If you're looking for a great gym to workout at, that is for ladies only, I highly recommend XFit Her! It’s amazing what kind of workout you will get in 30 min! To improve even more add in some personal training sessions with Coach Taylor LeMier! You won’t be disappointed, she knows her stuff and will get you motivated and moving in the right direction!

Finally an ALL women gym! Tried out this gym with their free introductory offer and wow was I amazed! Clean facility, kind staff and the workout felt so good!! Coach Emily lead my class and she was very helpful and encouraging! They put together a workout that will leave you feeling strong and spent in just 30 min. The pink cold towels at the end are infused with I think was eucalyptus. So good! The owner Taylor helped me with my sore back with a few simple stretches. I was able to go from sitting to standing with NO pain!! That man has a kind soul with a healer’s touch! Can’t go wrong with this gym ladies!!! Must check it out!!!! 5 ⭐️

I have started one month ago and it has been awesome! The coaches are really good and nice and they take good care of you, so you really get the most out of your work out. I love this place!!! I have been going to XFit for almost 3months now and I have to say- IT. IS. AWESOME!!!! Such a great community of ladies supporting each other. The moves are designed to challenge all levels. I look forward to my workouts and we are always trying something new. And I also like the events they host outside of the gym too which helps the members get to know each other and support each other even more. This afternoon I had a free class and was told to come in 10-15 minutes early so mu coach could walk me through everything and get me ready. I arrived early but received a lukewarm and disinterested greeting by a woman who told me to walk around and check it out on my own. No thanks. I won’t be back.

LOVE this gym! The classes are all women and as a first time mom, this helped me a ton with my insecurities. Their daycare won me over; as I was having such a hard time finding a gym that would take my 6 month old, had decided to just work out in my garage until I found this place. Their workouts are so enjoyable and their coaches make sure to guide you in every class. I feel like myself again thanks to them ❤️

I LOVE this place because it’s truly a community. The coaches are all awesome and are always working to push you to be better every workout. If you are someone who has limitations with different exercises the trainers are excellent at providing alternatives to the workouts to make sure you are getting the best out of the workout and never make you feel bad for not being able to do an exercise. The coaches are highly skilled and invested in your progress (and they’re all super friendly!). I’ve reached goals I didn’t think were possible at my age (50’s) and look forward to my workouts each week for the betterment of both my physical and mental health. I can’t recommend XFitHer enough…come work hard and have fun!

I joined XFit Her in April and have loved it! 😍 I have always worked out at home but I had a baby in September and I work from home, so I was looking for something to get me out of the house. If you're on the fence about joining a gym, XFit Her is the place! I drive 30 minutes just to continue to go almost every day. Instructor led, small class size, positive atmosphere no matter where you're at in your fitness journey and child care within eye sight. Coaches Megan, Hayli and Jamie are amazing! They encourage and push you the entire 30 minutes, making you want to not give up. Plus, they're quick to jump in and correct your form if needed. I've never been one to want to work out, but Xfit Her has turned me into feeling the need to every day!

I joined this incredible community of women in September 2023 and it has truly been life changing for me - mentally, physically and personally! I immediately felt welcome, made new friends and looked forward to the workout each day. The members and coaches are extremely helpful and work hard to always encourage us to do our best! By consistently attending Xfit Her the last 6 months, I’ve achieved several of my health and fitness goals! I’ve been able to reduce my resting heart rate from the 80-90s down to the 50-60s and in doing so, increasing my heart health. I’ve gained more muscle and I’ve lost fat. Workout, sauna, cold therapy it was amazing! This was my first time in Texas Taylor is a cool guy love him, and also my first cold therapy managed to hold may breath with ease for over a minute… never done this before normally I’m struggling at 30 seconds Thanks bro it was a highlight of my trip, hope I can come again. I personally started going to The OC Wellness because I had conic shoulder pain from work. Within one month I can final sleep normal again and my should pain is gone.
I was so impressed with my growth and strength I decided to go the extra mile and jump on his meal plan as well.
If after one month of physical training did that much to my shoulder I can’t wait to see what the whole package does!
