The equipment is all in great shape and easy to use. Two new machines were just installed so it was nice to see additions being made. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer questions about the equipment or the gym itself.
Update: I had to move away and unfortunately can no longer visit this gym. The owner and staff are all great and I would recommend the facility to anyone. They were solid the entire time and I never had any problems, including when I had to cancel the membership.

Best gym community around, amazing owner very personable and friendly, i would recommend this gym out of any other gym for one soul reason and that is because of the way that everyone in the gym helps, supports, and motivates each other to achieve greatness and conquer goals! LOVE THIS GYM

I really enjoy this gym because it’s not over crowded, and it’s very clean. The atmosphere is pretty great, you can even control the music. I can get a great workout with all the machines they have. This isn’t a franchise gym so it is smaller which some people may not like.

If you like a small gym with good quality machines I would definitely recommend… Just be mindful it may not be for everyone cause everyone have there preference of certain machines they like to workout on.

The next big thing here in Lubbock. This gym is aesthetic and has cast iron plates, good aux, and is well maintained. It’s also growing and expanding the equipment variety it has, but for only being open since October of 2023, this is sick. Even lets you play your own music on the sound system through a tablet that’s connected to Spotify.

This is a great place to workout. It’s clean, great equipment, quiet, and peaceful. The owner is respectful and also a veteran. Come check it out, membership is a great price and definitely worth the money.
