One of the grossest pools I've ever been in. Algae on the pool walls and floor. Hair on the locker room floors....and inexplicably wet in front of the lockers. If they cleaned this place, it would be fine.

The worst customer service ever! I went in to a gym for the first time since my military days. I was instantly told I need to pay a significant amount of $. Would not let me even look around the facility. If there was a lower rating ,that is what it deserves. NEVER VISIT THIS SITE.!

Is it normal, for whoever has a white Volkswagen car to park in the handicap parking space? I think it's the manager here who owns it. I've seen a few people who has to walk further because of that car. I've address it, and he just turned away from me as if he don't care. Very unprofessional of him.

They still have 3 televions on fox. 2 on fox political channels and one on fox 13. When these 3 television's have news since all 3 are on a Fox will have one news viewpoint. Sean hannity I would never ever watch. What Sean hannity has said about president Obama I disagree with. I love the 24 fitness in trolley square. They have CNN MSNBC ABC news NBC news CBS news . At 5 30 pm I love Abc 4 news and NBC news. In the morning around 430 am also. Trolley square have perfect excellent television channels.I love trolley square. This is one of the WORST 24 hrs fitness in entire valley! My husband and I have been members of 24 hrs for several years now and it seems like this place is getting worse everyday!

The front desk is always full of useless people including the RUDE MANAGER. We pay for kids club every month + our monthly membership, and many times we have showed up and they had refused to take care of our daughter because they are "under staffed" when they have only one person watching a few kids in the daycare and 6 different people, plus the manager behind the counter just talking and wasting their time... Is it really necessary for several people to greet members, when they have the self check in system?????

We have witnessed this same situation several times with other people too, where they have to go back home because their kids get declined access to the kids club, because"they are full." In fact last week when we were there two other families left with their children because of this situation. It's the manager's responsibility to make sure she has sufficient employees, so that no one that is paying their salary has to go back home, after getting ready and driving all the way to the gym just to find out they are unable to watch your child while you work out..

If she does not have enough "childcare" personnel, then she needs to step up and watch the kids herself, or pull one of the 100 workers behind the desk to make sure us the MEMBERS are being provided the service that we are paying for.

It will be nice if corporate paid more attention to the reviews here and all their clubs, and do something to improve and prevent these type of issues.

Ive been a member of 24 hour fitness for just over three years, and have visited 4 of their other locations besides this one: the one in trolley square, one in sugar house, one in holladay, and another that used to be in Jordan Landing. By far this location is the most rundown, with the rudest and most complacent front desk workers who blatantly ignore their members to flirt or play on their phones. The bathrooms are in a terrible state with literal mold growing up the walls of the showers and grime everywhere, even after it has been freshly mopped. This location used to be my favorite, but the state it's in now and the people they choose to hire is honestly pathetic. 24 hour as a whole is a great gym, but if you can help it I would avoid this location.

Really run down. Mold growing up the walls in the bathrooms and sauna. For some reason, the geniuses here think that putting the battle ropes in front of the front entrance is the best place. Someone who trips on them will end up owning the gym and making better decisions. I actually spoke to the maintenance guy here and it turned into a pretty worthless conversation- the reasoning behind putting the ropes in front of the entrance/exit is because it is noisier in other places inside the gym. I'm not sure how to take that response because 99.9% of people in this age wear headphones to the gym. Really needs an overhaul in the decisions made- current management don't exactly listen to the members.

This gym consistently runs out of toilet paper in the restrooms and fails to fill the paper towels by the cardio equipment. I would normally say this is due to low staff, however the same lazy woman sits at the desk flirting with the same three guys for HOURS without as much as greeting a guest therefore attending to the gym. This place is nasty and the staff doesn’t care about the clients.

Trainers need to teach their clients to clean up their weights after they are done. I just watched a trainer leave a trail all around the gym with their client. We already have plenty of people that don't clean up after themselves and we don't need you teaching your clients that it is okay. Do everyone a favor and show them how to be responsible gym patrons. I would expect more from someone working at a gym.

