Signed up initially for myself and my son decided A few months in to cancel my son‘s add-on charge since he never went I had to go in sign a piece of paper which I did and then two years later being just a few days ago I went in and canceled for myself and then I get a call today saying that they never canceled the add-on charge that I didn’t notice so I’ve been charged this whole time so obviously very disappointing. Excellent gym to get your workout done anytime of the day. My only complaints are busted stationary bikes and most of the cardio equipment (treadmills/elliptical) are starting to feel/sound heavily worn out. As someone who does mostly cardio this this has been a deciding factor to start looking for a new gym. If they fix these issues I would be more than happy to stay.

I've been a member here for a couple of years and find it is a good value. It's not a high frills gym, but I don't need one of those. It's seldom super crowded, and the staff are friendly. One time the bar code reader didn't work and I couldn't access the club for a few hours, but otherwise, I've had no problems.

Recently joined using my Tivity / Well onTarget program offered thru our health insurance. This gives me access to several area gyms at the “Core” level; in other words, gyms offering a similar level of services. So now I’ve been on a tour of comparable gyms in January 2024, and here’s what I can say about Workout Anytime:
-the employee knew how to add me using the Tivity credentials. He was also friendly and answered all my questions. This wasn’t the case at all the gyms I attempted to join.
-you can workout…anytime. Maybe an obvious point given the name. Go read reviews of other budget gyms to see how hard it is to consistently staff the opening shift in today’s labor environment. Threat of bad weather? They’re open. Holiday? Who cares! As an early riser who doesn’t operate in the typical Mon-Fri work week, this is reason enough to join.
-the equipment is clean and in good repair (too rare at these moderate price levels).
-even though I joined during the busy New Year season, it hasn’t yet been crowded. Granted, I tend to come in pretty early…
-if I could change one thing, it would be a larger space with more equipment. But the model seems to be working for the franchisee, and it’s never been too busy to complete my routine in a reasonable amount of time.

This is now my gym! I love it very much. It's not as big as LA Fitness, but it is much cleaner. Also, in LA Fitness, I saw lots of overly "prepped" people. Make-up, perfectly matching clothes, and showy poses. In this gym, there are just normal people working out, not showing off, or trying to get a date 😄. The place smells clean! Having been there several times, I know why. There's regular cleaning of the place. I've always found the equipment I needed. Lots of space even at busier times.

Jan 2023 Update: Even with the new year's resolutions crowd, I was able to use the equipment I needed without much trouble.

Hi, I’m looking for a gym and scrolling around and noticing a trend. When you go to the “photos” section of any establishment may it be Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Family Connections Academy, etc. you get hardly any photos of the actual gym. Maybe a glimpse or a piece of equipment or a mirror selfie. If you are someone posting photos like that in the photo sections of any establishment… in the kindest way possible please stop. Im not looking to see how far you ran on the treadmill or how sweaty you are after your workout but instead the quality of the gym and possibly the equipment the gym has to offer. There’s tons of places to post photos like that but the photos section on a businesses front page isn’t one of them. Regardless this gym looks great from what I can see and I hope to check it out in the near future. Possibly not if this mentality isn’t something y’all go for but it’s how I feel lol.

Certainly did not have a pleasant experience at my time at Workout Anytime in HV.

I have been on and off Workout Anytime in HV for around 2 years. Of course, while this review is mainly negative due to the experience with the owner, the facilities themselves are lackluster. Yes, this is a 24 hour gym, but good luck going anytime that is not off-hours if you want to use the bench or squat rack. Theres one of each (as of the last time I had been there, December 2022). You’d probably have a better chance going to your apartment gym and calling it a day.

I am a college student that lives away from home, so I would occasionally go to this gym on breaks during school. These transitions led to me needing temporary access to the gym sporadically throughout the year. Through this experience, most of my issues were from working with the owner. He will usually try to get his way by way of strong-arming and coming to what he declares as “fair”. In my experience, he is focused not on the customer experience, but rather how much money he can get out of a customer. Like other customers have also reviewed, I also had troubles that eventually led to me cancelling my membership when I was charged when my membership was supposed to be on pause. Like I said earlier. his version of ‘fair’ is not one that is at the best for you or your wallet.

So not only is customer experience pretty awful, but there is not much to make up for it.

Regarding the owners reply:

I’d like to remind the owner that monthly dues that I “rightfully” owe are the dues that were charged when my account was put on pause - which has been since January 2023. This of course was never resolved, where his interesting version of a ‘reasonable’ solution being pay me all the dues we falsely charged you, and then cancel your account. I pay for my own gym membership, and money as a college student is obviously tight. My ‘entitlement’, as he puts it, is the desire to keep my own money that was *falsely* charged for facilities that I had not used, nor could use at all! So I understand quite well, thanks.

His attempt at ‘professionalism’ seeps out of his reply. I’ve never actually had any issues with any business like this, and this is actually my first review- ever! So maybe look inward? And likewise, I don’t wish upon any potential customer this owner.

I joined Workout Anytime after being a member of a more expensive gym. Workout Anytime has the expensive gym beat hands down. The equipment is excellent. The owners are great. Kathie and Dave will take care of you. They are very friendly and will take time to help you.

New member here! So far so good. Only wish their vending machine were accessible after hours (allowed customers to pay at the vending machine etc.), as I’m always there overnight due to my work schedule and often come directly afterwards, but forget to bring water🫣. Ultimately end up having to leave early to prevent dehydration haha. Overall, great gym.

