About the Club

Alloy Personal Training Highland is a boutique personal training gym in Highland, Utah, proudly serving Highland, Alpine, Cedar Hills, Lehi, and American Fork. Since 1992, we’ve helped adults—especially those over 40—regain strength, improve mobility, and feel their best. Our expert‑led small group personal training sessions (max six people) provide customized workouts tailored to your goals, fitness level, and any past injuries. We combine proven strength training, mobility work, and accountability in a supportive, non‑intimidating environment. Whether your goal is weight loss, increased energy, or injury prevention, our certified trainers deliver safe, effective, and lasting results.

I signed up at Alloy nearly two years ago. Thinking it would just be a way to get myself going and to learn the workouts. I was active but needed to learn good form and habits, especially considering multiple injuries and limitations. I have worked out with ALL of the trainers Lisa, Stephan, Eli, Cody, Beatrix. They are all amazing people, knowledgeable and just fun to be around. It is no exaggeration for me to say these people changed my life (and likely added years to it as well). I joined Alloy over three years ago. My goal was to get a little boost in my exercise habits, and then I thought I’d leave and go to box gym after maybe six months. I’ve stayed all this time because the trainers are awesome (special shoutout to Eli); I love the community of support and accountability with both the trainers and the great people in my session (who have become friends); and the results have exceeded my expectations. I also love that the workout designs force me to do things I wouldn’t do on my own with a focus on full body strength, agility, mobility, and flexibility. Otherwise, I’d be doing upper body all the time and neglecting everything else. I highly recommend Alloy; I’ve loved it!

I LOVE ALLOY! The trainers are top notch in not only what they do but as people in general. I've gotten so much stronger since I've started there. I just had knee replacement surgery 3 weeks ago and the doctor and the physical therapist are amazed at how much I can do and how strong my leg is. I know it is 100% due to the training at Alloy.

I think the hardest thing about exercising is just showing up...I'm usually late and miss the warm ups. But no matter, no shame, or no pressure, Eli, our trainer (there's 1-6 people per class), doesn't miss a beat, he knows what I'm capable of, where I need to improve, and what exercises need to be modified for any ailment I have. It seems that in the past, I would get some kind of nerve pinch or muscle spasm trying out a new fitness regimen between 2 weeks to 2 months of starting and then I just didn't want to continue. After 3 years at Alloy with Eli's help my body has become strong, flexible, better balanced, leaner and more capable.

This gym has been a life-changer for me. I’m extremely active in various sports but I’ve always had the hardest time resistance training. Embarrassingly, I’ve probably never weight lifted more than 2 weeks straight in the last 25 years. Now I’m going on 3 months at Alloy and loving it. I’m motivated to go because the energy is fun and the workouts are ready so I don’t have to think about anything except showing up. I decided to join Alloy to help me get stronger (especially my core) & try to lose a bit of weight. At age 45 with pain and medical issues arising, I decided it was time to do something. Eli & Jacob have done an amazing job at keeping me motivated and knowing just what is needed to help me hit my personal goals. I had a pretty severe knee issues to the point I could barely sit down & stand up but over the last couple of months that’s been completely different and I’m finally to the point where I can actually squat in the gym. This is my first time with a trainer doing strength training. I'm in my 40s, not in great shape, recovering from injuries and issues, and this has been SO good for me! The atmosphere is personable, consistent, and hard-working. Every trainer I've worked with has been great. Progression is tracked, discussed, and celebrated with a monthly "In Body" test. The groups are never more than 6 people so I get both personalized attention and a few buddies. No mirrors! Just good, hard work!

If you love the small gym environment with a personal trainer, this place is for you! I was looking for something that could help me focus on coming back from knee surgery and push me at the same time! Everyone is friendly, the gym is super clean and the trainers are motivating.
