I. Cancelled my membership in April when they closed for the pandemic. They made it extremely difficult but after weeks of trying to get someone on the phone, finally someone MESSAGED me back on messenger. I cancelled my account. Today, they charged me $54. I cancelled 8 MONTHS AGO. They hadn’t charged my account since then. Today? Charged me 5 months worth? I was only paying $10 per month. You get what you pay for.

My experience with Youfit has exceeded my expectations. Gym is alway clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you are like me and need help getting fit I suggest you get a trainer. After recovering from hip surgery it was tough for me to move like I do now. It was tough for me to properly use the machines and or get the correct poster when trying to mimic a YouTube trainer with out getting hurt. I needed hands on training. A personal trainer has made this lifestyle easier. I hope this can help someone get the help they need.

Terrific selection of machines, and lots of them, all in top condition. Machines, floors, and locker rooms are kept clean. Friendly staff, lots of TV channels at machines. Quiet, so you can hear the music you bring or the TV playing on your machine. Very inexpensive - senior friendly, too.

Great staff! Respectful ppl, very helpful. My only complaint is there should be more locations! I love the color scheme, eco friendly atmosphere, and the equipment. I use the yoga and about to start the Zumba classes. Maybe a mediation class would be nice. And punching bags. But otherwise I'm impressed. Thanks for a great gym to go to!

They have not had air conditioning in the class work out room for weeks. Even when the air “works” it is not cool enough for an aerobics class. Classic response is always “ there is a work order in” or, “they are working on it.” This is a shame as it is a beautiful facility. At my age I cannot exercise in a room that does not have a good air conditioning system. I am forced to look elsewhere for a new gym. Sorry to have to leave my workout buddies of several years but can no longer tolerate theses conditions ......especially in the summer heat🥵

My membership was transferred to them because my original club closed suddenly. At first, I was apprehensive but the staff was so friendly and helpful it helped me to remain open to the idea. After seeing how clean they kept it and the equipment always in working order I was hooked! I can always find equipment no matter how busy and it just has a positive vibe to it I love working out there!

Clean and new equipment! Never packed! I like to be able to go to the gym and not deal with large crowds or people trying to talk to me. Highly recommend if you know your way around the gym and don’t want anyone bothering you! They have trainers if you do need help and the lime membership isn’t expensive at all and you can take classes.

I moved and had a 200 balance for training that I paid for in advance. I had back to back shoulder surgeries and had restrictions. I wanted to cancel and get my $$$ back, They told me that could not refund my money back. He then told me that the training expired over 1 year ago. I bought these and was told by the manager on staff they never expire. HMMM Just scammed 200 plus dollars out of me for nothing.

I use to love this gym when the customer service was good. The young Hispanic lady with long hair is 100% always rude. When I was first aware of the policy, they asked for my id but didn’t give it back. I had to ask for it then they told me, please aware us first. Other than that, Zumba with Jessica is the best!!!
Please work on getting respectful employees! I go to work out not feeling happy about my body and then I get treated like sh*t. Not cool 👎🏻

One of the most scam gyms I've ever heard of . The so call trainer's prey on new members especially when they tell the trainer that they are not interested in having a trainer an all they wanted was to go an work out an then go back to the gym to find out the trainer had signed them up with out their permission in other words fraud an forgery saying they wanted it . I think you need to have a not so pushy staff an trainers an better management that will listen to what the customer an or member wants not what they want out of the members . I cancelled our membership as our old contract from Impact was transferred. I filled out a form and requested a copy of the cancellation; glad I did. I received a text Youfit billing and they said I never cancelled. I called Youfit and they lost my cancellation form and they said they turned me over to collections. I had the gym make a copy of my cancellation as a precaution because I knew this would happen. This was the worst customer experience I've received in a long time and I hope others see this and they choose to not join this gym because they will treat you very poorly if you cancel. This seems borderline extortion. Bad customer servie all around.

I was a member of Impact Fitness but my gym membership was “sold” to YouFit. I’ve yet to step into YouFit and I never will. I’ve heard from several people that had their memberships transferred over that the management
makes it extremely difficult to cancel. I’ve lived in this area for 20 yrs and never thought ,for one second, to join YouFit but know I’m having it shoved down my throat. No thanks. This is a crappy way to do business. Buying out another gyms memberships and basically keeping the members hostage just kind of leaves a bad taste on my mouth. I never entered into any business agreement with them and I will not be bullied into paying for something I DO NOT WANT. I’ve already discussed this with my bank and they will not receive any money from me. Ever. I don’t care if they send it to collections. I hope you do and spend lots of time and money trying to recover fees for a gym membership I never agreed to. I’ll dispute it on my credit report , as well. You’ll get nothing from me. Which is exactly what we agreed upon. Nothing.

