About the Club

The Lagree Method is a high intensity, low impact full body workout done on the patented Megaformer machine, making it easier on your joints than other high intensity workouts. In this 45-minute class you will get an effective combination of strength, endurance, core, cardio, balance, and flexibility.

The method stresses constant time under tension, maximizing time in the movements with fast transitions. Working the muscles with control keeps the joints safe and stimulates the connective tissues. In summary, slow and controlled movements like the ones done in every class at Z Lagree, activate the slow-twitch fat-burning muscle fibers, which in turn effectively stimulates the body for maximum results.

My friends and I recently attended a trial class at your studio, and we wanted to share some feedback. First, we’d like to commend the instructor – they did an absolutely amazing job! The workout was intense, energizing, and left us feeling that every part of our body had been thoroughly challenged. We truly enjoyed the class and had nothing but positive things to say about it afterward.

However, we did encounter an issue that unfortunately affected our overall experience. One of our friends arrived late and chose to respectfully wait on the bench without disturbing the class. She was genuinely interested in seeing what the class was like, having heard great things from us.

About 10 minutes into the session, the receptionist handed her the phone, and the person on the line – we believe it may have been the owner or manager – spoke to her in a manner she found rude and uncomfortable. She was told she had to leave, despite having done nothing disruptive. This left her feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, and she has since said she would not like to return.

We completely understand and respect that studios have policies around class observation and punctuality, but we believe there may have been a more respectful and professional way to handle the situation. We wanted to share this feedback with the hope that it can help improve future experiences for others.

I’M OBSESSED😍 My first time trying any kind of pilates and it was all around an amazing experience & workout! The instructor, Valeria, was so good & helpful. I was so impressed by the workout. I do lots of HIIT style training so I had low expectations but I definitely feel like these classes will sculpt & shape my body! Highly recommend!

I have seen amazing changes in my body! Lagree helped turn extra fat into muscle for me! Lagree targets all parts of the body and even gets muscle groups that are hard to target when lifting weights. I have had nothing short of amazing service and training from the Z lagree staff and instructors. Shout out to instructor Aubrey Stutler for getting me into shape and continues to push me to work harder with each workout!

I love going to Lagree! I’ve never done pilates and was a bit worried going because of not knowing what to expect, but at the same time it “looks” easy. Yeah, definitely a little harder than expected, but so worth the burn!
Dana made me feel comfortable & helped me with my form when/if I was struggling. I love taking her classes!
I’ve been to other instructors & they’re amazing to. Everyone is so nice & encouraging.
