I'm Andrew and I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I train from my home gym in Herriman, UT. I work with all types of clients. Whatever your goal is, I can help. I will customize your program based on your goals, current fitness level, and any limitations you might have. I also specialize in athletic training. So if you're an athlete, young or old, I can help you elevate your athletic abilities.

Andrew has been training me for almost 2 years now, and recently my wife has started training with us as well... we both love it! I don't see that stopping any time soon. When I first started with Andrew I had a bad hip flexor, messed up shoulder, messed up lower back and just felt weak. Years of sitting at a desk and bad diet were wrecking me.
Andrew was super smart about starting me slow to prevent injury and to heal/strengthen existing ones while slowly building my strength and flexibility. He has had me doing full body workouts the entire time so my whole body is getting stronger (never lets me skip leg day).
2 yrs later and I have no injury / weakness issues anymore and have put on 15+ lbs of muscle and feel strong. Imagine my shock when one day I easily cranked out 15 pullups when previously I would have been lucky to do 1.
He is super knowledgeable, definitely knows what he's doing. He's also flexible with our scheduling. And he's not the stereotypical gym bro you might expect. Nothing like that. He's the best!

Andrew is a great personal trainer! I has nothing but great things to say about him and his training.
Andrew creates a customized game plan and helps you execute that plan for real results. I felt that he genuinely cared about me and my progress throughout my entire training with him.
Andrew is great about checking in even on days that we were not training which helped me stay motivated. I felt that he provided me with the tools that I needed to be successful during our sessions and when I was training by myself as well.

I had Andrew the trainer for my trainer for months. I had a great experience! He pushed me when I needed to be pushed and didn’t let me off the hook when I wanted to give up or go easy on myself. He knew many different kinds of workouts and exercises that would work best for building core strength and for working on my trouble spots. He also gave me great workout ideas to use by myself on the days that I didn’t have training with him.
The other thing I liked about Andrew was that he walked the talk. He trained daily and pushed himself to very high limits. He was In Amazing physical shape and worked hard on building his core strength, focus and balance.
I highly recommend Andrew the Trainer. He has the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your physical goals. He will not disappoint.
