Trainer Tina is AMAZING as I have been training with her for years!! Whether you’re a former athlete like myself or you’ve been putting off the phrase “I’m going to get back in shape” for years, she’ll work with you AND HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE!! Her workouts are concise, and you will see further results by following her nutritional plans since she’s also a Certified Nutritionist. There’s NO EXCUSES as you can do In-Person or Virtual Training Sessions with Trainer Tina. Consistency is the key like anything but Trainer Tina’s Knowledge + Decades of Experience will help you achieve results faster than you on your own!! Take it from me having lost over 30+lbs this year alone (finally got serious and LISTENED), and now being back close to my High School/Early College playing weight for Football 🏈 + Soccer ⚽️ 💪🏾💪🏾✌🏾!!

I’ve been working with Tina for over a year and a half now, and I can confidently say she is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. When I first started, I honestly never imagined weightlifting would be possible for me due to a chronic illness but Tina proved me wrong in the best way.
