Been trying to gain access to this gym for over two months. I got the walmart fitness pass which lists this location included, but when I came to this location they said $50 to get a fob for access. I said, okay, but they wouldn't let me pay and work out that day, and I had to return when the gym manager was in. I returned at the time I was told, to find the gym manager had gone home early.
Since then I've been calling many times to try to set up a new time, but no one ever answers the phone.

I live in Reno and travel much of the West/Southwest. This is the best AF gym of any that I have visited since 2017 (writing in late 2024).

Tge place isnt bad at all in my opinion. A little awkward since I know people in town and someone always wants to talk to me but it's not awful. However, I tried contacting them to pay the rest of my contract so I can end it and emailed multiple times, called multiple times, went in multiple times and no one ever responded and no one was ever there to help. It blocked me from paying it off online so I couldn't there. They finally sent me a debt collection notice. I tried paying it in full before this and it could've been solved sooner if they just ran a business like they should instead of ignoring me.

My husband and I enjoyed going to this gym in the beginning of our membership. It is pretty small, but it’s clean and taken care of. After having a baby we haven’t been going as much. Since our year contract was up, we decided to cancel our membership. We’ve called so many times and left voicemails. I’ve only got one call back from Terri telling me to email her, after which I did three different times and.. no response. We’ve gone in person but no one is ever there when we go. We’ve been trying to cancel for months now. Not trying to spread any negativity, just letting people know the cancellation process extremely difficult. They’ll do anything they can to keep your money coming in. Super frustrating!

Terri the owner is a scam artist! The gyms are only one Source of scamming people out of their money. She owes me $8k for fixing up her rental before selling it out from under me. She also has a horse ranch she claims is for battered women. She is the only one abusing women to get ahead herself and needs to be arrested

You pay for “amenities” like tanning but the beds are always broken. The treadmills are always broken or “being worked on” There is never anyone working so if you have any issues with being over charged or questions about your membership good luck. The gym is small and the service is 0/10 do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to vasa where it’s $10 a month theres no contract someone is always there and the machines actually work.

I highly recommend this gym. The owner, Terri is super helpful, makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. She offers free sessions when you first get your membership. She shows you how to use the equipment and which equipment to use. Most people are hesitant to start going to the gym because they don’t know what they’re doing. Terri will make sure you know what you’re doing! If you are thinking of getting a membership, do it!

I only just started a membership at this gym less than a month ago but so far I love it. It's rarely busy, it's truly 24 hours, and it has all the basics. Best of all it's close to home. The gym is always clean. They play great upbeat music in the gym. The manager whom helped me sign up for the membership was really nice and offered 2 free personal training lessons.
Only thing that is a negative for me is I feel for the membership price it should have extra amenities like a sauna and/or hot tub, swim pool, ect...
Obviously they don't have the space at this location for those things but if you only go to this location and use the minimal that they do offer then they ought to be able to offer a lower membership fee.

My husband goes to this gym. It is a really nice gym for a small town. Definitely more pricey than Vasa and you have to have a contract, but we were able to get into a one year contract and we save more that the difference we would pay in gas driving to Tooele for a gym. The owner is nice and the facility is kept clean and cool. Wish there wasn't a contract or that the monthly was a little cheaper, or both, but it could be worse.
