Bethany has brought life back into my days and saved me money by focusing on IT band and adductors to release a hip flexor. I started with weekly appointments, until my body started to hold the release longer. I also have a bunion which is all but painless, now, because I took her recommendation to wear minimalist barefoot shoes. Rosssiter is treatment and it is maintenance. I'm forever thankful I found Bethany.
Five years of increasing hip flexor pain, unable to squat, kneel, or sometimes get in/out of a car. I was dodging the "canned hip replacement" that 3 doctors demanded I needed. I knew this wasn't just arthritis.

I have been seeing Bethany for about 4 months now. I came with FIA in my hip and couldn’t walk.. I had very little movement I could do, I was going to physical therapy already with little improvement. Within 3 sessions I was already feeling less pain when sitting down & standing & walking. After 4 months of training and rossiter I have 0 pain whatsoever! It’s different but I haven’t ever had relief from pain so quickly & easily! 1000% recommend for any pains! I recently had some tendinitis in my wrist and couldn’t work, we have done about 4 sessions and I am pain free! She is amazing at what she does!

Bethany is wonderful my hip ,neck and shoulder was hurting where l could not sleep at night after few months l felt good she even told me exercise to do. My husband has bad knees Bethany help release some the pain.

Bethany of Boundless Body performs miracles. I’ve had a knee issue which I had seen multiple doctors and a chiropractor for, and only learned to tape it, tens it, and manage the pain. After two sessions with Bethany using the Rossiter method, I can confidently go for a run without any swelling or pain! She fixed everything that was pulling on my ankles, knees, and hips, leaving me with freedom of motion I hadn’t experienced in years. She doesn’t horde her knowledge either; she shares methods (with videos) of ways I can maintain the good work she’s done. As I said to her, it’s amazing not to be battling my own body to get some exercise! She’s highly knowledgeable in the mechanical systems of our bodies and very effective with her methods. I cannot recommend her enough.

I reached out to Casey Ruff on a private Twitter chat because I watched many of his interviews and found them so informative.
He invited me on Boundless Body Radio for an interview. The interview occurred on December 26 at 1:45pm my time using Zoom platform, and Casey recorded the video and audio for his radio show. He provided for me the same day, the completed full video, audio, transcript, and 3 short excerpts for various social media platforms so I could post them to my Youtube and other social media accounts. Casey was the most generous host who made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, that I was able to just be myself and open up about my carnivore way of eating and all of the benefits I have experienced and why I make Youtube videos to pay-it-forward to others. Casey chatted with me for 5 minutes before the interview and almost 5 minutes after. I felt that I had instantly made a new friend! He even invited me on again and provided me a link to sign up for a time so I can be on his radio program again to go into further detail, as we could not talk about everything in just one hour the first time. I look forward to that second interview. I highly recommend listening to Casey Ruff interviews with all of his guests. I feel honored to be included in with these people.

Casey was my trainer for several months, and he brought so much knowledge of how the body works, how much and how to exercise, the optimal human diet, and his demeanor and mentoring were always professional and kind. I learned so much during those months of training and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their body composition and have a wealth of knowledge available to them. I had so much workout equipment at home that I wasn't super confident about using, and Casey tailored my workouts to optimize my space and equipment at home, and my time. Being a busy mom of 3 at the time, Casey taught me what was the most efficient way to workout, and I still use what I learned now. I am 3 months postpartum with my fourth baby, and just started lifting weights again. I feel so strong and confident lifting again because of all that Casey taught me and the good habits he helped me build. I super SUPER recommend him as a trainer!!! And make sure to check out his podcast too! (And Bethany is a sweetheart -- never worked with her, but met her and they are both the nicest people)

I have had hip issues for 20 years due to multiple miscarriages, this has caused back pain and at times numbess down to my toes on the affected side.
I have tried everything.
Literallly every rub, oil, shot, drugs— the most effective for me was 70k spent in physical therapy. I was introduced to Bethany Ruff, and I now completely recommend her!
I first went to her after foot surgery. My back was hurting from walking funny. After our first session I was 80% better pain wise. Then last Saturday did something I shouldn't have for my hip, I ran. Within 20 minutes I knew I had a problem. I spent Sunday in pain, Monday too. I had an appointment with Bethany on Tuesday and she was able to loosen up all the muscles that we're seized up the left side of my back and down my left leg leaving my two outer toes numb.
To get these results would have taken several sessions in PT. Not only an expense in time and money but days and weeks in pain that Bethany is able to help me with in a fraction of the time of other modalities.
I have set up regular sessions once a month with Bethany, I would like to go weekly!!
You owe it to yourself to experience what she does, it might just be what you've been looking for.

