I had an event at Body 20 with a group of 20 of my friends and I can’t say enough great things. The event was beyond amazing. The charcuterie board, drinks, snacks, goodie bags, the fun competitions, how fast the team was getting us suited up, the body scans, made for an unforgettable experience! 💓✨
The coaches, owner Ali, and rest of the staff were so helpful, friendly, and FUN! I love how the coaches provided us challenging workouts, pushed us, and were able to laugh and have fun with our group too!!
My friends and I can’t stop talking about how much fun it was, how sore we are 😂 , and the 20 minute workout is CHALLENGING! Can’t say enough great things about— we will be back!

I really wanted to like this place, but my experience at Body20 was disappointing. For the price, I expected a much higher level of value and guidance. The memberships felt overpriced at almost $500 a month for what was delivered.
The training itself came across as mediocre, and I often felt like the trainers weren’t really tuned in to what I wanted to focus on during my workouts. Even when I mentioned specific goals or areas I hoped to work on, the session didn’t seem to adjust much, which made the whole thing feel generic rather than personalized.
I know others might have had better experiences. Based on mine, I didn’t feel the quality matched the cost. I ended up feeling let down rather than motivated.

I’ve been going to Body20 twice a week for about a month now, and while I haven’t seen major physical changes yet, I definitely feel less bloated and more energized. The trainers and the manager are incredibly kind, supportive, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. I’m excited to keep going and see more progress!

2. I am a local yoga teacher & wellness, fitness enthusiast who has experience being both extremely healthy & extremely not. Currently I am able to do most of what I like to do without memberships to fitness centers. Enough about me.
I came in to Body20 out of curiosity after seeing their flyer in my gym, WOW am I grateful I did. Wanted to wait 24 hours to fully feel the effects before reviewing.
It is a fascinating & logical concept, truly different than anything else I've ever tried. My biggest fear was that it would be painful, as I'm quite sensitive & the idea of electrical pulses gave me anxiety. If anyone reading this feels similar, let me quell that for you right now: you are in COMPLETE control of every aspect of your experience. You can customize the intensity for each part of your body, making it more intense where you feel strong & less intense where you feel delicate. All of this to say it doesn't hurt AT ALL.
In one 20 minute session, my entire body got the "gentle, yet intense & effective" workout of its' life. The yogi in me loves that it is customizable, encourages proper alignment & is completely impact-free.
I imagine the gentler settings would feel like a lovely massage, I chose to do a muscle building workout because that is my main focus right now after recovering my health & I LOVE that it worked my entire body without me breaking a sweat (literally).
One of my favorite workouts ever, was not expecting to love the experience this much but I will definitely be getting a membership!

I canceled with every intention on going back at a later time. I had already paid for 4 sessions and had 1 session left for the month. But was told by the manager that I couldn’t use my last day because I cancelled for the next month.
But I was told by the owner I could have my last day.. so sweet. Thanks you very much.

I joined Body 20 and have really enjoyed the personalized workouts with McKenna and Adrian! The suit is comfortably tight fitting and my muscles are stimulated as I do the 20 minute workout. I feel amazing and re-energized after working out. A great bang for the buck for people wanting an intense workout without spending hours in the gym. I'm Hooked!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect here, but I’m so glad I tried this workout. I’m an OTF member, I’ve run marathons, practiced yoga for years and years, and generally love to move. But this technology, along with the private coaching, has done something for me I have never been able to do for myself, activating dormant muscles, thereby improving my posture, and relieving chronic hip pain. By creating new muscle memory, I now recruit muscles I’ve heretofore ignored. In other words, I can feel my gluts firing maybe for the first time. It’s very cool. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, trying to prevent injuries, looking to improve skeletal muscle health, or just don’t have the time/expertise to effectively strength train on your own, I would highly recommend trying Body 20.

Body20 is my new favorite place to go! My trainer, Adrian, is awesome! He is helping me with my problem areas and throughly explains how and why I should do each exercise. He truly cares about helping people get the best results. Plus only 20 minutes of working out and I feel like I spent an hour in the gym! Great option for the 65+ age group. Love this!

I have been doing Body20 for 2 years, and absolutely love it. I came to the SLC location since I am traveling, and it did not disappoint. In 20 minutes, 2-3 times per week, I am in the best shape I have ever been in, and I am a spin instructor who has worked out my entire life. Highly recommend trying if you haven't yet.