After 9 months at Youfit (back corner of strip shopping center at Northwest HWY @ Jupiter Road) i have to give credit... This is an exceptionally CLEAN and well maintained health club that is more affordable than most other clubs. My membership came up for renewal recently and I shopped around. The cleaning folks are always dusting, mopping the floors, and wiping down the well-maintained equipment. And the front desk employees are very friendly and pleasant.

I was a member at Impact Fitness. They just announced they had transferred everyone's membership to YouFit and starting on Sep 5th, they will start charging our credit cards whether we like it or not. If not, their manager just informed me they have 30 days to continue to collect our money whether we want to be a member there or not. Well, I do not want to be a member at YouFit, they are too far away. From my perspective this is just corporate CORRUPTION. I strongly recommend you AVOID YouFit like the plague and do not sign any contracts with them. As a comparison, when Larry North Fitness in Highland Park closed they simply recommended other fitness centers nearby. They did not try to "sell" our contracts to some other establishment.

Great equipment. Very clean and orderly. Good Zumba, Body Pump and other classes but a limited number of showers. Most trainers are very nice but young and inexperienced. Other than Zumba and Body Pump, class offerings tend to change. Recently, a boot camp type class has been added.

We usually use the Mesquite location but for the last month they've had construction that should be done "next week." This week they said next week again, can you tell I'm salty about it? Anyways, this location is good.

The gym is very clean and the staff is nice. Lots of space in between the equipment, enough space I'd say to bring in at least one or two more SQUAT racks. Two Squat racks TOTAL is abysmal. That's my biggest complaint honestly, I despise the Squat racks Youfit uses. They are cheap with just terrible height spacing.

How about another leg press while we're at it? An actual good leg press. But the gym membership is cheap so I can't knock it very much, you get a lot for the price.

Oh, and the people complaining about Just Fitness selling to Youfit and then their contracts being moved over are just idiots. This is a LAWFUL practice. Welcome to the USA.

Originally I signed up for the Just fitness 4U located in the casa linda plaza, unfortunately they closed down. My membership was transferred to this location, that I did not agree upon. Not only was I still charged the monthly membership for a location that was not ok for me, I get charged a $75 cancellation fee... NOT OK! Not only is this located in a crime infested area, its not clean at all, there is not Many workout equipment options, space, or good customer service in person or calling corporate. There are plenty of other great gyms, for this BS selection, go find a much more beneficial gym.

My contract from a previous gym was transferred to here without my consent because the old one shut down. So i gave it a try, but the location was not the best for me and quality of the cardio equipment and locker rooms was far inferior to my previous gym, so i decided to cancel my membership. I was forced to pay $75 to get out of a month to month contract to a gym i never wanted to go to despite YouFits cancellation policy being only $10. While this isn’t necessarily this Youfit’s locations fault, buyer beware that they are 100% unwilling to work with you and help make changes on pricing even when the manager and multiple front desk associates agreed what they were doing was unethical and unfair. They were also unwilling to provide me with any contact information with anyone who could give me a fair explanation or who could do anything about the situation. Instead they regurgitated lines from a contract they didn’t write and had nothing to do with their gym and refused to offer me any sort of assistance.

Illegal processing of credit card- we have never been there and they charged our card. Previous gym-not a Youfit-closed and sent Youfit member information. We had told previous gym we were not interested in Youfit. Months later, Youfit charged us out of the blue. We never gave them permission. Calling our bank now to let them know of fraudulent charges. Hey, Youfit- if someone doesn’t sign up for your gym, then you CANNOT charge them. That is Fraud! That is stealing!

As with most health clubs, the emphasis is on getting your business at the highest level possible. Regular staff does not appear to be knowledgeable in areas you would expect, possibly to encourage clients to hire the personal trainers that are available. Equipment is in good working order and rarely unavailable. Very clean locker rooms and toilet area and staff is constantly wiping down equipment throughout the club. Music is excessively loud; hard to carry on a conversation with a workout buddy. Availability of classes is a bit below par, as is variety. The extremely early and late hours is a definite plus!