THANK YOU Dave for informing me of the water refill available onsite. I didn’t have time to do the full tour initially and haven’t made my way to the backside of the gym yet. One step at a time lol.

This is a small but decent gym, you will find almost all the equipment for all muscle training. Wish they had added hack-squat and hip-thrust machines to their arsenal and provide guest pass for members. However, they are open 24/7 and they have a body scan equipment to record quantitative progress which are certainly good.

I added a family member (only wanted for a month) with a verbal agreement for a given price and the associate educated me that there won’t be any additional prices. However, I almost ended up getting charged about thrice than agreed. Owner Dave talked to me to get the full picture, and he changed the agreement details such that the payment was reduced to twice than initially what I expected at the sign-up.

I canceled my membership due to lack of good faith with this establishment.

I absolutely love it here. I have the freedom of going very early if I need to, their equipment allows me to cary my exercises, the staff is friendly and committed to exercise themelves, and when I have extra time and want to relax I can use their hydro massage chairs. Highly recommended.

I didn't enjoy this gym. It's rather small with only one piece of equipment for most of the weights. The gym in the evening is packed with high school kids who will occupy one machine or bench while they flex in front of mirrors and try to impress one another. I tried some other local gyms and had much better experiences... then I tried cancelling here. They make canceling membership unnecessarily difficult. They should review the class action lawsuit against LA Fitness for doing the same thing. Making someone go into a location and sign a piece of paper to cancel is an archaic approach to a membership but the owner, Dave Megliorino, insisted that's the only way. I hope they catch up with the times and decide to offer just as nice of an experience in leaving their club as it is to sign up.

Definitely not here! This place is kept immaculate. Shout out to whoever hired the housekeepers because they do just that. My wife and I decided to sign up for this gym. After receiving the used car salesmen pushy phone call the night before from the owner selling his gym. We went one time and it just simply wasn’t for us. For whatever the reason may be. It’s America I don’t have to have a reason. It took about 2-3 weeks of calling and trying to get a hold of “clay Cooley” or whatever his name is. Lol and we finally were able to cancel. After I was basically FORCED to give this pushy arrogant guy a reason which was very personal medical condition I wasn’t comfortable talking about but I was very vulnerable and even after I told him he basically said I just need to go to the gym more? Thanks doc! Anyways we noticed two 42 dollar charges for “annual fees” which weren’t discussed at all. That this gym just took from our account. I don’t blame people for just canceling their cards on this guy. It’s fine though the gym needs the money apparently worse than we do. Good business is good business and bad shady non-transparent business is whole different ball game. Stay away from this pushy snake oil salesman!!! —————In response to the owners response, it was actually him that was rude and pushy and his remark to my wife saying oh I couldn’t cLl because I was on my anniversary well we were in Las Vegas when we were trying to call him! His response says it all people!! Stay away from this con man!!! Be upfront with people dude and stop conning people out of their hard earned money! Karma baby! Karma will have her day brother.

I switched over to this gym during COVID and they are the cleanest gym I’ve been in by far! The staff is super sweet and helpful and the equipment is all up to date and plenty of good members too. Lots Dumbbells and lots of weight of you need it.

Great, clean gym with affordable pricing at $20 a month. However, keep in mind there is an annual fee that technically bumps the monthly premium a little higher. I've been a member here since the gym opened and I don't regret signing up. The staff is friendly and fair to customers. During covid, members got a payment reprieve for when gyms were mandated to close. I have friends who's gyms did not do this for them. The only downside to this gym is the fact that there is only one horizontal bench press. That's a problem when groups of high school guys come in the evening and that's the only workout they're interested in. Otherwise, best gym membership I've had.

Started out as a great experience but learned really quickly that they do not care about you and you are just another dollar in their bank account. We signed up right before COVID and the. COVID hit and everything was mandated to close, even them. Guess what THEY STILL WERE CHARGING! How did I find out because a collection agency gave me a call and said that I needed to pay for the months they were closed under an executive order. According to the law it is ILLEGAL to gouge people during a pandemic they may think it’s a loop hole to have collection agencies call when when they ban starts to lift but they are sadly mistaken. DO NOT Spend your hard earned money here unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Kaden was very aggressive with his communication and pressuring me to pay for a day pass, finding out different ways to be able to charge it which he ended up just charging my girlfriends parents card on file. It’s a gym with equipment to get your workout on. If that’s what your looking for this place is great. The equipment is In great condition and there is enough equipment that you’re probably not going to need to wait your turn (at least not very long) to use a machine. The place is kept clean and is open 24/7 so you can come by whenever you can fit it in. There are extra services like personal training, fitness tracking, hydro massage chair, and a tanning bed if those are things you want in your exercise experience. Overall, I would recommend the gym on all the above. The staff isn’t overly pushy and has always been very professional.

AMAZING!!! No negative comments about this gym. I was visiting from out of state and got a guest pass for the week. Ronnie was very nice and showed me around, felt welcomed my first day in! If you're looking for a clean and organized gym with an incredibly friendly staff, then this is the gym for you. It is conveniently located and well equipped with innovative and modern machines. I am a student-athlete at Arizona State and will only be home for a short while, and I needed a place to get a lift in and the staff helped me feel super welcome. I absolutely love this gym Everything about this gym is top notch. Everything was well put in place. You can really tell just by walking in how much the owner thought about his customers.
