I absolutely love this gym and the staff here! I have been a member for nearly 2 years now and in the first year management had changed up a couple times but has been really consistent over the last year and this manager is so sweet, I am kindly greeted by the ladies every morning I come in. They also work hard to keep it clean and keep up a good rapport with their members. I love that it never feels crowded and fellow members are typically very considerate of time and space when it comes to equipment.

Currently, I am not a member, but I showed up to your establishment at 10 o’clock this Saturday 2/8/2025 There was no staff there to greet me or let me in the gym to sign up for a membership. Extremely disappointed with my first experience. I waited for 45 minutes then left. After Returning home, called back to the gym and still no one answered the phone at the establishment in Duncanville.

I am a current member of Workout Anytime! I swiped my key card to enter. I witnessed young men harassing a woman until she walked out. The equipment had a lot of worn out spots. It was very crowded and not clean. The photos show that I was in your gym. I won't return to that location ever again.

Love this place. Not even because of the equipment being free to use most of the time, or that it’s so clean, not even that it doesn’t smell like a locker room like LA Fitness does - all of those are good things. But the best thing about this gym is Ellis, the manager. Most service sucks in a gym. He knows you by name, when the last time you came in was - just uniquely extraordinary engagement and knowledge of each person. Couldn’t be happier with WA.

Shady practices at this gym, were very vague about cancellation. You have to jump though hoops to cancel , so they were able to get and additional 6 months + annual fee from me.

Big fan of this little gym. Has all the necessities and enough room for those non stationary workouts. By far the cleanest gym around. The staff is very friendly, helpful and does an amazing job keeping it clean throughout the day. The AC does have it moments but hey it’s a gym and I appreciate the extra sweat. New management is top notch. Good customer service is a rarity these days so I appreciate it when I get and these guys and gal are always very friendly and knowledge. Keep it up and thank you.

Gym is nice and clean and has the essentials. Only reason for the 1 star is management. They tend to pick and choose who they want to befriend and who they rather be an a** too. I have both seen it and been delt the bad hand. Been a member since late 2018 never had an issue until new management came. He’s a British guy, doesn’t really help around the gym just mugs you if he doesn’t like you. Seen it one to many times.

I really like working out here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish they had a lap pool, but am happy with what they have. I especially like that it is open 24 hrs 365 days of the year. So this place seems like a nice gym till it’s time to cancel they become all of a sudden clueless . Would not recommend getting a membership here due to the cancellation being a hassle just to cancel . If u ever need to cancel for whatever reason they tell u u can not cancel in person and that u can only cancel online . Well there is nowhere to cancel online and then from there u have to just keep calling figuring out when they are actually going to cancel your account. Cancelling a gym memebership should not be this hard. Do not get a membership here .

Great Gym! I would of given it 5 stars but the TV's are pointless. Half of them are on CNN. Sunday's are the worst though they dont have any football games on. If the Cowboys dont play at noon I like to squezze in a workout and watch the morning game up there but no. The TV's are on CNN and TV shows, just crazy and no wifi. I never been to a gym that doesn't offer free Wifi. Even rec centers offer free wifi.

I was invited to try the boot camp on Saturday and let me tell you, Coach Angela had my thighs and backside sore for for about 3 days! I haven't worked out like that in a while and I enjoyed myself! Multiple times now I have woken up early to get my workout in and the door hasn’t been functioning. When I call the 24 hr assistance number they tell me that the door system is down and that they have been trying to contact the business owner. It’s extremely disappointing to wake up at 5 am on a day off looking forward to getting a workout in and then not be able to access the gym. A better door access system needs to be installed because this about the 3rd or 4th time this has happened.

I had previously given this gym 5 stars. It’s disappointing to go from a 5 star view to one star. But there have also been multiple times since I’ve joined that men’s bathroom has been out of toilet paper. I hope that management will address the issues or staff the gym 24/7 so that the members who come early and regularly don’t have to pay the price.

I am a senior citizen 70 years old, I checked out this gym because it's close to my house and was pleasantly surprised! I got free membership because they accepted my insurance plan, I pay $10 monthly for unlimited access to a water massager. I highly recommend AIESHA HARPER my personal trainer ,she designed and fitness plan that fits me, she is personable, kind and friendly yet energetic and goal oriented. All seniors should finally check this place out!

Overly priced for a gym $42 a month for yourself plus one.. my suggestions to the owner is, reorganize the floor I hate that your back is facing window while on cardio machines.. also they do not offer classes for aerobics.. nor do they have space for stretches or on the floor exercises. Plus opened 24 hrs trainers are all over the place and machines look used and not up to date.

Update to post 6.16.19... Question to owner-- is it possible to get leg curl machine. I've notice that majority of the males will dominate the weight area as well as the cable machines which leave the women to the cardio machines. Also I appreciate the new gym rules of keeping areas clean. Also I do feel that it's great to offer meal prep ideas and even offer pre and post work drinks.

Love it! If you are looking for a gym that is not overly massive in size and don't want to feel awkward or feel embraced this is the gym for you! Gym is clean has a variety of machinery and I absolutely love the hydro massage chairs. Staff is awesome they are so personable and always ready to help you. I like the secure feeling when I go in early in the morning there are security buttons everywhere. The door rings every time it opens so you are aware when someone comes in. Restrooms are cleans and spacious and lockers are available. The y have 2 shower and they are clean and private they also have an additional dressing area for a quick change. I do not tan but they have 2 machines for tanning as well though I have not tried them.

The gym is not open yet, but having talked with the staff, and looked at the planned layout for the gym, I think this is going to be a great gym. The staff is friendly, personable, and dedicated to making this gym work. I popped by last week and got a membership and can already tell that this gym is going to place value on me the customer. Plus, for $15 a month and being open 24/7, I don't think this gym can be beat! All in all, great staff, felt valued, and its a steal of a deal for my budget.