I will never go here again and would never recommend it to anyone. Started an account with them and just over 1 month into my services I was told I would not be able to work out by my doctor. I got charged for my second month a few days before I put it on hold. While my account was on hold I got charged a yearly fee (When my account had only been active for 1 month) then when I told them I needed to cancel they said well you have 30 days to still come but you won't be refunded for the almost 100 for the yearly fee and the month I got charged for when my account was on freeze.

I've joined and left this gym three times over the past several years as my workout needs and budget have changed. One of my favorite things about this gym is how easy it is to cancel a membership. No need to meet a special manager, no pressure. Every other gym I've belonged to has been a nightmare to extricate myself from. 24 Hour in my experience has been run with a high level of integrity.

Visiting from out of town... it is kind of tucked in the back of a shopping plaza. The facility is clean with well maintained equipment. Locker room is nice and clean. Pool area has a nice lap pool with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Definitely recommend this gym to others.

Honestly a terrible gym. Just about everything is out of date, its cramped space so all the machines are close together no room for walking lunges. I couldn't tell if it was my B.O. or the dude next to me working out. It either smells like chlorine in the locker room or sweaty ass in the gym. Sorry I loved my old 24 in West Jordan this one just doesn't come close. Unless you can get a full group together to use the bball courts or are a big lap swimmer don't go to this gym.

Friendly membership peeps. Can only sign up for membership between 9a-9p for memberships. Looked for an all night gym option. This seemed to be the option. Change in management, has done wonders for this gym. Cassidy was by far one of the worst managers I had the chance of meeting very condescending and not polite, easy to see why she is no longer there . I have seen then cleanliness really change, bathrooms and equipment. The personal trainers are great here. Ive seen the clients Brenton has worked with increase in the matter of months. Was unsure about staying, but now I am more than happy with the changes.

Old equipment, terrible management, and a lack of care to any member need. Do yourself a favor and go to any other gym in the valley. You will pay less and receive more that way. 24 claims 24.99 is their "best" rate. Just walk in and ask people what they are paying. Chances are, if you are paying 24.99, you are paying more than most people in there. The only thing management cares about is lying to the customer.

Saturday April 18 2015, I've Been Coming To This Gym Since 3 Days Ago or so, and yes this gym is dirty not very clean u can tell by the glass door and windows at the entrance u can see that they were wipe down and u can see it!!! The machines are old and have dirt and trash in some cup holders treadmill and bikes upstairs idk about the weights , there's alot of water spots under the dryer in the bathrooms and the sinks look dirty and alot spit in and the toilets are always spotty with pee and púbic hair everywhere also the bathroom floors look opaque (i would not put my bare feet in those floors). Some of the mirrors have fingerprints everywhere, i had membership at planet fitness for 1 year across the street and the facility there was always clean or way more cleaner, i thought if im paying 30 bucks for 12 months on a contract it's because 24 hour fitness is better i guess not as soon as my contract ends I'll cancel it and go back to planet fitness also the guys at the front desk are never doing anything to keep up with the facility clean or at least the front doors and windows they greet u and that's ok but if there's nothing to do they sit there and go tru their phone. I hope they see this post so they can fix up the place maybe then I'll change my review

i was so excited to get and USE my gym membership. BUT i CANNOT. the reason i signed up was because the day care "opened at 5 am" the first time i go.... no the day care opens at 8. my boyfriend and i both work opposite shift and share a car. now i have a gym membership that i cannot use and i am out the money that paid for the unusable membership. when i signed up the lady said the day care opens at 5 am, my boyfriend heard it, his friend heard it and i heard her clear. you guys need to change the hours to 7? that would help a lot of working parents out or you need to refund me the money back or credit my boyfriends account based on false information the lady gave me.

Love the weights, pool and jacuzzi, but this place is filthy, dirty man.
Mens locker horrible. Showers even worse. Urinals are so small nasty stuff all around and on the floor all the freeken time. Floors in weight areas always dirty. It has not been detailed cleaned in a long time. Sauna old and smelly, the glass is always dirty. Lights in the pool area are out for at least three months. On and on and on you get the point! My two year membership expires next month. I am glad!

I went in there to get set up. Bought a pass from Costco. The girls and one guy helped me feel really comfortable. They look like they enjoy working there. They were quick when they helped me. So yes, I would recommend my friends here. I thank the staff at the desk for being so kind and funny.
