I worked out this week at this gym and I was genuinely impressed. It was very clean and well put together. It has a good amount of high quality workout equipment. Lots of weights. I was even impressed with the treadmills, they are very good high quality treadmills. The other part that I really liked was it has not been busy. If you’re looking for a gym in the Payson area you won’t go wrong choosing this one!

Small but very well designed. It's amazing how much they can fit into a tight space. At first glance I thought it was going to be a pain with all the other people there. However everyone is very aware of their time and don't just sit on their phones while working out. There is a limited amount of bench/squat racks so if you don't mind a few minute wait it's actually a very nice place to workout in. I personally haven't had to wait at any given time. If someone is using a machine I want I just switch up my routine, come back a few minutes later and it's almost always opened up. The staff seems friendly, I personally haven't interacted with most just one and it was a good experience.
I would recommend this location for gym go-ers.

Nice gym. Clean and most equipment in working order. My only complaint is the personal trainer standing in the functional training area directly in front of the weight rack talking with a client for half an hour, not exercising, just talking. Take your conversation off the gym floor.

Been a member for quite a few years. This gym has gone way down hill! It’s gross, smells like nasty old mattress from a hoarders house. Poorly managed and dirty! The tanning bed and bathrooms are never clean. Seems like the owners don’t care about it. Sad. It used to be a really nice gym.

Been trying to reach and talk with Heather, owner, without any success. The first attempt was going to gym during regular business hours; it was locked up. Second attempt was scheduling an appointment online for a certain day and time to meet with an employee to discuss a gym membership; no one showed up. Third attempt, was a guy working out let me in the gym and I wrote down my name and number on the clip board next to the offices but no one called me back. Forth attempt called many of the numbers listed and finally got Heather to text me back with a time and date she would be there to start a 7 day pass; she was not there and an employee was not able to sign me up d/t price negotiations. The employee did give me a key fob for a 7 day free trial but I will return this as soon as I can get into the building. Fifth and final attempt went to business on the day she stated she would be there and she was not there. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! Obviously they do not care about there clients or getting business. This is not the first time I have had an issue with attempting to get a hold of someone at this location. I was a client a few years ago and I thought it had changed but it has not. I will continue to go to Total Fitness!!!!

Love this gym!!!!! It's always clean, small classes (the last class I was in had 4 people including me and the instructor). Jamie (The manager) is always so friendly and very helpful. Had some issues with our billing and I couldn't get the billing dept. to help me so Jamie took the liberty to work with them and get it fixed and she got it done immediately.
