I found Yoga Bridge when I was being treated for breast cancer. I found a warm, welcoming, and caring group of women. We were a close group. I have been to other yoga classes that are not friendly or welcoming. Even though I am 1200 miles away, I still practice with Yoga Bridge on-line. I am so grateful to have found Yoga Bridge.

I found Yoga Bridge more than a decade ago and I continue to feel connected to them in a very special way. This is because they have a team of amazing instructors who are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, committed and very supportive to meet the needs of their participants. What makes their sessions unique is that they are knowledgeable about yoga techniques and modifications to help those who are undergoing cancer treatment or are in the post-treatment phase. The practice here resonated with me and made a big impact in helping me feel energized, calm and confident. It's like belonging to a support group!
These classes continue to be offered online so that anyone from across the country can gain access and feel empowered and revitalized. More power to Yoga Bridge...I highly recommended it!

I started with Yoga Bridge in mid-2020. I found out I had DCIS, and YB had gone online due to covid. I was a bit nervous about my diagnosis and was grateful to have a kind group of people who had been through similar experiences. My treatment was successful, and I still do my best to attend both evening practice sessions each week. I'm amazed at my physical improvements: no more hip pain, a dramatic change in my flexibility, much better muscle tone, and I can get off the floor now without huffing and puffing. Now I also have a treasure trove of ideas to help me reduce stress and feel more relaxed. Spending time with this group, as we share our positive vibes across the country, has become one of the main highlights of my week. I highly recommend it to anyone who might benefit from the yoga and the love.
