wash your face and dry it off, good luck

Pros: new, smells good, extremely clean, cable machines work, good toilet paper, treadmills aren't too hard on feet, recovery, most of the staff are intelligent.

Cons: gym music is loud and unnecessary it's a small gym and everyone wears their own sound so providing background music is harassment and does not produce. Lack of locations so if you move it may be a drive. If you replace your credit card and forget to update it you get charged a late fee on top of your monthly payment. You have to pay til the end of your term weather this location remains close to you or not. Wasn't provided to pay for the whole term at activation then you can't switch until the end of the year/six months period so you get this monthly charge every month for 6 or 12 months which causes stress exactly what you are trying to avoid.

The CLEANEST gym I’ve ever stepped foot in, all of the equipment work and are up-to-date. The red room, tanning room, and sauna are a plus. The staff is very friendly and greets every member with a smile and by name.

The staff is AMAZING 👏🏾 they give you all the comfort, guidance, and professionalism you desire in a clean, top notch gym.

I signed up before this gym was open, and I enjoy coming to this gym! It's the cleanest gym I've ever been. I am not joking. I see staff actually deep clean the machines - they lift the treatmill to vacuum underneath the treadmill! All the staff are so friendly and kind - they always greet you with smile and know you by name. Thank you Tracy, Ryan, Mya. There are so many gyms out there, but this place gives that family environment, and that's what makes this place special.

I love, love, love this gym hands down the best group of employee's I've ever met at a gym. They literally stop and talk with everyone that walks in the door and make you feel as though your an extention of family. Facility is always open and clean. Ms.Tracy, Julie, and Ryan are amazing

Love the place! Not too crowded and I really appreciate that the scanners actually work and allow you access literally at anytime. What I would suggest though is maybe adding a small trashcan by the mirror/lockers/dressing room and hooks near the showers so no towels fall on the floor.

My husband and I rave about the staff, owners, and gym. I am so blessed to have joined, as they helped me get out of a year-long “funk.” I feel like my old self more and more these days. The manager signed me up for a 3 day trail I drove 30 minutes. Right after signing up she told me I can workout because it’s too late. Mind you it’s an 24/7 gym. and that I’d have to come back tomorrow but my pass is already activated. Made me drive so far for no reason very disappointed. These guys are very inconsiderate.

This gym and this staff are simply amazing! Go workout as hard as you can then go get a water massage, a deep tissue massage, red light therapy, then sweat out all the days toxins in an infrared sauna. Just try to find a better price. YOU WILL FAIL.

Recently started going to this gym and found out about it through Julie who has been a friend for a long time. The gym itself is great, I love the equipment and how new it is. The gym is spotless and always so clean. Everyone is very friendly including the staff. I've known Julie for years. Met her as an Office Manager. She was fantastic at that. Then she became my tax woman. She's great at that. About a year and a half ago, Julie got serious about her health and started this journey. Really, she ought to write it down. Watching her grow and shrink, simultaneously, has been a JOY. • This is my happy place, all the staff here are so friendly & go out of their way to make you feel welcome & at home & they’re successful at it! — This place is always so clean. Never coming back! They won’t let your friend inside, even if the owner is there. When I first signed up, I was told that friends could visit for up to 30 days before any fees applied. Now, they’ve changed it to just 7 days. Be aware of the terms when signing up. Also, they never mentioned that you need to come during business hours with your guest to sign them in. I wasn’t informed of this when I signed up, and when my friend showed up outside of those hours, they wouldn’t let them in. It’s misleading because they make it sound like you can bring a friend anytime. Just a heads-up for anyone considering this gym.

Phenomenal staff! Brian and Ryan are so welcoming, and offer great insight into the machines and facilities as a whole. Besides the motivational staff, the machines and areas are clean, bathrooms are pristine and have ample space, and the premium suites are amazing! A great workout followed by a relaxing wind down in the suites.

Went to visit the new gym today, and it is beautiful. I was worried about the size from the outside, but it is very roomy inside. Mya was so sweet and knowledgeable throughout the tour and answered our 98136 questions with ease. They have everything you could need, plus more! We were impressed by some new equipment we had never seen before, and Mya walked us through what they were and how to use them! It sold us! She helped sign my husband up, and he is so excited to start going. Thanks again, Mya!
