Overall my gym experience was pretty good, but my issue started after moving away and trying to close down my account. I specifically inquired about closing my membership months ago, thought I sent the correct email even made multiple phone calls with managment. A few months go by and I start getting contacted by collections agency's and that it's gone on to my credit. Bottom line, after bringing the issue to light I have not been able to get ahold of anyone in managment. As a active member I was always treated well but now my credit score is dinged and I "owe" money for months after I notified the gym, and moved far from any accessible locations.... I feel scammed now

A good 24/hr gym that has everything you need to get strong and fit. My only gripe is the dudes who abuse the gym by dropping the weights and overloading the lightweight barbells which cause them to bend out of shape, making them unusable for the patrons that need them.

I wasn't impressed. It's like a prison. No wardens available and Wi-Fi password not listed. Just signs all over to rerack your weights and $50 if you let someone in. When you finally do find someone who can give you the password it just disconnects and wastes half your workout Crappy music is playing and no one is listening to it-as usual. Guy has 20+ minute phone conversation on the treadmill. Then a warden vacuums. Make sure to wear a diaper cause the massage chairs blow gunk up your bung at speed of "1" .

So I joined this gym because it is only 2 miles from home and I wanted to go somewhere that is always open. I had a stroke LAST year 2024 in January and needed several months of physical therapy and speech therapy. Needless to say, day one I showed up with some nerves. That was quickly resolved after seeing how friendly everyone was to each other. Day two, I met Gabriel who introduced himself and welcomed me to the gym. He assured me that if I needed help or encouragement to ask him or anyone else for that matter. While on a machine that I was having trouble getting the settings just right, another member came over to show me how to adjust it. Nice job impressing me on my first week there.

I came here to try out the 3 day trail. This place is DIRTY and DUSTY. I don’t know who decided to put carpet where the cardio machines are where people will sweat like crazy. I rarely saw anybody wiping off machines or equipment after being used. I’ve been to recreational centers facilities and they have wipes readily available. This place uses spray bottle and cheap paper towels. I wouldn’t recommend this unless it’s a last resort.

I came in and got a tour with Tony she literally made me feel so comfortable and help me get set up on the premium plan she explained everything no hidden fees at all I was surprised as most gyms lie about this even she told me about cancellation fees as well which was amazing cause once again gyms can lie ALOT……. The staff is cool as heck always friendly. In the cleanliness of the gym is a good solid 9. The members that come after staff hours could learn how to re rack a little but I get it staff isn’t here 24/7 but I do love the fact that I have access 24/7!!!

I once gave this location a three star review, but this is coming down to a two.

Here are some tips for improvement. I hope management takes this seriously:

* Replace the water filter. The filter has been on red for months.
* Fix the broken treadmills.
*Fix the broken ellipticals.
* Fix the broken paper machine in the men’s restroom.
* Make sure all the hand sanitizer on the floor is well stocked.
* Do a better job of making sure the restrooms are clean.
* And please, get the weight re-rack management under control.

Pros:
- Like the name says, you can workout anytime. This was great for me since it allows me to get my workout done earlier than most gyms.
- Staff is super polite and courteous.
- Parking is always easy

Cons:
- Half the cardio machines don't work. This has been the case for the past 3-4 months. Since Nov 2023
- Gym is always dirty and the weights are rarely re-racked.
- Restroom / Locker room ( mens ) is always dirty as well. Its super small and only one stall works. This entire room smells like piss.

Additional Comments:
- A fellow gym member once got upset with me because I walked in front of their camera setup. I didn't see the camera but regardless, I'm a paying member too, LOL.
- I've worked out at other gyms worse this place but at least those gyms kept the restroom / locker rooms clean.
- I canceled my account and was charged a $99 "buy-out" fee plus the next month's membership fee since I didn't give 30 days notice.

Stuff just stays broken here, one example being the foot straps on the standing bikes. Some have been broken for 6+ months and they are literally right next to the front desk. 🤣

The staff is nice enough but recently I canceled my membership to find a gym closer to me. I wasn’t in the 30 day notification window so I ended up having to pay for another month, which is fine, I didn’t mind coming for another 6/7 weeks but as soon as I canceled my membership my access card was restricted so that I couldn’t unlock the door outside staff hours. The place is called ‘Workout 24/7 Anytime’ lol so I am stuck paying for the full service and not being able to access it. When I asked about this I was just told this was ‘how the system works’. I have not been provided any flexibility.

Even canceling the membership was unpleasant, the ‘manager’ wanted to fight with me over the phone trying to say I would have to make my regular payment (Jan 22) and only have access till the end of Jan. When I told him that didn’t make sense he got irate, began speaking over me and I had to physically come in and pull the documentation that I initially signed which showed what he was saying didn’t make sense. People make mistakes, it was more about the way he handled it that rubbed me the wrong way.

I initially signed up for the lake highlands gym (been a member with this company for 3+ years) but sadly that one closed so I came here. The standards at lake highlands just seemed higher.

I left the workout anytime in Duncanville and came here to casa View and I have experienced the sweetest people who work here they are so helpful all smiles I would suggest anyone that wants to work out tan get hydro massage with the best people around this is your place I love it and I intend to be a member for many many years

Great place to work out- even as an overweight person. you can easily find an exercise that works for you without anyone giving you side-eye, the gym isn't packed full with people and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely gonna start my weight loss journey here.

This is a nice little intimate gym. The staff were all very personable and went out of their way to help me get adjusted to my surroundings! The hydromassage was interesting. It felt good but is designed for shorter people. I did the full body massage but it stopped right below my knee, keep in mind I am 6'0. So, if your taller you might need to slide up to get calves done😊. I also tried the infrared sauna and enjoyed that as well. I think the combo was great because my body was already sore but these treatments definitely loosened me up. I would definitely recommend using both of these treatments after a hard workout.

It really is the perfect gym. Quiet, so your music in your headphones isn’t drowned out by house music. I can work out at noon, midnight, or 4am depending on my work schedule. It’s close to home. Friendly staff. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it’s missing some free weights. If they replaced the missing ones (and maybe added some extra 20’s to 50’s) it would get 5 stars. But like I said, it’s my favorite gym Ive joined, so far.- update. Changed it to 5 stars because they replaced the weights! Thank you!

Half of the people that work here don’t know how to work the computer system to do the basics like reinstating a membership. The customers are rude to each other and the employees just seem like they don’t want to be there. Very unfortunate, I remember when I signed up over a year ago, two lovely employees took care of me in a cordial way but they are no longer there. Save your money and the drama, go elsewhere.

As a middle aged woman beginning to lead a healthier lifestyle, I dropped in one day to check out Workout Anytime at Casa View since it was so close to home. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly, and the gym is very clean. They explained all the different amenities the gym offers including tanning, the infrared sauna, and the hydromassage. I love the variety of machines they offer. It's so convenient to be able to workout 24/7. I've found the perfect gym and I am always excited to go workout. <3

WOW! I used a guest pass the other day and I was impressed. This gym is completely equipped with state-of-the-art machines that I'd never seen or tried before at other gyms. Nelson, one of the personal trainers there, walked me through and showed me how everything worked, from the 3-D Styku body analysis scanner, to the infrared sauna, to the hydromassage beds, to all the fitness equipment, phew! 😌 - I love this gym!
