My name is Amber, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist with a degree in Science from UVU. With specializations in women's health, injury recovery and prevention, weight-loss and learning to live a balanced active lifestyle. I used to hate working out because I had no idea what I was doing and would end up just doing cardio. I found Amber’s program and I have never been in better shape. I am stronger, healthier, and overall happier. Amber has been checking in with me to keep me on track. There are options for quick workouts that kick your butt, her videos demonstrating the movements and if I don’t have the equipment, Amber will let me know an alternative workout. I would recommend her program to anyone!!

I've been doing personal training with Amber for over 3 years and it's the best decision I have ever made! Amber is extremely knowledgable- she is always willing to tailor my workouts to my needs at the last minute (whether that is a fitness goal or nursing an injury!). She helps hold me accountable to my goals without shaming me or embarrassing me. She is professional and kind. And I don't think she's had me do the same workout once in three years, and I see her weekly! If you are looking for someone to help you with any training or even nutritional goals, she will take great care of you. Highly recommend!
