I went to Micah to help with pain in my neck and hip. His NMR tools and techniques reduced the knots and helped alleviate the tightness. He is professional and thorough to ensure your issues are addressed. I highly recommend AWAY for NMRs.

This gym is in a unique location with all the right equipment and detail to facilitate weight loss and muscle growth! Micah is amazing to work with, as he really took care in handling my weight loss goals and supporting me along the way. I couldn’t recommend him more!

I did a 6 month contract with Micah as my nutrition coach through A.W.A.Y. Athletics and had a wonderful experience! With a realistic workout regimen & meal plans, weekly check-ins, and 24/7 support, I was able to achieve the fitness goals I had always been striving for. Speaking as someone who has always struggled with emotionally eating/binging & body dysmorphia, I was truly able to mend my relationship with food, implement sustainable lifestyle changes, and drastically improve my self-esteem through the empathetic support and encouragement from Micah his expertise. Even after our contract has ended, I still have access to all my meal plans, am still able to reach out with any questions, and can schedule a follow up appointment to see how I’ve been doing on my own. 10/10 would recommend.

My daughter is involved in Cheer and she pulled her hamstring last year. She had tried everything to get it to heal. We even went to a sports medicine specialist. They just told us it would take time. Then she went to A.W.A.Y and Micah did a series of scrapings and NMR (Neuromuscular reduction) and it is healed. It had gotten so bad that she had a knot on the back of her leg. It is now back to the same size as her other leg and she has her full strength back. What a great experience.

I have LOVED my experience with this program. I've learned so much about nutrition and health. I came into the program with no specific goals except to just be a healthier person in general. I'm happy to say I've lost about 10 pounds of fat and inches all around. I feel so much more energized and happier then from when I first started! Micah does a great job with matching meals and training to your current lifestyle and is always there for any questions. I would 100% recommend this program to ANYONE!!

Micah has been great! definitely recommend the nutrition plan, i’ve been able to eat things I like but still focus on losing the weight. The work out programs are also helpful to stay in a schedule and always have a set work out to do with multiple options. Overall i’ve seen the change I’ve wanted to and now going forward feel more confident in making healthier and better decisions for my body and it’s a lot easier.

Away athletics is an amazing gym that makes you feel like family. Micah is an awesome instructor and knows so much about fitness, weight loss and muscle building. If a workout that is Fun, Challenging, Never the Same, & Uplifting, Micah at AWAY Athletics is the trainer to make it happen! He creates such a wide range of workouts that are never the same and challenging every muscle, even the ones you don't realize exist! It's 100% worth giving it a try! :)
