We have had a great experience with Arches! The coaches are all so nice. Heidi (the owner) is easy to work with. They honor makeup classes and are very flexible.

As for a couple of recent reviews, I really appreciate that they are honest with parents about whether or not their kid is ready to listen. They DO teach young kids regularly and they know how to tell if those kids are ready for class.

If I could give a 0 I would!!
Just had a trial class for my 4 year old. It was her very first time doing any gymnastics ever or ever being in a gym. I am surprised and shocked that the coach refused us and told us we could not sign up because my four year old was distracted by the fun gym equipment (which she is seeing for the first time) and needed a little extra attention showing her how to do things. Those were the coach's words! Isn’t that literally what a coach does is teach and show how to do things!! Also wouldn’t any new child need someone to show them how to do things and use the equipment!!! I am sure that after having a couple of classes the things around her would not be as exciting or distracting but the coach was so fast to dismiss us. They shouldn’t be teaching young kids!
Really disappointed with our experience!!
Take your young kids somewhere else!

Brought my 3 yr old for a trial class here, and the gym was set up very nice and how the parents could look over was great you could go anywhere and see your child. All the coaches seemed very sweet. But was disappointed because the website says they train 3-18 yr olds. And after the trial class was over was told it was to advanced for my child and to wait until they were older and more mature. Being the first gymnastics class ever for my kiddo, will not be up to the same level as the kids that have been doing it for some time. That is reason for the class was for my child to learn. Sadly felt very rejected and discouraged after we left. Maybe consider changing your website to accepting older children if your looking for more advanced and mature students than 3 yr olds.

My daughter has been in arches several years. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! We have had the best experience ever over there. All the coaches are amazing, Heidi the owner is incredible. We highly recommend Arches !Their environment and way to teach is amazing. My daughter absolutely loves and we love it too. It won’t disappoint at all ☺️

As a current gymnast at arches I love it because the coaches care about me and always want to help you succeed . They really have helped me find a new love for gymnastics and I definitely recommend it.

This place has it all. Heidi, the owner, cares about each gymnast individually. The gymnasts are not just another number or dollar sign. She genuinely wants each gymnast to feel loved and accepted. With every decision Heidi has the girls in mind from gym equipment to a room for the girls to hang back packs and somewhere to eat. The gym is clean and welcoming. Heidi trains the other coaches to push the girls to do their best while still maintaining safety and comfort for the gymnasts. They teach the girls in a fun way but also when to be serious and listen. It is the best of both worlds. The front desk staff are welcoming as well as knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. It is like a family.

I like their approach. My daughter was able to trial several classes/coaches to find the right fit for her experience. There are bigger gyms in the valley but this one has plenty enough equipment to advance to a pretty high skill level.

Arches gymnastics is hands down the best gym out there!!! Arches is not about the number of gymnasts they can cram into the gym, it's about quality. The coaches are truly amazing! They genuinely care for each individual gymnast. The coaches take the time to coach the gymnasts in a respectful, caring and fun loving environment. My daughter has been with Coach Heidi for a few years now and we cannot say enough good things about her. She truly loves each and every one of these girls. My daughter has excelled here. Through the past 5 yrs we have been to 3 gyms and found Arches provides the highest quality training experienced so far. Well worth driving the distance. It is apparent that the other gyms are in it for the money, push as many kids through as physically possible and as such quality of training is not priority.

My daughter has been coached by the owner of Arches for the past 5 years. When she told us she was opening her own gym, we were first on board. Her coaching style is positive, motivating, and above all compassionate. This created a team of hardworking girls who regained their love for the sport and their team. It was heartwarming to see these girls not only compete individually, but support each other as a team. Arches finished this past season of competing, (without a permanent home gym,) with 4 State Champions and many other 2nd and 3rd place finishes -- out of 8 girls. That speaks volumes. It was amazing to see the amount of confidence that these amazing girls possessed. It had everything to do with our amazing coaches. The coaches at Arches are the best coaches my daughter has ever had.
