I have had my oldest son working with Brad for a few months. I love how much he has learned about weight lifting and what the body needs to grow and perform. He has learned proper technique and has had so much progression in his strength.

Great place to build your strength and learn the correct form to become stronger. Since I have started to come here my strength has grown a lot and I am way stronger than I was when I first started. It also has helped me in wrestling and baseball. It has given me more power and speed to be one of the best players.

This is a great place to work out. Brad is a great teacher and in 6 months I have gone up in everything almost a 100lb. I have been doing better in my sports like in baseball I have hit 20 more homeruns this year then the last 3 years of my baseball season. Wrestling I went to Iowa one of the hardest wrestling duels in the country. The first year I went my record was 4-4 and then this year when I went I was 6-1 and was so close to being an all American and that is a huge deal. I won Rumble in Reno wrestling tournament that has been one of my biggest goals ever. This football season is going to be reat. I am hitting kids harder then ever. I am excited for the future.

Been going here for years! I was able to smash my old PR’s with the help of others and exceeded them by more than I could have ever expected. I included a few pics of what I have been able to accomplish 455 lbs bench, 775 lbs super yoke, 305 lbs per hand farmer carry.
