I have been training at Alloy since October of 2024 and I absolutely love it. The trainers are fantastic! The classes are small so I always get the individual instruction I need. I am getting stronger and feel healthier every day. It also helps relieve stress which is very important to me. Alloy is great! It is so nice and it is personalized to your needs. It’s not a gym, it’s more trainers really looking at what you need. The trainer stays with you and is working out with you making sure you are doing the exercise the right way so you are working out correctly. Love it, go Eli!!!

I really value the flexibility of scheduling classes. Every trainer is personable, attentive, knowledgeable and they keep great notes regarding injury or other restrictions, adjusting movements so you still get a great workout. Their positivity and inclusivity keeps me coming back, so do the workouts of course (they’re effective, hard, but not so much that they’re discouraging).

I never thought I would say that I love going to the gym. But that’s how I truly feel and I think it is because of the amazing coaches at Alloy in Daybreak! In addition to the coaches, Ethan, the manager and coach, is so supportive, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. My best memory so far is when Ethan encouraged me to beat the longest plank and I did it! I love that Ethan knows to adjust a workout so that I can perform it without getting hurt and knows when to push me to try a heavier weight and I’m amazed of what I can do thanks to his knowledge and support.

Love working out with small group setting, I feel more comfortable and our trainer can help us but sit and watch and hover over you. Love the people I have met and it’s just a great atmosphere. I truly feel no judgement and totally encouraged and helped. They are very attentive to injuries and offer alternatives for you. Best value for you money!

I love working out Alloy! The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful especially when I need to adapt an exercise due to some old injuries. I am not one who has ever enjoyed working out. I don’t enjoy large membership gyms. I have a difficult time with accountability and sticking with it. But that hasn’t been the case for me with Alloy. Even through 2 major surgeries in 2023, I returned to Alloy and have been a member for a total of a year and a half so far. We even moved farther away from the gym than when I started and I still go (this is a big deal for me). All of this is to say, I really enjoy the workouts at Alloy and enjoy the company of the other members and the trainers. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Alloy personal training is great! Their trainers work with you one on one with any injuries or surgeries you have and make modifications if needed in the small group classes. They also push you to do your best and make sure you are in the weight range that is right for you. The whole team is friendly and are here to help you accomplish your goals. Each day is a different training session so not only do your muscles get a variety of exercises but your mind gets plenty of variety and you learn about different movements.

I have been working out at Alloy for about 3 months now and I couldn’t be happier. I am so pleased with their coaches and how they truly give you individualized attention even in their group setting. My strength and muscle mass has definitely improved- just as I had wanted and was unable to achieve independently. I cannot recommend coming in and checking it out- and then coming in for workouts!

I have been coming here since June of 2023 - The trainers make this place what it is. I was intimidated by working out with others in small groups, but every person that comes to Alloy comes for the same reasons as you. They have all been so welcoming and I have even made a few new friends as well. Every person here pushes me to do my best and give 110%. Honestly this is the most motivated I have felt to continue to workout. Also, if you have an old injury or recovering from surgery or something, they will always help you modify to regain strength and mobility. Lastly, I love the regular body assessments so I can see the progress on paper, cause that helps me push harder. I encourage you to sign up

I've been a member of many gyms in the past, but this gym has been my favorite by far. The members and trainers are fun and motivational. Shaun really can help ANYONE with their fitness goals. He's incredibly knowledgably. I came to Alloy with a goal of getting back to my Pre Covid fitness level and I'm happy to say that I have achieved that, and then some. There are no "gym bro's" here. Just some awesome people trying to live their best life, whatever that looks like for them, and I love it.

I love coming here!!! The trainers are awesome and really help all skill levels. I'm biased because #girlpower but I love working out with Kiyana. I never feel intimidated, but rather encouraged to push past where I would normally stop. I always leave feeling strong and glad I came. If it's in your budget, it's definitely worth it. I do wish there were options to schedule with specific instructors through the app and that they could offer drop in classes/prices without a monthly commitment, but I get it. You can cancel anytime, but you need to give 30 days notice. Would definitely recommend.
