I went to Bottoms Up Yoga studios with a friend and thoroughly loved it! If you ever get a chance to go to one of the moon yoga especially, it was a lot of fun.

I attended a "Women’s Wellness Workshop" by Shara Jackson Harper... followed by Yoga Nidra. It was a wonderful presentation, great group of ladies that attended and the yoga class was amazing. I have never been to Yoga before, and didn't know what to expect, was not disappointed. I will definitely be back. The Bottoms Up Yoga staff were so kind and put me at ease. Very welcoming.

I just attended my first Sound Bath led by Lindsey as the instructor. I did not know what to expect but it was so soothing, healing, and rejuvenating. I was able to really let go of some negative emotions through the sounds and music there. I would highly recommend attending and I will be back with my wife!!

I just attended a sound-bath by Lindsay this evening and it was such a wonderful experience. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating. It was my first time attending this type of class and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I came to the class with my husband. It was such a great date night! Lindsay did such a great job. I will definitely be attending again.

I’m sixty-nine I’ve been going to the Bottoms Up Yoga studio for over six years. The studio is very clean, very friendly, and welcoming. I’ve been there through four owners, they’ve all added something to make the studio better. There are classes for all ages and all levels. From hot and action filled, to heated and stretching yin. There are also none heated classes, breath work classes, you can sign up for classes on the MINDBODY app. There is also a description of the class you’re signing up for. The teachers are great and they truly care about the students they have in their classes. It’s a great community to connect in.

I absolutely love Bottoms Up Studio! I've been coming here for about 9 months now, attending several classes each week and it's honestly changed my life. The environment is calm and accepting, the teachers are kind and knowledgeable and they offer a range of classes. I'm new to yoga and have found different class options that work with my skill level. I've also tried breathwork classes as well as attended Full Moon and Sound Bath events. I've made new friends and look forward to my classes each day. Thank you Bottoms Up for providing me a safe space to learn and grow.

I love it here! 🥰
I’ve been coming to this studio for the past few years and have had nothing but an amazing and inclusive experience. When they say they are a yoga for all studio, they mean it! ✨
There is a variety of classes but my two favorites are breath work with Brooke on Tuesdays (which I will attend every Tuesday for the rest of my life) as well as restorative yoga on Wednesdays. 💗
Everyone you meet here, including the owner Heidi, is a breath of fresh air and will make you feel welcomed and loved. So grateful to have such an incredible little place in town. 🥹

I love this place! I’ve been to yoga a few times and done their breath working classes which I am in love with! I am an intuitive healer and specialize in Trauma and the bodies reacting to trapped emotions. The breath working class is my favorite because it aligns right with my specialty and it’s so important for people to learn to feel and let go! (You gotta feel to heal.) the yoga classes are always comfortable and welcoming, I have a hard time getting movement due to chronic pain and I’ve never had a problem or felt outcastes by the teachers here. If I could afford it I would be there all the time! 10/10 studio.

Bottoms Up is a gem of a yoga studio. There are a variety of classes to choose from with the most incredible teachers. The classes are smaller and cozy. I have been going here for over 5 years now and the community here is family. It has been so good for my physical and mental health.

Bottoms Up is a wonderful place to do yoga! They do a great job of creating a peaceful environment to lose yourself and work on your mind, balance and all that goes with a good yoga practice. Oh and the teachers and overall community of people make it that much better. I highly recommend it!

I am so happy I joined Bottoms Up Yoga a year ago. It's been a huge help on my road to recovery after a severe accident- both mentally and physically. I've really loved the Curvy Girl yoga class. Every move is adapted to be gentle on your body while still getting a great work out. I also love the morning Gentle Yoga classes. My spunky teen loves the evening Vinyasa classes. There is something for everyone. I highly recomend this studio!

I've been practicing at Bottoms Up Yoga for about a month and have loved each and every class I've attended. The class schedule offers a lot of flexibility - early morning and later in the evening which works with my 8-5 work schedule. Trish is AWESOME and helps me to push myself to try new poses. She's great at encouraging everyone in the class to meet themselves where they're at in each and every pose, offering modifications to make things easier or harder. The atmosphere of the studio is much more positive, authentic, and empowering than other studios I've practiced at in the past. I am so happy to have a studio like this in Spanish Fork!

Trish is an incredible instructor and will not doing only hire and lead just as amazing teachers. The environment is just exactly what you expect a yoga studio to be; peaceful and welcoming. She teaches in a way that everyone can understand and allow yoga to be apart of their lives, no matter their skill level, size, age, etc. We love Bottoms Up!

I enjoy every opportunity I get to practice at Bottoms Up Yoga! Always being an extra curvy girl, I shied away from yoga thinking there was no way I could do the crazy poses. Trish helped me find what works best for me and my body. And the best part is I can do my routine while I am with others in class at my own pace. I definitely recommend anyone of any size to take a class at Bottoms Up Yoga.

I’ve been going to Bottoms Up Yoga for a few years. Trish is an excellent instructor. She teaches yoga in a manner that everyone feels comfortable with. No matter their size, age or ability. She makes it fun, but very relaxing when it’s time for meditation. She’s also very reasonably priced. The best studio around, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
