We love Balance so much! It’s the perfect blend of training and fun. We started in the Mommy and Me class (hands down highlight of my week) and my daughter is now in her second year of the preschool class. This year we added on tumbling and she’s loved it! I was talking with my sister and her friends about the dance program in their town and how intense it is. All of the women were worn out and overloaded with the requirements, competitions, costumes, and cost. I told them about my daughter's dance studio, where the teachers and students dance for the pure love of dancing. The fees are low, there are no competitions, and there's a feeling of joy and peace there. I've taken yoga classes there and cried my heart out on my mat. Every dancer at every level is loved and celebrated. We all had a good laugh when I asked what their dance studio is called. "X-treme Dance" they all chimed in. I have taught here since 2014 and I keep teaching here because of how amazing Paula (owner and director) is! She runs things in a professional and loving welcoming way. She gets it. I have taught for several other studios here and there (while still keeping a few classes with balance always) and the vibe between director and teacher, as well as between teachers, was not the same! She gets to know each person that walks into the studio and she is genuine about it. This studio vibe is unmatched!
