I've been going 10+ years. I'm 73 years old. The knowledge, the comradery, the humor, the community of peoples from high schoolers to elders like me. No judgement. Every class, every instructor, I have learned something. No matter what attitude I bring in, I have ALWAYS been glad I came when I leave.

Today was my first but not last visit to Your Yoga Studio, and I had an amazing experience! The space was clean and welcoming, with a relaxed, friendly vibe. Ebuka’s Afrobeats+ YogaFlow class was the perfect mix of fun and challengeβ€”exactly what I needed on a Friday evening to decompress and kickstart my weekend feeling recharged.

This place is great! There are many instructors, which is great for getting a variety of teaching styles and classes. They are all wonderful. The classes are very welcoming to everyone. It is inexpensive. I haven't done yoga for 12+ years due to many things including injuries. I love this studio because my main priority is to gain my strength and flexibility back, and I can start slowly here at my own pace. There are other events offered occasionally like a yoga retreat/meditation class (extra cost), and I highly recommend trying these out too.

The first time I drove up to Your Yoga I almost left. ClassPass took me to a TaeKwon Do studio. On closer inspection, the big red sign on the building does also say "PLUS Yoga and Jiu-Jitsu." The studio is tucked into the back corner of a shopping center that resembles the strip mall where Johnny Lawrence launches his first dojoβ€”total Cobra Kai vibes... IYKYK.

That first day, there were even a bunch of kids wearing Gis coming out the front door which made my head spin as I looked down at my yoga pants... I had to double check the address.

Turns out, Your Yoga is my yoga.

Having attended dozens of yoga studios over the years in Austin, I've never found myself in such an inviting and energizing place. The instructors are top-notch, thorough, funny, and welcoming. The attendees are diverse and friendly. Classes are consistently fun, and I always leave feeling better than when I went in. That keeps me coming back.

It's a place that's as weird as I feel, and better than Austin's most pretentious and over-priced yoga studios by leaps and bounds. So if you're looking for bells and whistles, you might want to keep driving, but if you want an awesome space to ground down, work out, and feel good, this might be your place.

I love Your Yoga! The focus is correct body mechanics. It is also a great community. Everyone especially the instructors get to know you and encourage you. They also remind me to stay with in my capabilities. I have been taking different classes by the very knowledge instructors for years and I always come out of class feeling great about myself.

With over ten years of yoga in various locations and countless instructors, I can say Dixie and her studio are the best. No nonsense, no corporate shenanigans, instructors are long term and loved. I go once a week, Monday morning. Great way to start the week. Dixie always mixes things up, there is always strength building and stretching. This is a stated low impact class filled with folks of all levels and capabilities. If your schedule will allow it, this is a good time and place to start.

Great instructors that focus on moving well and enhancing/supporting mobility at all levels of experience, range of motion, and age. Modifications are consistently offered to make poses more or less challenging. The floors are padded making it more of a challenge to balance in studio but also a soft place to land if you fall out πŸ˜….

I have been coming to Your Yoga for years, and I love it. Each instructor brings their own style and expertise to the practice, but all express to the classes that this is "YOUR" yoga, and that there are modifications to all poses, and the most important thing is to breathe. It is a community of yogis and I look forward to each and every class I attend.

Best yoga studio ever! Each yoga teacher leads class with their own unique style while following two basic principles: (1) Listen to your body to keep it safe and avoid injury, and (2) following authentic principles of yoga, as applied to here and now. The atmosphere is friendly and respectful, which makes for great community feeling. You don't necessarily know who will teach what class, but over the years I have grown to love all the yoga teachers and classes there.

On Friday nights, I have been missing our amazing teacher Dipali (she's AWOL, in India), but in the meantime, what a great surprise to get guest teacher Ebuka last night.

This studio is rich with off-the-mat lessons too. Lately, the experience of going to class without knowing precisely what to expect has been great practice for me in learning to be open minded and open hearted, to go with the flow, and to embrace life as it unfolds.

I’ve been doing yoga for over 20 years and was so pleased to find this super friendly + high quality yoga studio within walking distance of my house. The teachers are experienced, and accomodating. Nice, gentle, functional, nourishing, mindful flows. The price is very affordable. This studio quickly became part of my weekly routine. Highly recommend for all skill levels, new and experienced yogis! Do not overlook this gem.

