Have been trying to cancel my subscription since I have moved and The people in the owners of this location are very eager, not to help and not to assist canceling, but do not have a problem and an issue charging the money. Definitely could use some work on management and customer service.

Don’t do it. That’s the only review you need. Go anywhere else. Facilities? Trash. Same equipment for 10 years. They also let you communicate via email but won’t accept a 30 day notice via email. Which is theft in my opinion. They know you’re going to want to cancel so they use the most archaic system to keep money being deducted from your account. Facilities are archaic and their processes are the same. Do not get a gym membership here.

I love that the gym is open 24/7, including holidays, late nights, and even in the middle of the night—it's great to have access whenever I need to work out. People generally keep the space tidy and put away the equipment they use, so everything is easy to find when needed. It's a nice place!

I've never had to jump through so many hoops in order to cancel a gym membership before. Per my agreement that I signed, the gym owner is unable to cancel a membership, I also was unable to do it over the phone or through email, I had to send a physical letter to PO Box in Arkansas with the hope that they get it and actually follow through. This is a very shady business practice that keeps people from cancelling their memberships. I recommend going anywhere but to these people, unless you plan on paying for life.

Love this place! small but has all the necessary machines to get a great work out in. Very clean, machines work great and not crowded at all! My only suggestion is please add a few paper towel dispensers around the gym. See image.

Nice and clean Anytime Fitness location. I'm a trucker and have been to many locations. This is a location a trucker can only access by bobtail though. Leave that trailer at TA or Pilot and bobtail here.

This right here is your classic scammy gym absolutely terrible company to deal with canceling is a nightmare definitely make sure you absolutely know what you are signing up for otherwise your going to be screwed out of a bunch of money and time their contracts are horrible and I warn you genuinely actually read the entire thing for this place it's awful, also the company will make you send them a physical letter in the mail to cancel your membership so expect to pay an extra month more then you even want too I'd look for somewhere else with less scummy business practices and rediculous cancelation terms.

Bathrooms clean but everywhere else a bit dirty. Wifi access not marked on chalkboard. Place is fairly quiet, not many users. Google maps had me going through alleys. In Toole watch out for road access ramps, they're like giant potholes.

SCAM!!! Stay far away!!!!! When signing up for a membership the rep told me I could cancel if I pay a fee, I think he said it was $50. So fast forward to now a few months later, I go to cancel and am told I am “not allowed” to cancel my membership and have to just keep paying the money monthly. This. Is. A. Scam. This business is terrible. When trying to explain to the manager that the rep told me I could cancel I was condescended to and told I misunderstood. I did not misunderstand as I had a very clear conversation with the rep when signing up about canceling. Stay far away from this company. They will steal your money like they are stealing mine.

I have been trying to cancel this stupid thing since the beginning of January. Literally the worst company to deal with on the cancel!!! I talked to Felicia with ABC fitness to cancel and sent a certified letter. They said I would still have a payment on January, which was fine. But here it is march and they are still taking out my payments. I talked to them in February after the last payment came out and was told it was already cancelled. But here we are!! Do not sign up for the services. Cancelling is a joke!

I paid for my grandson to join some time ago. His schedule and my bank account makes it impossible to continue however it seems to be impossible to cancel. Months later after many requests, letters, etc they are still charging. Beware!!

Very nice and clean gym. Just moved in the lake point location and checked out this gym in toole I know stansbury location of anytime fitness is closer but from the reviews I read I had to check it out. I'll bite the bullet with the drive but overall a nice gym.

My favorite part of Anytime Fitness is I can go anytime! A different gym across the street doesn't open until I'm usually done with my workout for the day. There are a few little things that annoy me and the staff is difficult to contact but nothing major.

I mostly frequent the Grantsville location which I love all but 1 day of the week. On Wednesday nights after school I go to the Tooele location to get a work out in before bible study. It's rather busy, of course I go right around 6 so it's expected. It was clean and still had availability on equipment despite how busy it was.

Great place to work out they give you a key fob. So you can go when ever at any time! The best part is that its like owning your own gym it’s always empty so you can feel comfortable working out if you are just starting out! The owners are privately owned so each gym has its own theme for a always changing experience where ever you go

WAYYYYY nicer than the horrible VASA gym across the street. Shay is a true professional, and the atmosphere is great here. Plenty of equipment and space to exercise properly. Always clean; no nasty gym smells here! Always playing a terrific selection of music too!

I have had a membership for about 9 months now and I can't complain. A little pricey(30 a month at its lowest) but, they have great equipment, nice people and it's never crowded. They have all you would need for weight lifting except some small things (you will need to bring anything you wear such as belts). It doesn't have any extras such as a pool or a basketball court, but if your looking your looking for a place to run or lift weights it's great.