Just to give you an idea of the kind of miracle she has worked in my life, I have had severe back pain and back problems for years. This past year it got to a point where it was so bad I could barely stand, walk, sit or do anything. I was in severe pain 24/7 and seeing an MD back specialist. My back specialist was able to tell me I had multiple herniated discs in my lower spine, but unfortunately, he wasn’t able to do much about it. I had a shot in my spine that was supposed to make the pain better, but it didn’t help at all.
I was seeing chiropractors, massage therapists, and traditional medical doctors for my back, but nothing was really helping. I was to a point where back surgery looked like my only option. Desperate to not have back surgery, I gave Bethany’s Rossiter services a try. Truthfully, I didn’t expect it would work, but it was kind of my last-ditch effort before getting surgery.
I am SO glad I decided to work with Bethany! Not only was I able to avoid back surgery, but after a period of time with weekly treatments, I got to where I was actually out of pain. I could mostly live my life normally. I realized I didn’t need chiropractors anymore or massage therapists anymore, or pain pills, I just needed Rossiter services from Bethany and I was good to go.
A week ago I got ankle surgery and have been bedridden, and I haven’t been able to use services with Bethany for a few weeks now, but my back is still not in pain. This is truly a miracle!
So, if you have back pain, neck, pain, shoulder pain, or anything like that, you absolutely need to give Bethany’s Rossiter services a try! It will change your life!

Wow I can’t recommend Bethany enough, she is super knowledgeable and very professional. I have had terrible pain in my lower back for some time. After Bethany introduced Rossiter to me it changed everything, my back is much better and the rest of my body has benefited greatly. I highly recommend her and Rossiter, don’t wait because relief is as close as booking a session.

I've worked with bethany on and off for a few years now. She is one of the most effective trainers i've ever worked with. I was in the military for 12 years so I had a lot of issues with my hips, knees, and feet. Bethany is so attentive during our sessions; constantly correcting my form so I'm engaging the correct muscle groups. The way she incorporates mobility and strength training has made me become more mindful as to how I walk, sit and stand. Just doing these things correctly helped to alleviate the pain in my knees and feet. I just started Pilates and enjoying it so far. The variety of services offered really beats paying for a gym membership. There's no awkwardness or planning. I just show up to my sessions ready to work. Not a minute is wasted and I know I'm getting the best workout.

I am SO grateful for Bethany and the incredible help she has already been to my mom who has struggled with multiple back issues & surgeries. I met Bethany when I started training at Lifetime Fitness. I had recently given birth to my fourth child and I was concerned about diastasis recti and needed to increase my core strength. Bethany suggested I try Pilates. Although it was challenging at first, I quickly learned to love it. Bethany has a wonderful ability to give cues during class that have helped me learn to listen to my body and to gain a better understanding of how it works. Bethany’s Pilates classes combined with her regular rossiter sessions has helped bring me out of pain. Casey’s nutritional advice has added that extra piece to the puzzle. Their combined guidance has helped me to greatly improve my fitness and quality of life.
I know that Bethany and Casey will continue to guide me to a healthier life style for years to come. They are incredibly inspiring.

I did personal training with Bethany for a couple of years until Covid and she was always well prepared with a variety of new and interesting exercises. She was very attentive during our sessions and very knowledgeable about the body and how it all works.
I’ve also talked with Casey about nutrition a few times. I particularly appreciated his scientifically rigorous, yet practical, approach. He could always point to sources for the claims he was making!
The thing about the Ruff’s is that they have dedicated their lives to fitness. They know what they are doing and are both very hard workers. I have no doubt that Boundless Body will offer great value!

Casey worked as my trainer for several months. He was great at coaching and teaching me proper workout techniques tailored to my body and fitness goals. I had a goal to lose fat and train for endurance cycling. He knew exactly what workouts would target the most important muscle groups for long days on the bike, while simultaneously helping me burn fat as efficiently as possible.
I went into my training with Casey with very little experience at a gym. Was always self conscious about working out in a gym because i literally had no clue what to do so I would just follow what I saw others do. Casey tailored my workouts to my goals and was always supportive, non-judgmental and helpful in building confidence in my training, while helping me achieve my goals.
He was super knowledgeable about healthy dieting and gave some awesome pointers on how to lose and maintain weight loss.

I’ve been working with Casey since November and he’s been an amazing coach and resource for learning and implementing nutrition in my life to create health. As a result of getting healthy, I’ve lost 50 lbs by following the low carb high fat lifestyle that he teaches. I’ve learned what an amazing process ketosis is, metabolically flexibility to conquer hunger and cravings, and what a great tool fasting is and how healing it can be through autophagy. With his encouragement and guidance the past eight months I have been able to have abundant energy and stamina by switching to a animal based carnivore diet and I feel better than ever! The workouts I have been doing have increased my strength and core power tremendously. I was able to loose weight during the quarantine and over the past two months I’ve lost 12 lbs of fat mass but only 4 lbs of actual body weight!

I have been working with Bethany since November 2019. Her knowledge and ability to help repair structural problems is unsurpassed. I’ve had hamstring pain for years, treated with both physical therapy and massage therapy to no avail. My personal trainer recommended Casey for nutrition training in keto. I have been seeing Casey every other week for over a year and have seen great results in fat loss through keto. I have gone from 34% body fat to 23%. I have lost about 30# of weight and 50# of fat with an increase in muscle mass from lifting weights. I had been on insulin for 13 years and after a little over 45 days on keto I was off insulin. My endocrinologist was amazed at going from an A1c of 9.2 to around 6.2 in 3 months. I have been on keto for a year adding intermittent fasting and hope to continue. Casey is tops in my book and I appreciate the changes he has been instrumental in helping me make.