I love this studio. I have learned more about healthy movement, true strength and balance in the last 4 years here, then in 25 years of yoga other places. The teachers care about the whole person and helping you apply great movement to your life on and off the yoga mat. A great community feel. Lots of regular students who are friendly and encouraging to each other. The instructors encourage questions and are very engaging. You will love it here if you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years. I constantly learn something new. My foot and lower back pain are gone after coming here. I am there 5-7 times a week. Having a monthly membership makes coming here often so easy. If you need extra support private yoga therapy sessions are very affordable.

I have been teaching at Your Yoga for 6 years (bias alert), and absolutely love it. Our community of yogis is wonderful, engaged, curious, and real. The diversity of teachers and styles of yoga is a treat, and the emphasis on functional movement is what really sets us apart. We move and breathe together, laugh and cry together, and move forward in this thing called life with increasing levels of ease and strength of both body and mind. It may not be for everyone, but it's worth a try. It may become your yoga home!

Your Yoga is a hidden GEM of South Austin. Dixie is an incredible teacher with a deep knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, as well as a good sense of humor. She reads her audience well, and her classes are always challenging yet fun. Not a lot of studios offer 8pm classes, and I personally find them as an amazing way to wind down and relax before sleep.

Love this little practice. They want you healthy and happy and it shows in the care they bring to each person and class. I came in for Plantar facietis and Dixie threw in many movements in the class to help my chronic condition. Also, it is right in my hood off Brodie. *Bonus weekend move is going to be hitting the Your yoga and then the Shipley donuts :)

Very relaxed and welcoming studio with as much community as you'd like. The instructors really care. Also the floor is already padded, making it easy on the joints, a better challenge for stability, and less penalty for forgetting your mat.

I’ve had many yoga teachers in the past but Your Yoga is hands down the best. In this studio I’ve learned to move properly, and I apply this knowledge throughout the day. Dixie is amazing, funny, welcoming and has a wealth of knowledge. She can figure out where pain comes from and teach you what to do and how to avoid it. Aside from amazing yoga, this studio is friendly and has a great community.

Your Yoga is definitely a great studio. I came to Dixie the owner years ago after going through years of pain and meds from a car accident. I felt defeated and thought there was no hope. I did not think I could do any exercise. I have been with the studio for 7 years, maybe more. I am pain free, feeling powerful and gained a great tribe of friends in the classes. I am forever grateful for having my life back. I have enjoyed many hiking adventures with family that I would never have enjoyed if I had never found the freedom of yoga. All the teachers are amazing and caring.

I've been going to the Tues/Thurs 8PM in studio classes for quite sometime now, and could not enjoy it more! The facility is always clean and the staff is always welcoming. Dixie is a rockstar. It's always so great to be able to not just have someone walk you through the motions, but also explain why you are doing the motions and the benefits it is bringing your body. I went to a lot of studios before this one, and I haven't gone to another once since Your Yoga. 11/10 would recommend!

I've been going to Your Yoga for 11 years and obviously it's the place for me. I suffered from back, shoulder and neck pain for over 20 years. I had gone to chiropractors, PT and accupuncture for years. I have not been in pain since I started yoga. I'm in my 70's and feel comfortable going in, with no judgement. I am Dixie's biggest fan, because she really cares about us. I'm so happy that I found Your Yoga, it's kept pain free and given me a good quality of life. Shout out to Christine, she's so funny and is a great instructor also (don't leave us!).

What an amazing experience. I picked Your Yoga because it was close to the gym I use and I’m so glad I did. On my very first visit to this place, I knew I would love it. I went from thinking I would go once a week to now making it a core part of my fitness routine. Everyone at Your Yoga has been super friendly and the atmosphere is inviting and supportive.

Been getting my "zen" on here for over 3 years. Dixie and her crew are fabulous, fun, and down to earth. They love nothing more than being asked questions, explaining poses, and helping to solve various issues, i.e. hip openers, shoulder pains, etc.
Your Yoga ATX also does Off Campus P.E. for all AISD middle and high schools. Both my son and daughter enjoyed it as an option. They have an online option as well!! πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

This is a fantastic studio. It's unpretentious and the instructors are great.

They focus more on doing yoga safely and with good technique than on looking perfect while you're doing it. I love the education that comes along with the practice.
