Hi past student here white belt i rate this experience i had here 9/10 instructors and students super knowledgeable and even some took time to help me extra maybe alittle before class started i loved it here only complaint for me personally felt like an involuntary concert at times besides that everything they said made sense even maybe i shouldn't go roll at open matts i knew nothing so it wasnt like playing chess it was more like trying to figure out what chess is without instructions so in that aspect some instructors have told me dont roll until your a certain experience level and i agree with that looking back now just somthing to be aware of if you sighn up here i wasnt told concert music would be a regular thing while trying to focus on a task i have never done before. Super clean super friendly super high quality matts and cage bathrooms were always in great condition people would match your speed and force i can say this was my favorite studio only did jujitsu here.

I just want to give a shout out to the owner of this gym, Jennifer. There was a mix up of a member at this gym and my email getting mixed up that caused me to pay for someone else’s gym membership for 7 months. It was no fault to the gym, but a small missed detail and my lack of paying attention and thinking I was paying for my daughter’s membership at a gym in my local town of Texas, that caused me paying for a membership at gym that was several states away. Jennifer addressed the issue quickly and made things right. I cannot attest to the gym itself, but can only imagine it’s a great place to go if it is ran the way Jennifer handled this situation! 👏

As a mother, the biggest comfort is knowing that all four of my kids are learning how to defend themselves and even protect others if needed. That peace of mind is invaluable, especially in today’s world. Ace Martial Arts has been a blessing for our family, and I can’t recommend them enough for anyone seeking a supportive, skill-building, and family-friendly martial arts program! All of their coaches are exceptional, extremely supportive, patient and dedicated to helping each child reach their potential. My kids have learned discipline, respect and confidence since they joined.

I've only been going to this place for two days and I already feel like I'm apart of the group. When I first walked in and started I instantly felt comfortable and welcomed. Everyone is so kind and helpful and the instructors and higher belts encourage us to socialize with others. They also encourage us to do stuff that will help us succeed in our progress. Definitely recommended going here!!! They're helpful, welcome you with opened arms, and it's just such an amazing experience!!

Love the ace culture created. My only hope is , I moved recently at a few days notice. I was charged the month but I haven’t been in a month.. after calling to hurry and try to get the membership $ that is desperately needed with my move they were not willing to refund… which definitely sucks. But the gym as its purpose is excellent. Amazing classes and even better atmosphere

Update: we’ve been consistently attending classes with our kids twice a week for almost 2 years now and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Starting our two boys on this path has been worth the time and money to increase their confidence, create friendships, and gain the ability to defend themselves. Having attending a few tournaments and watching them month after month, I’ve seen my children grow and develop in ways I couldn’t imagine. I love this gym, and the amazing staff they have there. As I said before, we’re in it for the long haul!

We ve been taking our kids here for a couple months and so far they, and we, love it. The programs are very well run and they always have enough staff irregardless of the number of kids and adults that show up. They take the time to teach various aspects of martial arts and have the patience to teach, and guide, children. I’m glad we found this place, and happy to take my kids here for the next several years!

Great academy and great vibe! I flew in from Germany and stopped by Aces Academy during a road trip to some of the national parks around and absolutely had an amazing experience. Ace and all of his students were super nice and I felt super welcome. Also found it super cool that they had like a ton of kids and 20 or more females training there on one night, that alone speaks for the safe environment & good vibe in the academy! Absolutely recommendable!

My 4 year daughter, my wife, and myself are all enrolled.

Each class is tailored perfectly for our differences. The instructors for the little kids are unbelievably patient and are great at connecting with them.

My wife is an introvert and she absolutely loves the woman’s beginning jiujitsu. For someone that doesn’t like to get out of her comfort zone this class has made it easy for her to enjoy.

And for the adult males they allow you to have fun and work out, or turn it up and learn from some of the pro’s.

Regardless of what shape your in, age, gender, or lifestyle, this gym is for everyone. My family can’t say enough good things about this place.

Aaron and Jennifer are the BEST! I was hoping to find a karate school closer to home, but there is no place in town more flexible, affordable, or kind! They worked with me on a price that allows me to take all FIVE of my kids to karate, and my kids LOVE it. (My four year old asks me EVERY day if it's Monday, because he can't wait to go back to karate class!) The cost includes uniforms, and helpful instruction. I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way (each direction) to take my kids to Ace Martial Arts any day!

I began training with Mr. Reis when I was 12. 6 years later I earned my blackbelt from him! Being involved in karate as a teenager not only gave me a hobby, but it gave me the skills to defend myself in a real-life situation I never dreamed I would land in and I'm so grateful my parents signed me up all those years ago. Top notch instruction from a world champion. If you have kids and are looking for a great atmosphere for them to learn focus, control and discipline, this is your place. They great thing is, they learn these important qualities while having fun and learning helpful life skills like mental strength, emotional control and good old fashioned toughness. It's amazing to have a 4-6 year old become more collected and self confident because of quality martial arts instruction. Ace karate offers a bunch of different options for kids sytlisitcally as well; traditional karate, jiu jitsu/grappling, weapons forms, competition (sport) karate.

I have had my kids training with Ace for over 2 years. The great thing about karate, its a sport that goes year round. My kids also participate in other sports, but at Ace karate, they have an athletic foundation that they can build on through any other sport you choose, basketball, gymnastics, etc...

Loved every minute of it. We have been members for 4 years. The whole family started out, and we have 3 Black Belts now in the family. It took my 11 year old 4 years, but he earned and received his Black Belt. It is a great place for the children because he teaches the basic principles that everyone needs like respect, but also teaches the children self defense - which is this era of bullying, can come in very handy for the child.
