If you are lucky enough to have discovered Priscilla, book a lesson with her now. You won't regret it. There's no irony in the name "4 Life," as she's helped me improve everywhere, not just on the pickleball court.
She's a master at watching your body mechanics and positioning to point out what you naturally do under pressure, and then helps you quickly correct the errors. This not only improves your physical performance in the game, but your mindset as well.
Priscilla is totally personable and patient, and also understands how important relationships are in pickleball, which is usually played as a team/doubles game. The greatest things she has done for me are to help me relax, think and observe faster (to better set up shots for myself or my partner), and move with more grace and ease while enjoying a sport I love. Because I'm more relaxed, doubles partners are more relaxed around me, we communicate better, and opportunities to play for fun or compete in tournaments abound, because the games are well, more fun!
I'm a client for life, as there is SO much to learn in this game, and I hope I get to keep learning with Priscilla.

I really enjoyed my time here. I got some great pickleball instruction and practice on overheads and resets that have improved my game and I really enjoyed the unique and fun workout in the gym; it wasn’t your typical lifting weights workout. Highly recommend.

Priscilla and Jay were fantastic! 🤩 Priscilla really took the time to zero in on parts of my game (dinking, 3rd shot drops, etc) and helped me improve my technique and game strategy. Jay in the gym was a bonus! Adding strength training will improve my game! I highly recommend them both if you’re looking for clear, informative instruction to help get you to the next level. ☺️💪🏼🙌🏼

She has an amazing, new outdoor pickleball court which is adjacent to a beautifully well-appointed private gym. Priscilla is a kind, knowledgeable trainer on the court who also provides off-court strengthening and conditioning workouts as well. I have participated in one-on-one training and also small/large group trainings. Every workout/training has been so much fun and a challenging workout whatever your level of fitness/pickleball skill.

The circuit training in the gym, especially the ropes and throwing the weighted balls against the wall,is challenging and great fun! I was especially impressed with the routines being adapted for each participant’s physical situation.

On the Pickleball court, the drills move smoothly and I gained information on technique that I’m excited to put into my game.

What a great business! In just one morning I learned some important changes to improve my pickleball game and some exercises to strengthen the muscles I use while playing. Priscilla and Ray are both knowledgeable and fun and I appreciate their expertise. Having a court and home gym at the same location made it easy to transition from drills to gym work. I came with a group of 4 men and 4 women which was fun but they also provide smaller group or individual training. Highly recommended!

Great experience today doing two separate things to better my pickleball game! Strength training along with drilling specific shots all at one location! Then, some fun pickleball games at the end. Priscilla and Ray are very knowledgeable in both strength training and pickleball drills/coaching. I would highly recommend coming here!
