I’ve been using Yoga Bliss for a while now, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my mind and body. The vibe is super chill—calm, welcoming, and never intimidating (even when you’re not feeling your most flexible self).
Natalie is an amazing instructor. She is really knowledgeable and down-to-earth. She does a great job of explaining things and offering options, whether you’re a total beginner or someone who’s been practicing for years.
What I love most is the overall vibe. No pressure, no judgment, just a bunch of kind people trying to feel better and breathe a little deeper. Whether you’re there to sweat or to relax, Yoga Bliss totally delivers.

The owner, Natalie, is very sweet and personable. She made us newbies feel comfortable and we never felt judged for not having perfect form.
She has a calming voice which is helpful. I like that she has adapted an office space into a yoga studio as it feels safe. I’ve taken a few classes already and look forward to taking many more!
