Working with Seth Zanutto has been an incredibly beneficial experience. He’s knowledgeable and always makes sure my workouts are tailored to my specific goals, pushing me enough to improve without overwhelming with information and expectations. Seth is excellent at explaining everything, from form corrections to workout adjustments, and he’s really helped me focus on sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.

I really appreciate is how supportive he is throughout the process. He keeps me motivated, holds me accountable, and always makes sure I’m on track, not just physically but also with nutrition and recovery. It is obvious he genuinely cares about helping clients achieve their long-term health goals.

I can’t recommend Seth enough!

I have been training with Seth, first in person and then remotely, for more than three years. This is by far the longest time I have ever stuck with a training program. Seth is a knowledgeable and thoughtful trainer who really cares for his clients. He constantly adapts my training plan to address my specific needs. He stays in close touch and responds to my texted questions 24/7. If I mention an ache or pain, he quickly adapts my workout to avoid aggravating, and ideally resolve, the potential injury. I really appreciate his support and feel a lot stronger and healthier as a result of my time training with him.

I’ve been training with Seth for about 3 years, and it’s one of best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and happiness. Despite being a lifelong athlete, I knew almost nothing about formal strength training and was pretty clueless in the gym. I wanted to get stronger and form a better relationship with strength training moving into my 30s. Seth made it a fun and approachable experience, and I was getting stronger literally every week.

3 years later, I am still loving my experience with Seth and am stronger than I ever thought I could be. This process has repaired my body image. I’m comfortable and confident in the gym, and he’s even helping me train for a powerlifting competition! Seth is a passionate, knowledgeable, and versatile coach, but most importantly he knows how to make a training plan that is realistic for his individual client’s goals, schedule, and limitations. Plus he is a truly wonderful and hilarious person who is fun to hang out with in the gym. I cannot recommend him enough.

Working with coach Seth has been an absolute game changer for my boxing. He created a conditioning program for me that took into account my initial fitness and built me up be able to spar 10 3-minute rounds (I used to gas out after 30 seconds of the first round when I first started)! Coach Seth put a tremendous amount of time and effort to help build me up as a fighter to take on challenges I never thought I'd be able to overcome at first. I am a personal trainer myself, however I specialize in Strongman and body composition. So when I decided to start boxing I knew I wanted someone with a different skill-set to do my programming.

I’ve been working with Seth for the past 4 months. In that time, I’ve lost over 10lbs while maintaining strength and drastically improving my conditioning for fighting.

Seth’s knowledge of S+C has me using modalities far more efficient than simple “roadwork,” and the results speak for themselves.

At the beginning of September (one month of training with Seth), I fought in a 3-round exhibition match for boxing and was absolutely spent by the end of it. Now, I can go for twice as long and still have energy to spare, and it’s only getting better.

If you are looking for someone to get you in fighting-shape, there is literally no one I would recommend more.

I've been working with Seth now for a few months, and I'm happy to say it is one of the best decisions I've made. I'm a professional fighter, work full time, recently had a child, and suffered an injury that put training on the sideline for a few. Seth, whom I work with remotely, has been able to accommodate and adapt to whatever I throw at him, which is important with so much going on and a crazy schedule. He's attentive, listens, and is creative with his programming. He's also not afraid to tell you when you need to stop and take a break, which is important because most serious athletes don't know what that means. Since working with Seth, my cardio and endurance seem endless even when I'm tired. I'm getting stronger and packing on muscle, which people and myself notice in training. Seth has been great! I’ve gained about 7 pounds of muscle over the last year. Half the time I was only working out one day a week with him in the second half of the year two days a week. My biggest concern when starting out was that with my history of throwing my back out, it was sure to happen while lifting heavier weight. I’m glad to say that he’s help me build things slowly so that I’ve had no back pain throughout this time. He does a great job of slowly building up your confidence and your strength and I’m so happy with the service that I’ve referred other people to him.

I cannot say enough good things about my training with Seth. I was at a very critical point in my life with my mental health, and my physical health was following suit. I saw physical goals quickly, but his help in coaching balance has been invaluable. He understood and validated a lot of challenges I faced with food, overwhelm, and self sabotaging behaviors, which was huge for me. I didn't want a trainer who was perfect or pretends to be! I came to Austin with a pandemy bod (245 lbs) and with consistent effort and help from Seth I got down to 190 lbs in a little under 5 months. Granted I absolutely hate the gym and working out, Seth always made it an enjoyable experience even if I gave him backchat. 1) He helped me drop 30lbs and get into the best shape of my life.

2) He not only worked around my shoulder injury, but adapted my workout routine to rehab it giving me back full mobility and strength.
